Hospitals · Sales enablement

Give the front desk the package sheets and answers they need on the call.

Sales enablement for a hospital means giving the front desk and the TPA desk the package details, doctor profiles and standard answers while a family is on the phone. No enquiry should wait on someone hunting for information. GullySales builds these into a shared reference staff can use immediately.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What sales enablement means

Sales enablement is giving a sales team the tools it needs to sell, such as scripts, brochures, pricing sheets and a working CRM, rather than teaching a skill. GullySales builds and keeps these tools current so a salesperson is never explaining a product from memory alone.

For hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A package sheet per procedure ends guesswork”

A one-page reference on what a delivery or a knee replacement package includes stops staff giving inconsistent answers.

  • “Doctor availability needs to be visible on the call”

A caller asking for a specific specialist should not be put on hold while someone checks a separate register.

  • “TPA and panel answers change often”

Panel lists and cashless limits change, and staff giving outdated answers cost the hospital trust with an anxious family.

What we do

What we deliver for hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A package sheet per procedure

A one-page reference on what each delivery, surgery or diagnostic package includes, stopping staff from giving inconsistent answers.

Result: Every caller hears the same, accurate answer on what a package covers.

  2. A live doctor availability reference

A visible, current record of which specialist is available, so a caller is not put on hold while someone checks a separate register.

Result: A caller gets an answer immediately instead of waiting on hold.

  3. A TPA and panel answer sheet

An updated reference on panel lists and cashless limits, kept current as they change.

Result: Staff stop giving outdated answers that cost an anxious family's trust.

  4. A shared reference the administrator owns

A template the administrator can update whenever a package, doctor or panel changes, without waiting on us.

Result: The reference stays accurate between our reviews.

How the result is measured

  • Tools in active use
  • Time to onboard a new salesperson
  • Consistency of pitch across the team

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What your front desk carries

The desk answers on the call from sheets the administrator signs off.

Procedure package sheet
What the package includes, the room category assumed, the stay allowed for and what is billed separately, such as implants or extra ICU days. The billing head updates it when rates change.
Doctor roster by day
Consultant, department, OPD timings and room, for each day of the week. The department coordinator changes it the same day a doctor moves a slot.
TPA and insurer panel list
Which insurers and TPAs the hospital is empanelled with, whether cashless is open and the pre-authorisation steps. The insurance desk checks it against current agreements.
Admission document checklist
ID, insurance card, referral letter and earlier reports. The desk reads it to the caller so the family arrives with the right papers.
Night and emergency call script
The first questions for a late call, the current bed status and who to hand over to. The nursing head owns the wording, and the desk gives no clinical advice.
Department sheet for referring doctors
Facilities, specialists, how to refer and who to call. Marketing keeps it, and the medical director approves it before it goes out.

Who it is for

This is written for these hospitals.

  • Multi-speciality hospitals
  • Single-speciality hospitals, maternity, orthopaedic or eye
  • Nursing homes
  • Day-care surgery centres
  • Corporate hospital chains with several branches
  • Diagnostic-centre-led hospitals
  • Hospitals attached to medical colleges
  • Government-empanelled private hospitals

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Package rates change every month and no one is given the job of updating the sheet, so it would soon be wrong.
  • Doctor timings are held in several places, and the desk cannot say with certainty who is seeing patients today.
  • Management has not approved what the desk may say about cost, and a sheet without approval would be ignored.

How it works

How the sales enablement work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit what exists

We collect the material from managers, reps, shared drives and chat groups, and mark what is current, outdated or duplicated.

  2. 2

    Organise the library

Assets are grouped by stage of the sale and by buyer type, named by one rule and placed where reps already work.

  3. 3

    Fill the gaps

We interview your best reps and managers and build the missing battle cards, answers and guides.

  4. 4

    Build the onboarding pathway

New hires get a clear order of material to cover, linked to your sales stages and the tools they will use.

  5. 5

Assign owners and keep it current

Each asset gets an owner and a review rule, and triggers such as a price change or a new competitor prompt an update.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who maintains these materials?
The administrator, with our template, updated whenever a package, doctor or panel changes.
Does this replace training?
No, it supports it. Staff still need coaching on using the material in an actual conversation.
Can we send package rates to callers on WhatsApp?
Send them as an estimate with the inclusions and exclusions listed, using the approved sheet and not a typed message. Rates can change with the clinical picture. Check the advertising rules that apply to hospitals in your state before sharing prices widely.
What should the desk say when a family asks for a final bill figure?
Give the estimate from the package sheet and say the final bill depends on the patient's condition and what the doctor finds. Billing signs off the wording. Offer a counselling call with the billing or insurance desk.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
