Occupational therapy and rehabilitation centres · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the parent who searches for help, not the student who searches for a course.

Google Ads for an occupational therapy and rehabilitation centre means bidding on searches by families who need therapy near them and keeping out students, job seekers and people searching for cures. GullySales sets the campaign, wording and landing pages within the platform's health rules and counts only real assessment requests.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

Last updated 11 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For occupational therapy and rehabilitation centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Students and job seekers search the same words”

OT course, occupational therapist jobs and BOT admission bring clicks from people who will never book. They have to be blocked by name.

  • “Health advertising has its own rules”

Platforms and councils restrict how a service for children or patients is described. Ads have to describe the service and the assessment, not a result.

  • “A click that lands on the home page loses the parent”

A parent who searched for help with handwriting needs a page about handwriting, with a way to book, not a general page on the centre.

What we do

What we deliver for occupational therapy and rehabilitation centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns by need and locality

Separate campaigns for children's therapy, stroke rehabilitation and hand therapy, limited to the localities you serve.

Result: Spend reaches families who can come to you.

  2. A negative word list for the trade

Course, job, college, salary, cure and free searches blocked, and the list read again as new searches appear.

Result: The budget stops going to students and job seekers.

  3. Ad wording within health advertising rules

Ads that describe the service, the assessment and the therapist's qualification, written to avoid outcome claims.

Result: Ads run without a claim that puts the centre at risk.

  4. A landing page for each ad group

A page for each need with the first-session details, the address and a book-an-assessment button.

Result: A click lands on a page about the parent's problem.

  5. Call and WhatsApp tracking

Calls and chats from ads recorded privately against the need and the locality.

Result: You see which ads produced assessment requests.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches worth paying for at a therapy centre, and the ones to keep out.

occupational therapy for kids near me
Bid in the localities you serve. Land on the page for children, with the first-session details, the address and a button to book an assessment. Count the call or the booking.
sensory processing therapy centre
Bid, with care. Describe what the assessment looks at and who sees the child, and promise nothing. Check the platform's current health rules and your own council's advertising rules.
stroke rehabilitation centre in Bengaluru
Bid by locality and send the click to the neuro-rehabilitation page with the therapists, the facilities and whether home visits are possible. Count the call or the visit request.
occupational therapy course or OT jobs
Block. Students, job seekers and trainees search these words. Add course, college, admission, syllabus, job, vacancy, internship and salary as negatives.
autism cure, ADHD cure, miracle treatment
Block, and never write copy that suggests a cure. These searches invite claims the platform and your council do not accept. Describe the assessment and the support instead.
Where the click lands and what to count
Land each click on a page about the need, with the address and a book-an-assessment button. Count assessment requests by need and locality, and note any referral from a doctor.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on the centre's own name?
Yes, in a small separate campaign. Parents who were referred by a doctor or school search the name, and a directory or another centre can take the click if you are absent. Keep the page current with the address and timings.
Is a call-only ad suitable for a therapy centre?
It can suit a parent who prefers to talk first. Use it only when the phone is answered patiently during the ad hours, and log each call against its source, since a rushed answer costs the family and the click.
Students keep clicking. How do we block them?
Add words such as course, college, syllabus, jobs, vacancy, internship and salary as negatives, and read the search terms report. Mention assessment, session and location in the ad text so students do not click.
How do we tell a real enquiry from a wrong call?
Count a call or message from a parent or patient asking about a child, an adult's condition or an assessment. Mark referral calls from doctors separately, and everything else as not an enquiry, so the report stays honest.
Can you advertise a centre for children with developmental differences?
Yes, within advertising rules for health services and the platforms' own policies, which differ and change. Ads and pages describe the service and the assessment, never an outcome. Check your own council or association before publishing.
Can we show photographs of children in therapy?
Not without the parent's written consent, and many centres choose not to show children at all. Show the rooms, the equipment and the therapists instead. Never show a child in a way that identifies a condition.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
