Occupational therapy and rehabilitation centres · Social media

Show the room and the therapist, never the child.

Social media marketing for an occupational therapy and rehabilitation centre is showing families the people and the rooms behind the first call, in a way that respects children and patients. GullySales plans what to post, what to leave out and the single step each post asks the family to take.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For occupational therapy and rehabilitation centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents are on Instagram and in WhatsApp groups”

A mother looks at a centre's page late in the evening and forwards what she sees to the school group. The page has to be worth forwarding.

  • “A photograph of a child is a consent issue”

Parents may agree and later regret it. Many centres choose to show rooms, tools and therapists, which carries no such risk.

  • “Educational posts earn trust, success stories invite trouble”

A post that explains a skill is informational. One that implies a child was transformed makes a claim the profession and platforms do not accept.

What we do

What we deliver for occupational therapy and rehabilitation centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan that avoids identifying a child

Posts showing therapy rooms, equipment, therapists and parent guidance, with a rule about children and patients.

Result: The page builds trust without any consent issue.

  2. Therapist introductions

Short videos of each therapist explaining what they do in general terms, with qualification and how to book.

Result: A parent sees who she will meet.

  3. Parent education posts

Simple posts on skills, school readiness and daily activities, written by the therapist.

Result: A parent learns something and remembers the centre.

  4. A routine for comments and messages

Who replies, what is said and how a conversation moves to a phone call without sharing a child's details in public.

Result: A comment becomes a private conversation.

  5. A calendar for the school year

Posts timed to admissions, exam stress, summer holidays and national awareness days, with a single action on each.

Result: Posts reach parents when they are worried.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where families and referrers look for a therapy centre, and what to post for each.

Instagram for parents
Post short videos of therapists explaining a skill, such as grip or balance, in general terms, and photographs of the rooms. Ask viewers to message the centre to book an assessment.
Facebook for extended family
Share parent talks, open days and awareness events. Grandparents and relatives use Facebook and often help decide, so keep the language plain and say how to book.
YouTube for what to expect
A longer walk-through of the centre, the assessment and a typical session. Film rooms and equipment, with no child on camera, and describe it in the voice of the therapist.
WhatsApp for appointments and parent notes
Use the business number for appointment reminders and for sharing a plan with a parent who has consented. Replies go to the front desk, not to a therapist's phone.
LinkedIn for referring professionals
Post what the centre treats, how doctors, teachers and counsellors can refer, and the therapist's qualifications. Keep to services and facilities, never outcomes.
What not to post
No child or patient photographs without written consent, no before and after, no stories that imply a cure, no named diagnoses of an identifiable child, and no comparison with other centres.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who is on camera, the therapist or the owner?
The therapists, with their consent, and the centre head. Show the rooms and the equipment. Keep children and patients off camera unless a parent has agreed in writing, and many centres choose not to show them at all.
A parent comments with her child's problem. What do we reply?
Thank her, avoid discussing the child in public and invite her to call or message the centre. Delete nothing she wrote unless she asks. Keep the conversation private and log it as an enquiry.
Can we post on days like Autism Awareness Day?
Yes, with information, not a promotion, and with respect for families. Do not use a child's photograph, and do not join a trend that makes light of a condition. Check the post against your council's advertising rules.
Do we need written permission to use a child's photograph or video?
Yes, written permission from a parent or guardian, explaining where it will appear and that it can be withdrawn. Many centres use illustrations and room photographs instead and avoid the question.
Can you advertise a centre for children with developmental differences?
Yes, within advertising rules for health services and the platforms' own policies, which differ and change. Ads and pages describe the service and the assessment, never an outcome. Check your own council or association before publishing.
Can we show photographs of children in therapy?
Not without the parent's written consent, and many centres choose not to show children at all. Show the rooms, the equipment and the therapists instead. Never show a child in a way that identifies a condition.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
