Corporate travel agencies · Digital marketing

Plan the online side of a sale that ends in a signed contract.

Digital marketing for a corporate travel agency is the set of online channels that bring company buyers to a conversation, from search and LinkedIn to email and your own site. GullySales decides which channels fit a long, role-based sale and which are wasted effort for a desk.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For corporate travel agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Reach is not the aim, a meeting is”

A corporate agency needs a handful of right conversations, not thousands of clicks. A channel that brings the admin heads of the right firms is worth more than one that brings volume.

  • “Channels work together or not at all”

A buyer sees a LinkedIn post, searches your name, opens the site and asks for the capability document. If the site fails that last step, the earlier work is lost. Plan the path from first sight to first call.

  • “Paid ads suit a few searches only”

A paid search for corporate travel in a named city can reach a buyer at the moment of need. Broad travel terms attract leisure clicks and cost money. Keep any test small and tied to a corporate page.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate travel agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan by buyer path

A map showing how a buyer moves from first sight to first call, with a role for each channel.

Result: Each channel has a clear job.

  2. Capability document as the main offer

A downloadable or requestable document with a form that sends the request to a named person.

Result: Interest is captured as a named lead.

  3. Email to existing contacts

A plan for keeping in touch with current and past contacts through useful notes, not offers.

Result: The agency stays known between tenders.

  4. A small paid test

If it fits, one narrow paid search campaign to a corporate page, with a stop rule set before it starts.

Result: You know what the test cost and what it brought.

  5. A measurement sheet

A record of enquiries, source, stage reached and contracts, kept simple enough to update.

Result: You can tell which channel produced accounts.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small desk begin?
With the website and a clear corporate section, then LinkedIn and a referral routine. Add paid tests only when the basics convert interest into calls.
Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Choose the few where your buyers read and where you can post with care. A neglected profile on a platform no buyer uses does more harm than none.
How do we judge if it works?
By meetings held and accounts won, not clicks or likes. Record where each enquiry came from, and review the sheet with the team before changing the plan.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
