Manufacturing · Solar & Renewable Energy Equipment
Buyers compare our module with ten others and we never hear which one they chose.
For solar panels, a module buyer opens ten datasheets side by side. Wattage, cell type, warranty wording, and the name of the cell supplier decide who gets a phone call. If yours is a PDF buried three clicks deep, it never makes the shortlist.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
Solar panel manufacturing is the assembly of photovoltaic modules from cells, glass, frames and junction boxes for sale to EPC firms, installers and distributors. GullySales puts the module datasheet, the certificates and a clear quotation route in front of those buyers, and follows up each quotation until it is won or lost.
Last updated 16 Oct 2026. Licence, certification, labelling and advertising rules for solar & renewable energy equipment differ by product and change. We describe them in general terms, so check the current position with your own adviser or the regulator before you publish a claim.
Who it is for
This is written for you if solar panels is what you make or sell.
- Module assemblers supplying EPC firms for rooftop and ground-mount projects
- Makers with a brand sold through distributors and installers
- Assemblers that also take job work for another brand's modules
- Smaller lines that sell to installers in their own state
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- Traders who resell imported modules without any assembly or brand of their own
- Makers who want us to state efficiency or output figures that their test report does not show
How buyers choose
What decides the sale of solar panels.
The datasheet read like a comparison sheet
EPC buyers set the wattage, cell technology, frame, glass and warranty text next to a rival's. Gaps and vague wording lose the shortlist before a price is asked.
Where the cells come from
Buyers want to know who supplied the cells and glass, because they stand behind the module for years. Say it plainly on the page and in the quotation.
Certificates and listings held
Whether your modules qualify for a particular scheme or approved list is a question for your certifying body. The page should state what you hold, in the words on the certificate.
Price per watt on a pallet quantity
Most requests ask for a quantity in a container or pallet count with a delivery site. A form that captures quantity and site saves two rounds of questions.
Where orders are lost
What usually goes wrong when you sell solar panels.
In the words owners use on the first call.
“They said our price per watt is high”
A rate alone is compared against a rate. Without the warranty text, the cell source and the production record beside it, the buyer has no reason to pay more.
“Distributors stock whichever brand pushes them hardest”
A distributor with six module brands sells the one that sends stock updates and answers calls. A brand that shows up only at order time falls to the bottom.
“Our website looks like a trader's”
A page with a phone number and a photograph of a rooftop tells a buyer nothing about your line, your capacity or your quality checks.
The scope
The work we would propose for solar panels.
Measured on qualified enquiries, quotation requests, follow-up on each quotation, trial orders won and repeat orders. Anything here that needs a platform, directory or tool we have not used with you is confirmed with you before it goes in the scope.
- Quotation requests by pallet and siteA request form that takes quantity, site state and delivery date, and a follow-up on every module quotation sent.
- Distributor onboarding for modulesA pitch pack and a first-order routine for distributors who already stock other brands.
- Enquiries from IndiaMART and similar listingsFast answers to module enquiries, with serious buyers separated from price hunters.
- Searches for module type and applicationPages for rooftop modules, ground-mount modules and the cell types you assemble, written for the phrases an EPC buyer types.
A module datasheet page for each model
Specification, warranty wording and certificates for each module, in a form a buyer can compare and a search engine can read.
What we do
What you get for solar panels.
Each deliverable and what it is there to change.
A comparison-ready datasheet for each module
Lets an EPC buyer put your module beside another in one view and see where yours is stronger.
A certificate and test report shelf
Stops the repeated request for the same documents by email and gives you a link to send.
A quotation template for module orders
Carries the rate per watt, the warranty wording and the delivery terms in a form buyers can place next to others.
A distributor call sheet
Gives the sales person the next call, the last order and the stock news to share.
How the result is measured
- Qualified module enquiries
- Quotation requests by pallet size
- Follow-up on each quotation
- Trial orders won
- Repeat orders from distributors
- Datasheet views per enquiry
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
What we need from you
What to have ready before we talk.
None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.
- Datasheets and flash test reports for each model
- Certificates held and the issuing body's name
- Cell and glass suppliers you want named
- Quotations sent in the last few months
- Distributor list with last order dates
Export and new regions
Selling solar panels beyond your home market.
Where you sell decides standards, documents, payment terms and freight. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new region we start from your own enquiries, your existing buyers and the directories you already use.
Importers and project developers
Overseas buyers of modules are importers, distributors and developers. Your own export enquiries and the buyers you have already shipped to are where we begin.
Container loads and documents
Importers ask for test reports, a packing list, warranty text and container quantity. Which certificates a country accepts is checked with your certifying body.

Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options
Ways to work with us.
Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.
Option 1
The conversation on its own
A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.
Option 2
One fix, scoped
Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.
Option 3
An ongoing programme
We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.
Option 4
Guidance for your own team or agency
We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
Your brief
Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.
