GullySales

Payment and fintech companies · Website

Show the authorisation, the settlement terms and the docs before the signup form.

Website development for a payment or fintech company is building the site a seller, a developer and a finance head each use to decide whether to trust you with money. GullySales puts authorisation details, fees, settlement terms and documentation on public pages, and a signup that says what papers are needed.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For payment and fintech companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Trust details sit in the footer”

The authorisation or partner bank, the grievance contact and the security status are in small print, and a cautious buyer leaves before finding them.

  • “The marketing site and the docs look like two companies”

A homepage in one design and documentation on a subdomain with different product names confuses a developer, and search engines as well.

  • “The signup form asks for everything and explains nothing”

A form that wants PAN, GST and bank details without saying why or how they are kept loses the merchant who was ready to sign.

What we do

What we deliver for payment and fintech companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A trust page

Authorisation or regulated partner, PCI DSS status, grievance contact, security practice and a plain note on how data is handled, each statement approved by compliance.

Result: A cautious buyer can verify you without a call.

  2. Product pages with fees and settlement terms

One page per product saying who it suits, what it costs in the words of the agreement, how settlement works and what is excluded.

Result: A finance head reads the terms before the sales call.

  3. Marketing site and documentation joined

One navigation, one set of product names, links both ways and a sandbox key a click away.

Result: A developer moves from the pitch to the reference without hunting.

  4. A signup that says what is needed

The list of papers shown before the form starts, a progress marker, a save-and-return link and a person to contact on the same page.

Result: Fewer merchants stall because a paper was a surprise.

  5. Policy pages for your own business

Privacy, terms, refund and grievance pages written for your company and linked from every page.

Result: The pages a regulator, partner bank or merchant checks are all there.

  6. A public status page and incident record

A live status page and the history of past incidents, linked from the footer and the docs, written by engineering and reviewed by compliance.

Result: A bad day is on the record, in your own words.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a seller, a developer and a finance head each look for on a payment company's site, and where to put it.

Who authorises you and who your partner is
Name your authorisation or regulated partner on the trust page, with the grievance contact. Compliance approves the wording, which must match the footer and your agreements.
Fees in plain words
State what each fee line covers, what costs extra and how GST on fees shows on invoices. Date the page, so a forwarded copy can be told from the current one.
Settlement, refund and hold terms
Explain when money reaches the seller's bank as your agreement states it, how refunds and chargebacks reduce it and what a review can hold. Say who to call.
Documentation and a sandbox
A public quickstart, reference and sandbox key with no sales call. Show errors and webhooks. A developer judges you here before the finance head sees a rate.
Papers needed to start
List the papers for each type of business before the form. A seller who sees PAN, GST and bank proof early arrives ready.
Status and security
A live status page, the history of past incidents and your PCI DSS position as it stands. Link all three from the footer.

Who it is for

This is written for these payment and fintech companies.

  • Payment gateways and aggregators for online sellers
  • UPI and QR providers with soundboxes and card machines for shops
  • Prepaid wallet and card issuers working with a partner bank
  • Digital lenders and buy-now-pay-later apps working with a bank or NBFC
  • B2B payment, vendor payout and payables platforms
  • Payroll, expense and corporate card tools for companies
  • Cross-border payment and remittance platforms
  • Neobanks and current account apps for startups and small businesses

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for payment and fintech companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace where last quarter's live merchants came from, how many signups reached a first payment, and what a developer finds when searching for your documentation.

  2. 2

    Make trust checkable

A trust page, a rate page and policy copy your compliance head has approved, so a cautious buyer can verify you without a call.

  3. 3

Clear the path to the first live payment

Signup stages recorded, missing documents chased by a named person, and a reply routine for merchants who write in stuck.

  4. 4

    Bring in the right buyers

Documentation, comparison pages and campaigns aimed at the developers, finance heads and the accountants and agencies who choose for them.

  5. 5

    Count live merchants

Merchants live, first payments taken and enquiries by source, read against the baseline, with the channels that bring only signups cut.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a listing on a fintech directory or marketplace enough?
No. A listing helps a buyer find you, but the decision is made on your own pages: fees, trust details and documentation. Treat the listing as a doorway and link it to those pages.
Should the site be in Hindi and regional languages?
The merchant pages, yes, for small sellers who buy in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or Marathi. Keep API docs in English. Have someone fluent read every fee and payment sentence, because a translated fee term can change its meaning.
Many of our merchants sign up on a phone. What matters most?
A short form that takes document photos from the camera and saves progress. Test it on a mid-range Android phone on a weak mobile connection, not on a laptop on office wifi.
Who should own the domain and the code?
Your company, with two named administrators. A contractor who holds the domain, hosting or documentation repository can lock you out when the relationship ends. Keep a record of who has which login.
Can we say 'instant settlement' or 'zero fees' on the website?
Only if it is true in every case and your compliance head has approved it. A merchant who reads 'instant' and then waits on a hold feels misled, and the rules on advertising financial products change. Say what happens, when, and what is excluded, and keep the evidence for each claim.
Do we need to publish our rate card?
It is your decision, but a seller comparing providers drops the ones with no number anywhere. A page that explains what each fee covers works better than a bare table, and it stops a forwarded sheet from being the only version in circulation. Larger merchants can still agree their own terms on a call.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
