Pharmacies · Lead generation

Answer the prescription photo before he passes another chemist.

The enquiry in a pharmacy is a photograph of a prescription sent during the evening rush, often by an adult child paying for a parent in another city. GullySales sets who answers it, what the first reply confirms, and the delivery slot your counter can actually keep.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For pharmacies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The message arrives at the worst possible minute

Seven in the evening, six people at the counter, and a prescription photograph waiting. That is when the order is won or handed to an app.

  • The sender is often not the patient

A son in another city is paying for his mother's monthly medicines. He wants a confirmation, a bill and a time, and he will never walk in.

  • Half the exchange is a stock question

Is it available, is there a substitute, what will it come to. Answering needs somebody who can walk to the shelf, not somebody reading a chat on a bus.

  • Silence is read as no

He does not wait. He passes two more chemists on the way home, and one of them picks up the phone.

What we do

What we deliver for pharmacies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A named person on the prescription number

Who holds the enquiry phone through the evening rush and who takes it afterwards, written on the board so it is never everybody's job.

Result: The message is read while he is still deciding.

  2. A first reply that confirms three things

Stock, the substitute if the item is unavailable, and the amount, sent as a saved message so nobody is composing one under pressure.

Result: He knows in minutes that you can serve him.

  3. A delivery slot the counter can keep

The hours you deliver, the areas you cover and how long it takes, agreed with the staff before any of it is promised to a customer.

Result: You stop promising what the evening cannot deliver.

  4. The paying relative recorded, with consent

Where a family member elsewhere pays for the order, their number and address noted with permission, so the bill and the confirmation reach them.

Result: The person paying stops having to chase you.

  5. An order book with reply times by hour

Every call and message logged with the time, what was asked, when it was answered and whether it converted, read at the end of each week.

Result: You can see the hour you keep losing orders in.

  6. A dispensing check inside the routine

Prescription validity, the schedule of the medicine and the record-keeping treated as part of taking a remote order, confirmed by your pharmacist.

Result: Convenience does not quietly become a licence problem.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these pharmacies.

  • Independent neighbourhood chemists
  • Pharmacies attached to a clinic or nursing home
  • Hospital pharmacies serving outpatients
  • Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendras and generic medicine stores
  • Multi-outlet local pharmacy chains
  • Franchise outlets of national pharmacy brands
  • Surgical and medical equipment stores
  • Pharmacies stocking Ayurvedic and homoeopathic medicines
  • Twenty-four hour and late-night pharmacies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for pharmacies

  1. 1

    Assess

We check your listing hours and reviews, how quickly WhatsApp orders are answered, how many regular customers bought last quarter but not this one, and what your current promotions say.

  2. 2

Fix the counter and the phone

A WhatsApp prescription routine with a reply time the staff can keep, a delivery slot promise, and a stock check before confirming.

  3. 3

    Know the regulars

A register of monthly customers from the billing data, with their refill dates and consent to be reminded, kept private and separate from marketing lists.

  4. 4

    Promote what the law allows

Local search, the pharmacist's service, delivery and devices, wellness and baby care, with prescription medicines kept out of any advertising.

  5. 5

    Keep them from switching

Refill reminders before the month's stock runs out, a check-in when a regular stops buying, and a reason to stay that is service, not only price.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

A customer sends a prescription at nine at night. Do we reply then?
Reply, even if it is only to say the shop is open till eleven and the item is in stock. Two lines at night keep the order. Whether it can be dispensed is a separate question, and that one is your pharmacist's.
Can we keep a regular customer's prescription on file and repeat it?
That depends on the medicine and on how long a prescription stays valid, which is a matter for your pharmacist and your drug inspector rather than for us. We set up the reminder and the ordering routine. The dispensing decision stays yours each time.
Can a pharmacy advertise medicines?
Not prescription medicines. Under the Drugs and Cosmetics rules, Schedule H, H1 and X drugs are sold only against a prescription and should not be promoted to the public. The Drugs and Magic Remedies Act forbids any advertisement claiming a medicine treats listed conditions. We promote your service, delivery, devices and general range instead.
Can we offer discounts to match online pharmacies?
That is a business decision for you, and chemist associations and some state drug controllers have taken strong positions on it. We do not build campaigns around discounts on prescription medicines. We compete on delivery, reliability and the pharmacist's advice, which the apps find harder to match.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
