GullySales

Auto parts and accessories dealers · Social media

Show the alloys and the dashcam on the same model the buyer drives.

Accessories are bought by eye, which makes short videos of real fitments the most useful thing a shop can post. GullySales builds a filming routine around jobs you already do, keeps the garage trade on WhatsApp broadcasts instead of public posts, and sets what should never go online.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For auto parts and accessories dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer wants to see it on his own model”

Alloys on a Creta tell a Creta owner what a catalogue picture never will, and your fitting bay produces one of those every week.

  • “Garages are not on Instagram, they are in groups”

Stock arrivals and rate changes belong in a broadcast list of your trade customers, not in a public post.

  • “A posted trade rate reaches your competitor first”

Public price lists get screenshotted and used against you at the next counter, so trade rates stay in chats with known buyers.

What we do

What we deliver for auto parts and accessories dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A fitment filming routine at the bay

A rule for capturing a short before-and-after clip of accessory jobs, naming the model and the fitting time, with the customer's permission asked at billing.

Result: New posts come from work you were doing anyway.

  2. Posts organised by model, not by product

Captions and titles naming the car, the variant and the part fitted, so an owner searching that model finds the clip.

Result: The people who see it drive the car you fitted.

  3. A broadcast list for garage and fleet customers

An opt-in WhatsApp list of your trade buyers for new stock, rate circulars and delivery changes, kept separate from retail customers.

Result: Trade news reaches trade, and only trade.

  4. A short list of what never gets posted

Trade rates, credit terms, customer vehicle numbers and the inside of a customer's car, written down so nobody has to judge it while filming.

Result: No post costs you a customer or an account.

  5. Seasonal posts placed a fortnight early

Tyre tread checks before the rains and accessory ideas before the festival buying starts, prepared ahead so they go out during the busy week.

Result: You are visible while people are deciding.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where mechanics and car owners look for a part, and what a dealer should post there.

WhatsApp broadcast list for garages
Send new stock, a part that was short and has returned, and trade price circulars to this list only. The action wanted is a reply with the part number and quantity. Keep retail customers on a separate list.
Instagram reels and Shorts of fitments
Film a seat cover, floor mat or lamp going onto a named model and variant. Put the model in the caption so the owner of that car finds it. The action is to message the model and variant.
Facebook groups for car and bike owners
Answer what-fits-my-car questions in groups for the models you stock, within each group's rules. Offer the shop only when asked. The action is a message with the registration year and variant.
Google Business Profile posts for tyres
Post tyre sizes and brands in stock, and whether alignment and balancing are done on site. The action wanted is a call with the tyre size ready.
What not to post
Trade rates, a garage's credit position, a customer's vehicle number or interior, or the word genuine on a part your invoice trail cannot support. A wrong fitment claim reaches a buyer who then returns it.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we pay to boost these videos?
A small amount behind your best fitment clip, limited to nearby areas and the model's owners. Boosting everything spends money on views from other cities.
Can we film a customer's car?
Ask at billing and keep the number plate out of frame. Most owners agree happily, and some will send you their own pictures afterwards.
How do we stop a posted part from selling out before the buyer arrives?
Date every stock post and name one person who updates or removes it when the part is sold. A buyer who drives across town for a part that is gone leaves a review. For parts that sell often, say that stock is confirmed on a call.
Should we tag and thank the garages that buy from us?
Only with the garage owner's agreement. Some mechanics do not want rivals to see who they buy from. Thank them in the broadcast list instead, and tag a garage in public only if the owner has asked for it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
