Electrical and lighting dealers · Content marketing

Answer how many lights a room needs and the family shops with you.

Content for an electrical dealer is the advice asked across the counter: how many lights a hall needs, what an LED upgrade saves an office. GullySales writes those pages, gives the counter a short version to send, and keeps the numbers in them honest.

A newsstand under a striped awning: three tiers of folded publications racked spine on, one title on the top tier turned to face the street, and a crate of rolled copies at the foot of the stand

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For electrical and lighting dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The lighting plan question is asked in every showroom

How many downlights for a twelve by sixteen hall, and what hangs over the dining table. A page that answers it with a layout is why a family walks in with a list.

  • Owners want the load question answered before wiring starts

Which cable size for a geyser or an air conditioner point, how many points a room needs, what a distribution board holds. Write it for the owner, not for the electrician.

  • Commercial buyers want arithmetic they can check

An office manager replacing forty tube lights wants the wattage, the hours and the sum. Show the working and let them put their own bill into it.

  • Writing the warranty down prevents most arguments

What a fitting's warranty covers, the proof needed, who raises the claim and how long it takes. Published once, it settles the conversation that otherwise ends in a review.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical and lighting dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A room-by-room lighting guide

How many fittings a hall, bedroom, kitchen and balcony of common sizes take, with the wattage and colour temperature for each.

Result: Families arrive with a list instead of a question.

  2. A house wiring page for owners

What a wiring package covers, the points per room, cable sizes for heavy appliances and what a distribution board holds, in plain words.

Result: The owner can follow what their electrician is buying.

  3. An LED retrofit calculation page

The wattage comparison, the running hours and the arithmetic an office can check against its own bill, with no saving promised.

Result: Commercial buyers ask for a site visit.

  4. A warranty and claim page

What each brand covers, the proof to keep, who raises the claim and how long it takes, gathered in one place.

Result: Arguments are settled before they start.

  5. A smart switch explainer without the jargon

What a smart switch does in one room, what it needs behind the wall and what it costs to add after the house is finished.

Result: People ask for it while the walls are still open.

  6. A short version for WhatsApp

Each page cut down to a message with a link, saved on the counter phone and the showroom phone.

Result: The advice reaches the buyer while they are deciding.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for electrical and lighting dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at who buys at your counter, how showroom visits are recorded, how project quotes are followed up and how you appear on Maps.

  2. 2

    Record the buyers

A record of electricians, showroom visitors and project quotes, with follow-up rules for each.

  3. 3

Show both sides of the shop

Maps, website pages and Instagram set up so the trade counter and the lighting showroom are each found by their own buyers.

  4. 4

    Reach the influencers

Programmes for electricians, designers and consultants, with referrals recorded against each.

  5. 5

    Grow each order

Whole-house lighting packages and smart switch upgrades, reviewed against actual sales.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will an owner not take our advice to a cheaper shop?
Some will, and they were buying on rate anyway. A family that needs a lighting plan for a whole house is buying judgement, and that is the order worth having. Nobody carries a downlight layout to a counter that cannot explain it.
Who checks the technical content?
Your own senior counter staff, before anything is published. We write it from a conversation with them and send it back for correction. Anything touching wiring standards is written as guidance and left to the electrician on the job.
How do we compete with Amazon for lighting?
By being the place a family sees the light switched on and gets advice on how many fixtures a room needs. Record the visit, follow up with photos and a clear price, and offer installation through an electrician you trust.
How can we get electricians to send owners to us?
Give them a reason every week, not once a year. Keep the brands they prefer in stock and serve them fast at the counter. Then record each owner they send, so you can thank them for it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
