Electrical and lighting dealers · Lead generation

The enquiry is a materials list photographed on a site at noon.

Leads in this trade arrive as a photographed materials list from a site, a family walking a lighting showroom, and a bill of materials to price for a contractor. GullySales gives each one a route, a follow-up and a name against it, including the electrician who sent the customer.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For electrical and lighting dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Nobody takes the number of a showroom visitor

A family photographs six fittings, says they will come back and leaves no trace. A sheet listing the rooms and the fittings shortlisted, with a phone number, turns a browse into a quotation.

  • The electrician is a lead source, not a channel

House owners arrive holding a list somebody else wrote. Recording which electrician sent them shows you who to look after and who has quietly started buying elsewhere.

  • A bill of materials sent and never chased is the biggest loss

Project quotations run into lakhs and then vanish for weeks. A named person, a call date and the question of who decides turn them into an answer either way.

  • Three questions come before any site rate

Which brand is specified, how much is needed, and when it is wanted on site. Quoting without them starts a negotiation you cannot win twice.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical and lighting dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A showroom visit sheet with the rooms on it

The rooms being lit, the fittings shortlisted, the budget band and a phone number, filled in by showroom staff while the family is standing there.

Result: A browse becomes a quotation you can follow up.

  2. Three questions asked before a site rate

Brand specified, quantity, and the date material is wanted on site, sent as a saved message before any rate goes out.

Result: You quote once, on the right information.

  3. A referral line on the bill

One field at billing recording which electrician, contractor or designer sent the customer, totalled at the end of each month.

Result: You know who your counter really depends on.

  4. A quotation register for project work

Every bill of materials quoted, with the contractor, the project, the person deciding, the value and the date of the next call.

Result: Project quotes are chased until you know why.

  5. A follow-up rule for each kind of enquiry

Who answers a WhatsApp materials list, a showroom visit and a project quotation, and within what time each of them.

Result: No enquiry waits for somebody to remember it.

  6. A weekly read of what came and what went

Enquiries by source, quotations sent, orders taken and enquiries that went quiet, read together at the end of the week.

Result: You can see which side of the shop is leaking.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How the work runs for electrical and lighting dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at who buys at your counter, how showroom visits are recorded, how project quotes are followed up and how you appear on Maps.

  2. 2

    Record the buyers

A record of electricians, showroom visitors and project quotes, with follow-up rules for each.

  3. 3

Show both sides of the shop

Maps, website pages and Instagram set up so the trade counter and the lighting showroom are each found by their own buyers.

  4. 4

    Reach the influencers

Programmes for electricians, designers and consultants, with referrals recorded against each.

  5. 5

    Grow each order

Whole-house lighting packages and smart switch upgrades, reviewed against actual sales.

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we record who an electrician sent without upsetting him?
Ask the customer, not him. One line at billing asking who advised them takes a moment and nobody minds it. Then thank the electrician, which is the part that keeps him sending people.
A contractor wants a rate list for everything. Do we send it?
Send rates for the ranges he actually buys and keep the rest for a conversation. A full list gets forwarded and used against you at every counter in the city. Quote what was asked for, with a validity date on it.
How do we compete with Amazon for lighting?
By being the place a family sees the light switched on and gets advice on how many fixtures a room needs. Record the visit, follow up with photos and a clear price, and offer installation through an electrician you trust.
How can we get electricians to send owners to us?
Give them a reason every week, not once a year. Keep the brands they prefer in stock and serve them fast at the counter. Then record each owner they send, so you can thank them for it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
