Electrical and lighting dealers · Pay per click advertising

Advertise the showroom and the project desk, never the wire counter.

Paid advertising pays for only part of an electrical business, because the wire and switchgear counter runs on relationships rather than searches. GullySales puts the budget behind showroom visits and project enquiries, sets the radius around your delivery area, and counts visits instead of clicks.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For electrical and lighting dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • You are bidding against the brands' own shops

Type a switch or a light model and the manufacturer's site and the marketplaces are already sitting there. Bidding on model numbers buys second place; bidding on a showroom in your area does not.

  • Lighting demand has a season and a fortnight

Enquiries climb in the weeks before Diwali and again while nearby flats are being finished. Spreading the budget evenly puts most of it into months when nobody is fitting out.

  • Retrofit clicks are cheap and slow

An office manager reading about LED tube replacement is worth a site visit rather than an instant order. Judge that campaign on site visits made and quotations issued.

  • A lighting advertisement has to show the light on

A model code and a rate bring nobody in. A fitting photographed switched on in a real room, with your area named, brings the weekend visit.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical and lighting dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns kept to the lighting and project sides

Search and social campaigns for the showroom and for commercial retrofit work, with the trade counter left out of the account entirely.

Result: The budget goes where advertising can do something.

  2. Radius set by travel and delivery

Targeting drawn around the localities that will drive to your showroom and the areas your delivery vehicle already serves.

Result: Clicks come from people who can reach you.

  3. Advertisements built on lit photographs

Fittings shot switched on in finished rooms, with the range, the finish and the showroom's location carried in the advertisement.

Result: The weekend visit is what the advertisement asks for.

  4. A seasonal spending plan

Heavier spending before Diwali, before summer for fans, and while nearby projects are being finished, with the quiet months held back.

Result: The money follows the fitting-out season.

  5. A retrofit campaign for offices and shops

Search and direct outreach for LED replacement in tube-lit offices, clinics and shops, leading to a site visit and a written quotation.

Result: Commercial quotations arrive in a slow month.

  6. Visits and quotations counted, not clicks

Showroom visits booked and kept, site visits made and quotations issued, all recorded against the baseline taken at the start.

Result: The account is judged on people through the door.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How the work runs for electrical and lighting dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at who buys at your counter, how showroom visits are recorded, how project quotes are followed up and how you appear on Maps.

  2. 2

    Record the buyers

A record of electricians, showroom visitors and project quotes, with follow-up rules for each.

  3. 3

Show both sides of the shop

Maps, website pages and Instagram set up so the trade counter and the lighting showroom are each found by their own buyers.

  4. 4

    Reach the influencers

Programmes for electricians, designers and consultants, with referrals recorded against each.

  5. 5

    Grow each order

Whole-house lighting packages and smart switch upgrades, reviewed against actual sales.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we advertise our wire and switchgear rates?
No. Electricians and contractors buy on stock, credit and how fast they are served, and an advertised rate invites everybody to negotiate. Put that effort into the counter programme and advertise the lighting side.
What should a lighting advertisement ask people to do?
Come in, on a named day, and see the fitting lit. A weekend showroom slot is a far better ask than a form. Families buy lighting after they have stood under it.
How do we compete with Amazon for lighting?
By being the place a family sees the light switched on and gets advice on how many fixtures a room needs. Record the visit, follow up with photos and a clear price, and offer installation through an electrician you trust.
How can we get electricians to send owners to us?
Give them a reason every week, not once a year. Keep the brands they prefer in stock and serve them fast at the counter. Then record each owner they send, so you can thank them for it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
