Facility management companies · Review generation

A five-star rating will not get you through the technical round.

Reviews matter far less in facility management than the reference call, and it is worth saying so before you spend money on them. Where they do decide something is in hiring, and at the residential end where a society secretary searches. GullySales builds the reference pack first and the review effort second.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What review generation means

Review generation is the routine of asking satisfied customers to leave a Google or platform review at the moment they are happiest, rather than hoping they remember later. GullySales builds the request into your existing follow-up steps and tracks how many turn into a review.

For facility management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Procurement rings a referee, it does not read your Maps page”

A technical evaluation asks for sites of comparable size and calls them. No star rating substitutes for a facilities manager who is willing to take that call and speak well of you.

  • “The reviews that decide something are the ones your staff write”

A housekeeping supervisor choosing between two employers reads what the last lot said about salary, PF and the site conditions. A company that cannot staff a site cannot win the next one.

  • “The residential end is the exception”

A society secretary does search, does read, and does ask the association next door. Reviews from the apartment complexes you already service are worth collecting properly.

What we do

What we deliver for facility management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A reference pack with permission attached

Two or three sites per sector and size band, the client's written agreement to be named and to take a call, and the contact details kept current.

Result: You can produce a referee the same day procurement asks.

  2. Written reference letters from live sites

A short letter from each client covering the scope, the duration and the SLA record, requested while the relationship is good rather than during a bid.

Result: The technical file carries proof somebody else wrote.

  3. Employer reviews watched and answered

The pages where supervisors and housekeeping staff rate employers, read regularly and replied to, with the recruitment problems named honestly inside the business.

Result: Fewer good supervisors rule you out before they apply.

  4. Review asks aimed at the residential end

A request written for welfare association committees and small commercial sites, where a secretary genuinely searches before recommending a vendor.

Result: The residential pipeline finds something to read about you.

  5. A reply routine for a public complaint

A calm answer to a resident or a former employee posting about a site, drafted in advance and cleared with your operations head so nobody replies in anger.

Result: A public complaint is answered once, properly.

How the result is measured

  • Reviews received
  • Average rating
  • Response rate to requests

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these facility management companies.

  • Corporate office and IT campus FM providers
  • Mall and retail FM providers
  • Hospital and healthcare facility contractors
  • Residential welfare association service providers
  • Industrial and warehouse FM contractors
  • Integrated single-vendor FM companies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for facility management companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your current site references, your last three RFP responses, your sales pipeline of upcoming tenders, and how renewals are currently tracked.

  2. 2

    Build the reference library

A short, factual case study for every site worth mentioning, ready to attach to the next RFP without being written from scratch.

  3. 3

    Fix the proposal process

A response template and a checklist so the PF, ESI and manpower annexures are ready before the tender window opens.

  4. 4

    Reach the right admin heads

Outreach to facility managers and admin heads at the kind of site you want next, before the tender is floated.

  5. 5

    Protect the renewal

A record of SLA performance and complaint resolution kept through the contract, so the renewal conversation starts from strength.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we spend on getting Google reviews?
Only if you sell to residential associations and small offices. For campus and mall tenders, put the same money into reference documentation and a site that is presentable to a visiting committee. We will tell you which side of that line your business sits on.
A former employee has posted something damaging. What now?
Answer once, briefly, without discussing the individual. Then fix the underlying thing if it is true, because the next supervisor reads it too. We draft the reply and your HR head approves it before it goes up.
How soon would this affect our tender win rate?
A complete reference library and a fixed proposal process help the next tender you respond to. Building outreach that gets you shortlisted before a tender is floated takes a few sales cycles to show results.
Do we need to advertise?
Rarely, in this business. A contract is won through a reference the admin head can call, not a click. Paid search earns a small place for searches such as hospital housekeeping services in one city, where a buyer is already comparing vendors.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
