Facility management companies · WhatsApp marketing

The site group is where your contract is renewed or lost.

WhatsApp in facility management is operational long before it is promotional: the site group where the client posts a complaint, the deployment message at the start of the shift, the escalation acknowledged in minutes. GullySales sets up how those groups run and keeps business development off broadcast.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

Two tree houses in neighbouring gardens with a picket fence between them and a tin-can telephone strung from one to the other: the can at the near house swung out on the taut string while the can at the far house hangs still on its nail

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily, which gets read faster than email or SMS. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For facility management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site group is the evidence produced at renewal”

A complaint posted at nine and acknowledged three minutes later is the record that defends your price. A group where the client's message sits unread until afternoon is the record that loses it.

  • “Broadcasting an offer to facilities managers gets you blocked”

This is a tendered purchase made by a committee, and the number came off a business card rather than from a consent tick. One unwanted broadcast ends a relationship that took a year to build.

  • “Housekeeping and security recruitment already runs on WhatsApp”

Supervisors fill a shift through their own contacts on their own phones. When a supervisor leaves, the recruitment network and the client group history go with him.

What we do

What we deliver for facility management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site group standard

Who sits in each client group, who answers, what an acknowledgement says and what has to become a phone call, agreed with the client at mobilisation.

Result: Every site group runs the same way, whoever the supervisor is.

  2. Groups held on a company number

Client and rostering groups moved onto a business number your company controls, so the history stays behind when a person leaves.

Result: A resignation does not take the client group with it.

  3. A deployment message format for each shift

Attendance, deployment against the agreed headcount and the tasks completed, written in a form the admin head can forward to his own management.

Result: Your client has something to show upstairs without asking you for it.

  4. Escalation wording

What to send the moment a complaint arrives, what not to promise in a chat, and the point at which a message has to become a call.

Result: A complaint closes in the group instead of climbing to procurement.

  5. Completion photographs for periodic work

Before and after records for deep cleans, facade cleaning and pest control, posted in the group and filed for the renewal case.

Result: Work nobody watches being done is evidenced anyway.

  6. A written rule against marketing broadcasts

What business development may send on WhatsApp and what belongs in an email or a meeting, so no target account is broadcast to by accident.

Result: Nobody burns an account with an unwanted forward.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these facility management companies.

  • Corporate office and IT campus FM providers
  • Mall and retail FM providers
  • Hospital and healthcare facility contractors
  • Residential welfare association service providers
  • Industrial and warehouse FM contractors
  • Integrated single-vendor FM companies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for facility management companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your current site references, your last three RFP responses, your sales pipeline of upcoming tenders, and how renewals are currently tracked.

  2. 2

    Build the reference library

A short, factual case study for every site worth mentioning, ready to attach to the next RFP without being written from scratch.

  3. 3

    Fix the proposal process

A response template and a checklist so the PF, ESI and manpower annexures are ready before the tender window opens.

  4. 4

    Reach the right admin heads

Outreach to facility managers and admin heads at the kind of site you want next, before the tender is floated.

  5. 5

    Protect the renewal

A record of SLA performance and complaint resolution kept through the contract, so the renewal conversation starts from strength.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should our sales team use WhatsApp to reach facilities managers?
For a conversation already under way, yes. For a first approach to a stranger, no. This buyer expects an email with a company profile attached, and a cold WhatsApp message reads as a small operator.
The client wants our supervisor in their own group. Is that a risk?
It is useful, as long as your operations manager sits in the same group and the supervisor knows what he may commit to. We write that down so nobody agrees to extra scope in a chat.
How soon would this affect our tender win rate?
A complete reference library and a fixed proposal process help the next tender you respond to. Building outreach that gets you shortlisted before a tender is floated takes a few sales cycles to show results.
Do we need to advertise?
Rarely, in this business. A contract is won through a reference the admin head can call, not a click. Paid search earns a small place for searches such as hospital housekeeping services in one city, where a buyer is already comparing vendors.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
