Dermatology clinics · Google Business Profile
Show the dermatologist's qualification and real results before a patient ever calls.
A Google Business Profile for a dermatology clinic is often the first and only thing a patient checks before sending a WhatsApp message. It needs the doctor's qualification, the treatment list and genuine photos, kept current. GullySales sets this up and keeps it accurate as treatments and doctors change.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What Google Business Profile means
A Google Business Profile is the free listing that shows your address, hours, photos and reviews when someone searches for your business or a nearby competitor on Google and Maps. GullySales sets it up correctly, keeps it updated and posts to it regularly so it works as a steady source of calls and direction requests.
Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.
For dermatology clinics
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“The qualification belongs on the profile, not just the website”
A patient deciding between three clinics on Maps often never reaches the website, so the dermatologist's MD Dermatology qualification needs to be visible directly on the profile.
“Treatment-specific photos, not stock images”
Photos of the actual clinic, equipment and, with consent, real results for treatments such as chemical peels build more trust on the profile than generic stock photography of skin.
“Questions and answers used for common concerns”
The profile's questions and answers section can pre-answer what patients already ask, such as whether laser hair removal hurts. That cuts the near-identical WhatsApp messages the front desk repeats daily.
What we do
What we deliver for dermatology clinics.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Doctor qualification added directly to the profile
The dermatologist's MD Dermatology qualification stated on the Google Business Profile itself, not only linked to the website.
Result: A patient deciding on Maps sees the credential without leaving the listing.
Treatment photo set replacing stock images
Photographs of the actual clinic, equipment and, with consent, real results for treatments such as chemical peels.
Result: The profile shows the real clinic instead of a generic stock image.
Pre-written answers in the profile's questions section
Answers to common questions, such as whether laser hair removal hurts, added to the profile's questions and answers section.
Result: A patient's question is answered before the front desk repeats it again.
Treatment list kept current as services change
The profile's service list updated whenever a treatment or dermatologist changes, so it matches what the clinic actually offers.
Result: A patient checking the profile finds it matches the clinic today.
Report on profile views and enquiries
A report on profile views, calls and messages by treatment, measured against the baseline set before work started.
Result: The clinic sees which listed treatment is drawing the most attention.
How the result is measured
- Profile views
- Calls from the listing
- Direction requests
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What the profile needs
What a dermatology clinic's profile needs to be accurate, and where this profession calls for care.
- The clinic name as registered and signed
- Use the name on your signboard and registration. Do not add words like best or laser to it. The doctor's own name and the clinic name are separate matters.
- Primary category and a short secondary list
- Set the category that fits the main practice, such as dermatologist, and add secondary categories only for services you run. Check Google's current category list.
- Qualification as your council registers it
- State the degree and registration exactly as your medical council has it. Advertising rules for doctors differ by state and body and change, so check with your own council.
- Services in plain words, without outcomes
- Name each treatment, such as chemical peel or laser hair removal, and say what it is. Leave out promises of results or cure. Treatment pictures raise council questions, so check first.
- Photographs of rooms and equipment
- Show the reception, consultation room and the equipment you use. These carry no privacy risk. Never include a patient in any photograph without written consent.
- Review replies that confirm nothing
- Thank the reviewer in general terms. Never confirm that someone was a patient or mention their treatment, since that discloses their health. Do not offer anything in return for a review.

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the google business profile work runs
- 1
Understand your locations
We confirm every branch, its correct details and which categories genuinely match what it offers.
- 2
Audit current profiles
We check what is wrong, outdated or missing on each existing listing.
- 3
Correct and complete
Every profile is brought up to date, with services, hours and photos filled in properly.
- 4
Implement ongoing activity
Posts, photos and review replies are added on a regular schedule rather than occasionally.
- 5
Measure and adjust
We track calls and direction requests and adjust categories or content where a listing underperforms.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
