Manufacturing companies · Website

Build a site that lets a buyer check your capability in one click.

Website design and development for a manufacturing company means a site organised by product category and capability, with an easy way to submit a specification for a quote. That is exactly what a buyer needs before they call. GullySales builds the site and updates the capability pages each time a new certification or machine is added.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For manufacturing companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer believes a stated capacity, not the word reliable”

A page stating actual production capacity, materials handled and certifications converts far better than one describing the company as high quality and reliable.

  • “A quote request form should accept a specification or drawing upload”

A buyer with the drawing open in front of them will attach it if the form allows it. Send them off to find an email address and some of them never come back.

  • “Certifications and past orders need their own visible section”

A buyer checking legitimacy looks for quality certifications and examples of completed orders before trusting the company with a specification.

What we do

What we deliver for manufacturing companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Capability pages with real numbers

Pages stating actual production capacity, materials handled and certifications clearly, instead of vague quality claims.

Result: A purchase engineer can match your capacity against their part before picking up the phone.

  2. Specification upload on the quote form

A quote request form that accepts a specification or drawing upload directly, instead of forcing a separate email.

Result: A buyer submits a real specification in one step instead of two.

  3. Certifications and past orders section

A visible section listing quality certifications and examples of completed orders, checked before a buyer sends a specification.

Result: A buyer checking legitimacy finds the proof without having to ask for it.

  4. Product category site structure

A site organised by product category and capability, so a buyer can check relevant capability in one click.

Result: A buyer finds what they need without hunting through unrelated pages.

  5. Website enquiries tracked in the report

RFQs from the website, by product category, included in the report against your baseline.

Result: You see which capability pages are actually bringing in RFQs.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a manufacturer's website must show before a buyer sends a drawing.

Processes in-house and machines by make
List the processes you run yourself and the machines, with make and size, such as VMC, press brake or injection moulding. Say what you send out to others.
Materials and the tolerance you hold
Name the materials and grades you handle and the tolerance you keep on standard work. A buyer then rules you in or out without a call.
Inspection equipment and reports
Say which instruments you have, such as CMM, hardness tester or height gauge, and whether an inspection report goes with each batch.
Certificates with number and validity
Show ISO 9001 or customer approvals with the certificate number and validity date. An expired certificate on the page costs you a buyer.
Minimum order and sample terms
State the minimum order quantity, whether you make samples, and whether samples are charged. These are the commonest first questions from a new buyer.
Shop floor photographs and the address
Put real photographs of the floor and a Maps link to the factory, and offer a plant visit by appointment. A buyer wants to know the unit exists.

Who it is for

This is written for these manufacturing companies.

  • Component and parts manufacturers
  • Industrial equipment manufacturers
  • Chemical and process manufacturers
  • Textile and garment manufacturers
  • Packaging manufacturers
  • Contract and private label manufacturers
  • Export-oriented manufacturing units
  • Manufacturers supplying government and institutional buyers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

All case studies
  • SB Engineering

    Situation
Buyers searching for laser cutting and sheet metal work in Bengaluru were finding other suppliers first, because the company did not rank for the terms its own customers type.
    What we did
    • The site redesigned for mobile
    • Search work on the buyer's terms
    • Content that shows the work

  • HOPO Hardware

    Situation
There was no website or online platform of any kind, so nothing showed the products, their features or their technical specifications. A dealer who wanted a specification had to ask for it every time.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we go live with one product line and add the rest of the catalogue later?
Yes, and that is usually the faster route. What takes the time is writing and checking the capability content, since a wrong tolerance on a page is worse than a late launch. We can tell you what is realistic for your business after the first conversation.
Does the website need regular updates?
Yes, whenever a new certification, capacity or product line is added, since buyers check for current information.
Some customers bind us with NDAs. How do we show past work?
Show the part type, material, process and industry without naming the customer or showing their drawing. Say 'component for an automotive OEM'. Where the customer allows it, add their name. Ask each new customer at the start whether you may show the work.
Should the site have a Hindi or regional-language version?
It depends on who buys. Engineers and procurement teams search in English, so keep full capability pages there. If dealers or small buyers in your region ask in their own language, add a short page in that language with the product list and contact details.
Do we need to advertise?
Most manufacturers gain more first from a faster quote and a clearer capability page. Advertising helps when one product category or export market needs pushing this quarter.
Our buyers are engineers. Will your copy be technically right?
Only if your engineers check it, so we build that step in. We draft from your drawings, machine list and test certificates. Someone on your side signs off every capability claim before it goes live.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
