Orthopaedic clinics · Website

Build the site around the knee, the spine and the fracture, not the surgeon's CV.

Website development for an orthopaedic clinic means a site organised by condition and procedure, where each page names the surgeon, the hospitals used and how to send an X-ray. GullySales builds it to load quickly on a phone, and registers the domain and logins so the clinic, not an agency, owns them.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 6 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For orthopaedic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Patients cannot tell where the surgeon operates”

The site gives the clinic address but not the hospitals where surgery happens, and the family's first question is whether their insurer is accepted there.

  • “There is no way to send a report”

A patient with an MRI report in hand wants to share it before booking. A contact form with no upload and no WhatsApp link sends them to a clinic that has one.

  • “The site was built for colleagues”

Pages of conferences and papers impress other surgeons. A patient wants to know what the operation involves and whether the clinic is on the ground floor.

What we do

What we deliver for orthopaedic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page structure by joint and procedure

Sections for knee, hip, shoulder, spine, fractures and sports injuries, each with its procedures beneath, replacing the single services list.

Result: A visitor finds their own joint in one tap.

  2. A report upload and a WhatsApp route

A secure upload or a WhatsApp link on every procedure page, with a line on who reads it and that no diagnosis is given online.

Result: The patient can share the X-ray the moment they decide to.

  3. Surgeon and hospital details on each page

Who does the procedure, where they operate, the consulting days, and the insurers and schemes accepted at each hospital.

Result: The family's practical questions are answered before the call.

  4. A light build for older eyes and slow phones

Pages that load quickly on a mid-range phone on mobile data, with large text and buttons an older patient can read and press.

Result: An elderly patient can use the site without help.

  5. Domain, hosting and logins in the clinic's name

The domain, hosting account and site administration registered to the clinic, with the access written down and handed over.

Result: Changing agency never takes the website with it.

  6. Website enquiries counted against the baseline

Calls, WhatsApp messages and uploads from the site recorded and compared with the figure before launch.

Result: You know whether the new site brings consultations.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What an orthopaedic clinic's procedure page must show before a family calls.

Who operates, and their registration
Name, photograph, degree, fellowship and medical council registration of the surgeon who does this procedure. Families compare surgeons before they compare clinics.
The hospitals used and the insurance taken there
List each hospital where the surgery happens, the insurers and TPAs accepted, and government schemes if empanelled. Say who at the clinic helps with pre-authorisation.
What decides the cost
Explain the parts of the bill: implant, room category, days of stay and physiotherapy. Show figures only as far as your council's rules and the hospital allow, and check those rules first.
The days in hospital and the weeks at home
Describe admission, the first walk with support, discharge and physiotherapy in plain steps. Say that the surgeon sets each patient's plan.
How to send an X-ray or MRI
A WhatsApp button and an upload box, with a note on who replies and what happens next. Ask the patient to bring the original films and the CD to the visit.
Access for patients on crutches
Say whether the clinic is on the ground floor, has a lift, a ramp and parking near the door, and whether a wheelchair is available. Older patients check this first.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for orthopaedic clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where consultations come from, how fast WhatsApp reports get a reply, the Maps listing for each consulting address, and how many patients advised surgery went quiet.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A named person for calls and WhatsApp, replies that offer a slot without diagnosing, and a register of every enquiry by condition.

  3. 3

    Write the condition pages

Pages for knee, hip, shoulder, spine, fractures and sports injuries, with the surgeon, the hospitals and the report route on each.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Maps, reviews asked at the right point in recovery, letters to referring GPs and physios, and ads for procedures where the surgeon has theatre time.

  5. 5

    Follow up and measure

Calls to patients advised surgery and to those due for review, with the reason recorded for each, set against the baseline.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are on Practo. Do we still need our own website?
Yes. A Practo profile sits beside every other surgeon in your area and shows a booking button. Your own site carries the procedure explanations, the hospitals and the report route, and it belongs to you.
Does the website need a Kannada, Marathi or Hindi version?
Add the local language to the pages older patients read: the procedures they are advised and the admission steps. A whole second site is rarely needed. Have a fluent writer do it, and the surgeon check the medical lines.
Our site looks fine on a computer. Why does speed on a phone matter?
Patients and their children open it on a phone, from a WhatsApp link or a Maps listing. Heavy sliders and large photographs make it slow on mobile data, and a worried family will not wait. Test it on an ordinary phone away from office wifi.
Who should own the domain name?
The clinic, registered in its own name, with the login kept by the owner. If a surgeon leaves a group practice or the agency changes, the domain and the pages stay with whoever owns the clinic.
Is an orthopaedic surgeon allowed to advertise?
Within limits set by medical councils, which differ by state and change. Words such as best or painless, discounts and any promise of a result are the usual problems. We write pages and ads that describe the procedure and the surgeon's qualifications, and you check them against your own council's current rules before they go live.
Can we show a patient walking after a knee replacement?
Ask your council or adviser first. A video or photograph of a result works as a testimonial, and doctors' advertising rules restrict those. If it is allowed, take written consent for that specific use. We would sooner film the physio room and the surgeon explaining the stay.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
