Mineral trading companies · Digital marketing

Give a plant in another state a reason to ring your desk before anyone else's.

Digital marketing for a mineral trader brings the website, search, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp into one plan aimed at plant buyers and mines. GullySales works on choosing which channels deserve your effort and on the records that show which of them brought a lot.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For mineral trading companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The trade runs on a small circle”

Most of a trader's business comes from known plants and known mines. Digital work earns its place by reaching the purchase heads outside that circle, who would otherwise never learn the firm exists.

  • “Paid advertising suits few minerals”

Broad advertising for ore or coal reaches many people with no purchase to make. Spend on it only where a narrow audience and a clear grade page exist, and check the platform's current rules first.

  • “Channels that do not talk to each other”

A website enquiry, a LinkedIn message and a WhatsApp chat about the same plant end up in three places. Without one record, the firm quotes the same buyer twice or misses the connection.

  • “Effort without a record of what worked”

A firm that tries everything and notes nothing cannot say whether the directory listing or the mailing brought the last lot. The record must carry a source against each new buyer.

What we do

What we deliver for mineral trading companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel choice for your minerals

A short plan naming the channels worth using for the grades and regions you handle, and those worth leaving.

Result: A reasoned list of channels, with the ones dropped explained.

  2. Grade page and profile

The website pages and company deck that state what you supply, where from and how lots are checked.

Result: Every channel points to the same pages.

  3. Outreach to target plants

Email and LinkedIn notes to purchase heads on the target list, built from the persona profiles.

Result: Each contacted plant is marked in the record.

  4. Single enquiry record

Enquiries from every channel logged in one place with their source.

Result: You can count enquiries by channel.

  5. Source review with you

A reading of which channels brought confirmed lots, held with your team.

Result: Spend and effort follow what the record shows.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should a small mineral trader begin?
With the pages that state your grades and a record of enquiries. Channels come after, once there is something clear to send people to and a place to log what comes back.
Do plants really buy minerals after an online contact?
Purchase teams do research suppliers online before a call, even if the order follows a meeting. The aim is to be found and judged credible, not to close a lot by form.
What will you not do?
We do not promise enquiries, rankings or lots. We set up the channels, the record and the review so you can judge for yourself what is working.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
