Professional certification institutes · Content marketing

Answer the question a candidate asks before choosing between two credentials.

Content marketing for a certification institute is writing and recording answers to what a candidate asks before enrolling: which credential, whether they qualify, what it costs in total and what it does for a career. GullySales works with your trainers to turn what they say in class into pages, videos and guides, without overclaiming.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For professional certification institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Credential-choice content beats institute praise”

A guide to US CMA versus CPA helps a graduate who has not decided. A page on experienced faculty and a good learning environment helps nobody.

  • “Trainers answer the same question on every call”

A trainer explains the exemption table or the experience rule to each caller. Written once as a page and a short video, it saves the call and gets found by searchers.

  • “Career outcome claims need care”

Candidates want to know what the credential does for pay and jobs. Describe the roles your passed students hold, with their consent. Do not promise a job or a rise, because advertising rules and the body's guidelines may object.

What we do

What we deliver for professional certification institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Credential-choice guides written with trainers

ACCA or US CMA, CPA or CMA, PMP or PRINCE2, Green Belt or Black Belt, each compared on eligibility, effort and who hires, in the trainers' own words.

Result: An undecided candidate gets help before being sold a class.

  2. Exam-route explainers

How registration, exemptions, exam windows, attempts and membership work for each body, in plain steps with links to the body's own pages.

Result: Fewer first calls begin with the same question.

  3. Study-plan pages for people with jobs

A sample plan for someone working full time: which papers to take together, how to fit study around office hours and when to book the exam.

Result: A manager sees how the course fits into a real week.

  4. Short trainer videos

Phone videos on one concept or one common mistake in a paper, recorded by the trainer who teaches it, with the course page linked underneath.

Result: Candidates hear how the trainer explains before they enrol.

  5. Passed-student stories with consent

Written accounts agreed by the student: background, study routine, what was hard and the exam session. No salary claims.

Result: Prospects hear from someone in their own position.

  6. A reply library for the desk

Saved answers on eligibility, fees, exam windows and refund terms drawn from the same pages the website carries.

Result: The desk and the website say the same thing.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions candidates ask first

The questions candidates ask from first doubt to enrolment, and the piece that answers each.

Which certification suits my degree and my job?
A choice guide by background: commerce graduate, engineer, working manager. Trainers write it, cite the body's eligibility rules and avoid saying that one credential is best.
Will my B.Com earn me exemptions?
A page explaining how the body decides exemptions, linked to its current table. Never state an exemption yourself, since the body revises its tables and the candidate will check.
Can I do this while working full time?
A study-plan page and a short video from a trainer who teaches the working batch. Show the real timetable and the recorded-class access you give, and be honest about the effort.
What is the total cost, including the exam?
A fee page listing your fee, the body's registration and exam fees, membership and retakes, with the date checked. Candidates add the body's fees anyway, so do it for them first.
Is this credential recognised abroad?
A careful page linking to the body's own statement of where it is recognised. Never promise a visa, a posting or a job.
What if I fail a paper?
A page on the body's retake rules and what you offer: doubt sessions, a repeat batch or a mock series. State what is free and what is charged.

Who it is for

This is written for these professional certification institutes.

  • ACCA, CIMA and CPA (US) institutes for commerce graduates
  • US CMA, CFA and FRM institutes for finance careers
  • PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile project management trainers
  • Six Sigma and Lean quality certification institutes
  • Cloud and IT vendor certification centres for AWS, Azure and Salesforce
  • Cybersecurity and audit certification trainers for CISA, CISM and CISSP
  • HR, supply chain and logistics certification trainers
  • Corporate training providers running in-house batches for employers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for professional certification institutes

  1. 1

    Audit the last batch

We trace where each enrolment came from, how long the desk took to reply, how many demo attendees paid and how many students booked their first exam, using your fee register and attendance sheets.

  2. 2

Fix the record and the reply

One enquiry record, one fee sheet, saved WhatsApp replies for eligibility, mode and fees, and a named person for the messages that arrive at night.

  3. 3

    Rebuild the certification pages

A page per credential and level with eligibility, fees split between you and the body, batch dates and the credentials your trainers hold.

  4. 4

Bring candidates in ahead of each batch

Search, LinkedIn, webinars and employer outreach set around each credential's batch dates and exam windows, with budget moved towards whichever source brings paid enrolments.

  5. 5

Follow through to the first exam

Every demo attendee followed to a paid fee or a clear no, and every enrolled student tracked to an exam booking, measured against the baseline taken at the start.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our trainers are busy teaching. Who writes the content?
The trainer speaks and someone else writes. A short call per topic gives the substance, a writer drafts it, and the trainer corrects it before it goes live. A page no trainer read is the one that carries the wrong eligibility rule.
Should we make content in English or in the local language?
Fresher candidates in Mysuru or Kochi ask their questions in Kannada or Malayalam, while the exam is in English. Explain the route in the local language and keep the exam terms in English.
Should we start with video or with articles?
Start with the pages that answer eligibility and fees, because search lands there. Add trainer videos on top. A video with no page behind it gives the candidate nowhere to go next.
Can we publish a candidate's exam result as content?
Only with the candidate's written consent, and only the facts: the exam, the session and the paper. Leave out marks and ranks unless the body publishes them and the student agrees. Some certifying bodies restrict how results are shown, so check the current rules.
Can we put our pass rate on banners and ads?
Only if you can show the basis: the exam session, the number who sat, how a pass is counted and where the record is kept. Certifying bodies and consumer protection rules treat misleading results claims seriously, and both change, so have your partner agreement and a legal adviser check the wording. Leave the figure out if you cannot back it with records.
Can we use the certifying body's logo and call ourselves an authorised partner?
Only as your agreement with the body allows, and only while the status is current. Candidates check the body's partner list, and a wrong claim loses the candidate and may cost you the partnership. Copy the wording of your approval exactly, and ask the body in writing before putting its logo on an advertisement.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
