Professional certification institutes · Social media

Show the trainer at the board, not the logo wall of the certifying bodies.

Social media marketing for a certification institute is how a candidate sees the trainer, the batch and the study routine before deciding to enrol. GullySales plans what each channel carries, gets students' permission before they appear, and links every post to a demo class or an enquiry.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For professional certification institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “LinkedIn carries the professional, Instagram the fresher”

A project manager reads LinkedIn at lunch. A final-year B.Com student scrolls Instagram and YouTube. One post for both reaches neither.

  • “Congratulation posters prove nothing”

A feed of passed-student collages says nothing about how you teach. A trainer solving one problem on a whiteboard tells the candidate what the class is like.

  • “Comments ask the fee and nobody answers”

A reel brings questions about fees and eligibility in the comments. An unanswered comment is a lost enquiry, and the reply has to move the person to WhatsApp or the form.

What we do

What we deliver for professional certification institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by audience

LinkedIn and YouTube for working professionals, Instagram and YouTube Shorts for graduates, a Telegram or WhatsApp channel for enrolled batches, with what goes where written down.

Result: Each audience sees what was made for it.

  2. A trainer-led content series

Short clips in which a trainer works one question from the syllabus on a whiteboard, one credential at a time, with the course page linked.

Result: Candidates see how the trainer teaches.

  3. Permission from every student who appears

Signed consent covering photographs, video and reuse, and a note on what not to say about results or jobs.

Result: Real students speak and the institute is covered.

  4. A comment and DM reply routine

Saved replies on eligibility, fees and batch dates, who answers, and how a comment moves to WhatsApp, with each one logged in the enquiry record.

Result: No question under a post goes cold.

  5. Posts tied to batch dates

A calendar built from batch starts, demo sessions and the registration deadlines the bodies set, with a code or link on every post.

Result: You can see which post brought a demo registration.

  6. Social enquiries reported on their own

Enquiries from each platform recorded separately from search, with demo attendance and fee payment traced back to the post.

Result: You can tell whether social fills seats or only gathers followers.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where each kind of certification candidate spends time, and what to post for them.

LinkedIn for working professionals
Post trainer explainers and a study plan for people with jobs: when the weekend class runs and what to prepare. The one action is a demo registration. Name the credential in text, not by the body's logo.
Instagram reels for final-year students and graduates
Show a trainer at the board and a student's study desk, one question answered per reel. The action is a message to the institute's WhatsApp for the pathway sheet.
YouTube for the candidate who compares and decides
A recorded demo class and a syllabus walk-through per credential. Pin the fee page and the next batch date in the description, since viewers arrive from search.
Facebook and family groups for parents
Parents of graduates read here. Post the pathway for a graduate, the fee split with the body and a note on refunds. Keep student photographs out unless the parents agree.
A Telegram or WhatsApp channel for enrolled batches
Keep it for class notices and mock-test links, apart from sales messages. Students who feel sold to in a study channel mute it.
What not to post
Pass-rate figures without a basis, the body's logo as though it endorsed you, salary claims and anything that sounds like a guarantee. Rank posters only with the student's consent and where the body allows it.

Who it is for

This is written for these professional certification institutes.

  • US CMA, CFA and FRM institutes for finance careers
  • PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile project management trainers
  • Six Sigma and Lean quality certification institutes
  • Cloud and IT vendor certification centres for AWS, Azure and Salesforce

  • HR, supply chain and logistics certification trainers
  • Corporate training providers running in-house batches for employers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for professional certification institutes

  1. 1

    Audit the last batch

We trace where each enrolment came from, how long the desk took to reply, how many demo attendees paid and how many students booked their first exam, using your fee register and attendance sheets.

  2. 2

Fix the record and the reply

One enquiry record, one fee sheet, saved WhatsApp replies for eligibility, mode and fees, and a named person for the messages that arrive at night.

  3. 3

    Rebuild the certification pages

A page per credential and level with eligibility, fees split between you and the body, batch dates and the credentials your trainers hold.

  4. 4

Bring candidates in ahead of each batch

Search, LinkedIn, webinars and employer outreach set around each credential's batch dates and exam windows, with budget moved towards whichever source brings paid enrolments.

  5. 5

Follow through to the first exam

Every demo attendee followed to a paid fee or a clear no, and every enrolled student tracked to an exam booking, measured against the baseline taken at the start.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which trainers should appear on camera?
Those who teach the credential, speak plainly and agree in writing. A trainer who leaves takes the videos' value along, so keep the content about the concept and the course, and show a second trainer for each credential.
A student posts a complaint about a batch change in the comments. Do we reply in public?
Reply once, politely, with what changed and who will call, then move it to a private message. Deleting the comment gets it screenshotted and posted in the study groups your prospects read.
Should we post festival greetings?
Post one when something real happened, such as a batch starting on the Ugadi weekend or a class holiday notice. A logo on an orange background gives a candidate nothing and pushes useful posts down.
Can we repost a student's story about passing?
Ask first in writing, credit them and keep the permission with its date. Say only what the student said, with the exam session, and add no claim about the job it led to.
Can we put our pass rate on banners and ads?
Only if you can show the basis: the exam session, the number who sat, how a pass is counted and where the record is kept. Certifying bodies and consumer protection rules treat misleading results claims seriously, and both change, so have your partner agreement and a legal adviser check the wording. Leave the figure out if you cannot back it with records.
Can we use the certifying body's logo and call ourselves an authorised partner?
Only as your agreement with the body allows, and only while the status is current. Candidates check the body's partner list, and a wrong claim loses the candidate and may cost you the partnership. Copy the wording of your approval exactly, and ask the body in writing before putting its logo on an advertisement.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
