Professional certification institutes · Website

Build the site so a candidate sees the fee, the batch and the trainer without calling.

Website development for a certification institute is building the pages a candidate checks before enrolling: the credential, who can register, the batches, the total fee and who teaches. GullySales builds a page per credential, a fee section that separates your charge from the body's, and a demo booking form that feeds your enquiry record.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For professional certification institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One long page lists every course”

A scroll of a dozen logos and one enquiry form tells a candidate nothing about the one credential they want. They leave to search for it elsewhere.

  • “Batch dates and seats are out of date”

A page showing a start date that has already passed tells the candidate nobody is minding the institute.

  • “The body's logo does the persuading”

Logos of ACCA, CFA Institute or PMI used without the right partnership wording make candidates suspicious, and may break the body's own rules.

What we do

What we deliver for professional certification institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per credential and level, in a fixed order

Who can register, what the exam is, how you teach it, batch dates, mode, trainers, fee split and a demo booking button, in the same order on every credential.

Result: A candidate comparing two credentials reads them the same way.

  2. A batch calendar the desk can update

Start dates, timings, seats open and mode, edited by the desk without a developer.

Result: The site never shows a batch that has begun.

  3. A fee section that splits your fee from the body's

Your tuition, study material and mock exams listed beside the body's fees, with instalment terms and the date the body's figures were last checked.

Result: The total is clear before the first call.

  4. A demo booking and callback form

Asks the credential, background and preferred time, sends a confirmation on WhatsApp and writes straight into the enquiry record.

Result: A booking reaches a counsellor with context.

  5. A results page with the basis stated

Exam sessions, the cohort counted and the definition of a pass, taken from your records, with only the students who agreed shown by name.

Result: A claim can be checked by anyone who looks.

  6. Mobile speed fixes

Embedded class recordings, brochures and galleries compressed or moved elsewhere so pages open properly on a phone on a mobile network.

Result: A candidate enquiring at night from a phone is not left waiting.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a candidate looks for on a certification institute's site before booking a demo.

Eligibility in the body's words
State who can register, the degree and experience rules and the exam format as the body states them, with a link to its page. Candidates check this before anything else.
Fees split between you and the body
List your tuition, study material, mock exams and retake terms, then the body's registration, exam and membership fees. Add the date you last checked the body's figures.
Partner status shown exactly
Show your status with the body in its own wording and link to its partner list. If you are not a partner, say you coach for the exam rather than imply an approval.
Trainers with their credentials
Name each trainer, the credential held and the subjects taught. Candidates search the trainer's name on LinkedIn, so keep the two consistent.
Batch dates, timings and mode
A table of start date, days, class hours, live or recorded and seats open, with a demo booking button against each row. Remove a batch the day it begins.
Results and student stories with a basis
Name the exam session, the cohort counted and how a pass is defined, and show only students who agreed. A claim with no basis reads as an advertisement.

This is written for these professional certification institutes.

  • US CMA, CFA and FRM institutes for finance careers
  • PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile project management trainers
  • Six Sigma and Lean quality certification institutes

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for professional certification institutes

  1. 1

    Audit the last batch

We trace where each enrolment came from, how long the desk took to reply, how many demo attendees paid and how many students booked their first exam, using your fee register and attendance sheets.

  2. 2

Fix the record and the reply

One enquiry record, one fee sheet, saved WhatsApp replies for eligibility, mode and fees, and a named person for the messages that arrive at night.

  3. 3

    Rebuild the certification pages

A page per credential and level with eligibility, fees split between you and the body, batch dates and the credentials your trainers hold.

  4. 4

Bring candidates in ahead of each batch

Search, LinkedIn, webinars and employer outreach set around each credential's batch dates and exam windows, with budget moved towards whichever source brings paid enrolments.

  5. 5

Follow through to the first exam

Every demo attendee followed to a paid fee or a clear no, and every enrolled student tracked to an exam booking, measured against the baseline taken at the start.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a listing on a learning marketplace enough, or do we need our own site?
Keep the listing if it brings enquiries, but own your site. A marketplace puts you beside your rivals under its own rules, and the candidate data is its property. Your own site holds your pages, your demo form and the record of who enquired.
Should the site also be in Hindi or Kannada?
Add local-language pages for the pathway and the fee explanation if graduates and their parents are your buyers. Exam material and credential names stay in English. Keep both versions in step, because a fee that differs between them loses trust.
Our site is slow on a phone. Does that matter?
It does, because candidates enquire from a phone at night on a mobile network. Embedded class recordings and heavy galleries are the common cause. Compress them, or host the video elsewhere and embed it.
Who should hold the domain and the hosting login?
The institute, in the owner's or the company's name. An agency or a former employee holding the domain can lock you out of your own site. Keep the registrar login and the hosting details with the owner and one other named person.
Can we put our pass rate on banners and ads?
Only if you can show the basis: the exam session, the number who sat, how a pass is counted and where the record is kept. Certifying bodies and consumer protection rules treat misleading results claims seriously, and both change, so have your partner agreement and a legal adviser check the wording. Leave the figure out if you cannot back it with records.
Can we use the certifying body's logo and call ourselves an authorised partner?
Only as your agreement with the body allows, and only while the status is current. Candidates check the body's partner list, and a wrong claim loses the candidate and may cost you the partnership. Copy the wording of your approval exactly, and ask the body in writing before putting its logo on an advertisement.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
