Professional certification institutes · Search engine optimisation

Be the page that answers the credential, the city and the batch a candidate searches.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for a certification institute decides whether your pages appear when a candidate searches a credential with a city, a mode or a fee. GullySales builds a page for every certification and level you teach, and fixes the site faults that keep those pages out of results.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For professional certification institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The candidate searches the credential, not your name”

Searches like PMP training in Pune on weekends or ACCA coaching in Kochi carry the credential, the place and the mode. A homepage listing every course matches none of them.

  • “The certifying body and the portals outrank you”

The body's own site explains the exam and its fees, and course aggregators list your institute with fees you never checked. Your page has to add what they cannot: your batches, your trainers and how the fee splits.

  • “Online classes make every institute a rival”

A candidate in Mysuru can enrol with an institute in Mumbai. Your page must say what a local student gets that a recording does not: a classroom, doubt sessions and a mock exam centre nearby.

What we do

What we deliver for professional certification institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per credential and per level

ACCA papers, CFA Level I, PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt each on its own page, with eligibility as the body states it, mode, batch dates and trainers.

Result: A candidate searching one credential lands on that page.

  2. A fee page that separates your fee from the body's

Your tuition, study material and mock exams listed beside the body's registration, exam and membership fees, with the date the body's figures were last checked.

Result: The page that answers the total cost is yours, not an aggregator's.

  3. Eligibility and exemption pages

Who can register, which degrees may earn exemptions and what work experience counts, written from the body's own pages with links back to them.

Result: A graduate checks whether they qualify without a call.

  4. Trainer profile pages

Each trainer with the credential held, the subjects taught and the batches they teach, with credential details shown only where the trainer has agreed in writing.

Result: Candidates who check who will teach them find the answer.

  5. Directory and aggregator profiles corrected

Your Google Business Profile, JustDial and Sulekha entries and any course portal checked against your own records for fees, credentials taught and contact details.

Result: The pages that outrank you at least say the right thing.

  6. Search visits traced to enrolments

Visits, enquiries, demo registrations and paid enrolments from each credential page, set against the baseline taken at the audit.

Result: You see which credentials search is filling.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your candidates type

What a candidate types before shortlisting an institute, and the page that should answer it.

ACCA coaching in Kochi after B.Com
A pathway page naming the papers, the exemptions a degree may earn as the body states them, batch timings and the fee split. Link to the body's own exemption page rather than retyping its table.
PMP training weekend batch in Bangalore
A credential page showing the contact-hours certificate you issue, class timings, live or recorded, and what the exam application asks of the candidate in the body's own words.
CFA Level I fees
A page splitting your tuition from the enrolment and registration fees paid to CFA Institute, with the date you last checked them. Stating the body's fees honestly earns trust for yours.
Is this institute an authorised training partner
A recognition page showing your status exactly as the body words it, linked to the body's partner list. Take it down the day the status lapses.
Six Sigma Green Belt certificate for working engineers
A page per belt saying who awards the certificate, whether a project is needed and what the exam is. Many institutes issue their own certificate, so say whose it is.
AWS certification course with exam voucher
A page saying which certification you prepare for, whether the exam voucher is included and what lab access is given. Candidates comparing you with a video course look for the voucher line first.

  • PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile project management trainers
  • Six Sigma and Lean quality certification institutes

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for professional certification institutes

  1. 1

    Audit the last batch

We trace where each enrolment came from, how long the desk took to reply, how many demo attendees paid and how many students booked their first exam, using your fee register and attendance sheets.

  2. 2

Fix the record and the reply

One enquiry record, one fee sheet, saved WhatsApp replies for eligibility, mode and fees, and a named person for the messages that arrive at night.

  3. 3

    Rebuild the certification pages

A page per credential and level with eligibility, fees split between you and the body, batch dates and the credentials your trainers hold.

  4. 4

Bring candidates in ahead of each batch

Search, LinkedIn, webinars and employer outreach set around each credential's batch dates and exam windows, with budget moved towards whichever source brings paid enrolments.

  5. 5

Follow through to the first exam

Every demo attendee followed to a paid fee or a clear no, and every enrolled student tracked to an exam booking, measured against the baseline taken at the start.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should CFA Level I and Level II have their own pages?
Yes. Candidates search by level, and the eligibility, syllabus, batch and fee differ. Keep what is common, such as the body's registration steps, on one page and link to it from each level.
Do we need a blog?
Not until the credential and fee pages are right. After that, a few articles on what candidates actually ask, such as how to choose between US CMA and CPA, earn their place, provided a trainer supplies the substance.
Do we need a page for every city where our students live?
Only where you can say something true about that place, such as a classroom batch in Indiranagar or a Saturday centre in Mysuru. Online-only pages with the city name swapped are thin, and they drag down the rest of the site.
Can we copy the syllabus from the certifying body's site?
Link to it and write your own outline. The body's text sits on every institute's site, so a search engine has no reason to prefer yours, and the body may object to copying. Describe what you add: mock exams, doubt sessions and revision classes.
Can we put our pass rate on banners and ads?
Only if you can show the basis: the exam session, the number who sat, how a pass is counted and where the record is kept. Certifying bodies and consumer protection rules treat misleading results claims seriously, and both change, so have your partner agreement and a legal adviser check the wording. Leave the figure out if you cannot back it with records.
Can we use the certifying body's logo and call ourselves an authorised partner?
Only as your agreement with the body allows, and only while the status is current. Candidates check the body's partner list, and a wrong claim loses the candidate and may cost you the partnership. Copy the wording of your approval exactly, and ask the body in writing before putting its logo on an advertisement.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
