GullySales

Senior living and home care agencies · Branding

The name on the sign has to survive the sentence a daughter says out loud.

Branding for senior living and home care is the name, the look and the words that decide whether a family reads you as a home or as an institution. GullySales settles what you are called locally, writes a promise your night shift can keep, and makes every piece of material match it.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For senior living and home care agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The words families use are not the words on your licence

Nobody tells a friend they are touring a residential care facility. They say they found somewhere for Dad. Write the way they speak about it.

  • A franchise name sitting on top of a local one

Families ring the national brand and meet your owner. Both names have to appear together without a caller wondering which company they reached.

  • A promise the Thursday night shift has to keep

The same aide every visit is a fine claim until she calls out sick. Say what happens then, because that is the moment the promise is tested.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living and home care agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The name settled for every local use

What goes on the sign, the phone greeting, the listing and the invoice, including how a franchise brand and your own name appear together.

Result: A family reaches the same organisation by every route.

  2. The promise written as a standard, not a slogan

What you commit to on caregiver consistency, on answering a call bell, and on covering a call-out, written so a shift can meet it.

Result: The claim survives a bad Thursday.

  3. Agreed words for what you are and are not

How your levels of care are described in the language a family uses, with the phrases your attorney has asked you to avoid listed beside them.

Result: The receptionist and the website say the same thing.

  4. Photography with consent recorded against each image

Residents, aides and rooms shot under a written release naming each use, replacing the stock pictures every provider in the county is already using.

Result: The photographs are of your building.

  5. A one-page leave-behind for a hospital desk

What you take, what you decline, your levels of care and a direct number, designed to sit in a discharge planner's folder and be handed over.

Result: The planner passes on your sheet rather than a directory list.

  6. Recruitment material in the same voice

Aide-facing ads, the application page and the welcome note written to match what you tell families, because aides read both before applying.

Result: Applicants recognise the place they were told about.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for senior living and home care agencies

  1. 1

    Follow last month's enquiries

The free audit call traces where each enquiry came from, how long it waited, whether a tour or an assessment happened, and what was said afterwards.

  2. 2

    Fix the first conversation

Agreed overlap hours, a routine for Friday afternoon calls, and a record of every family with the detail they gave so nobody has to ask twice.

  3. 3

    Write what families actually ask

Cost, staffing at night, caregiver consistency and what happens as needs change, written for the daughter reading it after her parents are asleep.

  4. 4

    Build the referral rhythm

Named contacts at hospitals, rehabilitation units, attorneys and hospices, visited on a schedule, with every referral recorded against the person who sent it.

  5. 5

    Report on move-ins and hours

A monthly report on enquiries, tours, assessments and starts of care against the baseline recorded before work began, with the directory spend set beside it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we photograph our actual residents?
Yes, with written permission for each person and each use, kept on file. Stock photographs of models are obvious to a family who has toured three places this month. Where consent is not given, photograph the rooms, the garden and the food.
Can we call ourselves the best in the area?
An advertising claim has to be supportable, and a superlative about care is hard to support. Your state licensing rules also govern what a community may call itself. We write to what you do, and anything your attorney is uneasy with comes out.
Would your team be speaking to our families?
Only as far as you want. Many providers have us take the first call, record the situation and book the tour, then hand anything clinical or emotional to their own nurse or director. Others keep every family conversation in-house and use us for the follow-up schedule, the referral records and the reporting. The line is drawn in the audit and written down.
How do you handle health details?
Under the HIPAA policy you give us, with access limited to the people doing the work. What we are allowed to see is written into the engagement before anything starts. Where the safer answer is to keep a detail out of our systems altogether, we do that instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
