Senior living and home care agencies · Pay per click advertising

Stop your caregiver hiring ads and your family ads spending the same money.

Paid search for senior living and home care reaches a family the week a parent cannot be left alone, and aides looking for hours. GullySales runs those as two budgets, blocks job searches out of the family campaign, and counts tours and starts of care.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For senior living and home care agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The directories bid on every word you want

A Place for Mom buys the same searches and then sells you the introduction. Your click costs roughly what theirs does, and the family stays yours.

  • Hiring and families are two different auctions

An aide searching for caregiver jobs and a daughter searching for home care clicked the same advertisement last month. One of those clicks was wasted.

  • Drive time is the real geography

A circle drawn round the office sends money to towns your aides will not drive to. Draw it round the shifts you can actually cover.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living and home care agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Two accounts that cannot borrow from each other

A family budget and a caregiver hiring budget held separately with their own daily caps, so a hiring push cannot quietly drain the tour money.

Result: Filling shifts stops costing you enquiries.

  2. Negative keywords against jobs, training and volunteering

Blocks on CNA course, caregiver salary, volunteer and nursing school, reviewed weekly against the searches that actually triggered your ads.

Result: Your budget stops paying for people who will never be residents.

  3. Targeting drawn round the shifts you can staff

Towns your aides reach, and communities within an hour of where an adult child lives, rather than a flat radius from the office postcode.

Result: You stop paying for enquiries you would have to decline.

  4. A landing page per level of care with a real form

A page matching the ad, asking how much help is needed, who is deciding, how it is being paid for, and the month it has to start.

Result: The enquiry arrives with enough in it to call back properly.

  5. Call tracking on every advertised number

A separate number per campaign, recorded under the policy you set, so a call at four on a Friday is attached to the advertisement that produced it.

Result: The hardest calls of the week get counted.

  6. Spend reported against tours and starts of care

Cost per enquiry, per tour or in-home assessment, and per move-in, set beside the placement fee a directory charged you the same month.

Result: You can compare our cost per move-in with theirs.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for senior living and home care agencies

  1. 1

    Follow last month's enquiries

The free audit call traces where each enquiry came from, how long it waited, whether a tour or an assessment happened, and what was said afterwards.

  2. 2

    Fix the first conversation

Agreed overlap hours, a routine for Friday afternoon calls, and a record of every family with the detail they gave so nobody has to ask twice.

  3. 3

    Write what families actually ask

Cost, staffing at night, caregiver consistency and what happens as needs change, written for the daughter reading it after her parents are asleep.

  4. 4

    Build the referral rhythm

Named contacts at hospitals, rehabilitation units, attorneys and hospices, visited on a schedule, with every referral recorded against the person who sent it.

  5. 5

    Report on move-ins and hours

A monthly report on enquiries, tours, assessments and starts of care against the baseline recorded before work began, with the directory spend set beside it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should we spend to fill one apartment?
Enough to run a full decision cycle, which in assisted living is weeks rather than days. The free audit puts a starting figure against the units you need filled and what a directory placement currently costs you. Our time, your ad spend and any production cost are separated in writing first.
Can we advertise our memory care unit?
You can say you have one if your state licence covers it. What that unit may be called, and what you may claim it does for a resident, follows your licensing rules, so your attorney reads the ad text. We keep the wording to what you provide.
Would your team be speaking to our families?
Only as far as you want. Many providers have us take the first call, record the situation and book the tour, then hand anything clinical or emotional to their own nurse or director. Others keep every family conversation in-house and use us for the follow-up schedule, the referral records and the reporting. The line is drawn in the audit and written down.
How do you handle health details?
Under the HIPAA policy you give us, with access limited to the people doing the work. What we are allowed to see is written into the engagement before anything starts. Where the safer answer is to keep a detail out of our systems altogether, we do that instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
