Senior living and home care agencies · Search engine optimisation

Outrank the directory that charges you for a family who was already searching.

Search engine optimisation for a care community or home care agency decides whether a daughter searching at midnight opens your page or a directory that sells her details on. GullySales writes the cost, staffing and dementia pages families look for, and clears the faults keeping them out of results.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For senior living and home care agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The directories own the first screen

A Place for Mom and Caring.com sit above nearly every community and agency, so your page is the second one a family opens. It has to be the one she finishes.

  • Cost is the search, and most pages refuse to answer it

Families type a town and the word cost. A page giving a starting range and what moves it will beat one that asks them to call for pricing.

  • Families search the symptom, never the licence category

Nobody types residential care facility. They type what happens when a father wanders at night or stops eating, so the page has to use those words.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living and home care agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A cost page that names a starting range

A published starting figure for each level of care, with what raises it: a second occupant, incontinence support, memory care, or overnight hours at home.

Result: The family about to ring somewhere else stays on your page.

  2. Pages built round the questions that end a search

Staffing after ten at night, whether the same aide comes each visit, what happens as needs increase, and how a dementia diagnosis changes the answer.

Result: Nobody leaves because the answer was missing.

  3. One page for each service you want more of

Respite, post-hospital transition, live-in hours and memory care given pages of their own, instead of four lines inside a combined services page.

Result: Each one can be found by the family who needs only that.

  4. Technical faults cleared off the site

Phone load speed, broken links, the duplicate pages a franchise template left behind, and the tour form that fails on an older handset.

Result: A page that deserves to rank stops being held back.

  5. Structured data for the address, the care levels and reviews

Markup so search engines read your location, hours, levels of care and rating from the code rather than guessing at them from the text.

Result: Search results show what you actually offer.

  6. Monthly search reporting page by page

Position, traffic and enquiries for the cost page and each care page, read against the baseline recorded before work began.

Result: You can see which page brought the tour.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for senior living and home care agencies

  1. 1

    Follow last month's enquiries

The free audit call traces where each enquiry came from, how long it waited, whether a tour or an assessment happened, and what was said afterwards.

  2. 2

    Fix the first conversation

Agreed overlap hours, a routine for Friday afternoon calls, and a record of every family with the detail they gave so nobody has to ask twice.

  3. 3

    Write what families actually ask

Cost, staffing at night, caregiver consistency and what happens as needs change, written for the daughter reading it after her parents are asleep.

  4. 4

    Build the referral rhythm

Named contacts at hospitals, rehabilitation units, attorneys and hospices, visited on a schedule, with every referral recorded against the person who sent it.

  5. 5

    Report on move-ins and hours

A monthly report on enquiries, tours, assessments and starts of care against the baseline recorded before work began, with the directory spend set beside it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How long before search brings us a move-in?
Months for the cost and memory care pages, because families read for weeks before they ring anybody. Your map listing and review count move sooner than that. We report enquiries traced to search against the baseline taken at the audit.
Can we write about what our memory care does for a resident?
Describe what you provide rather than what it will do for somebody's dementia. State licensing decides what a unit may be called, and senior living is also housing, so Fair Housing sits over the wording. Your attorney reads anything you are unsure of.
Would your team be speaking to our families?
Only as far as you want. Many providers have us take the first call, record the situation and book the tour, then hand anything clinical or emotional to their own nurse or director. Others keep every family conversation in-house and use us for the follow-up schedule, the referral records and the reporting. The line is drawn in the audit and written down.
How do you handle health details?
Under the HIPAA policy you give us, with access limited to the people doing the work. What we are allowed to see is written into the engagement before anything starts. Where the safer answer is to keep a detail out of our systems altogether, we do that instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
