Senior living and home care agencies · Social media

Nobody follows a care home, but everybody checks it before the tour.

Social media for senior living and home care is a page families check rather than follow, and the place aides decide whether to apply to you. GullySales posts what the last month actually looked like, keeps consent on every photograph, and moves enquiries off the platform the same day.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For senior living and home care agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Half the audience is looking for a job

Aides in your county compare which agencies pay on time. Real shifts, real areas and real faces bring applications that a job board never does.

  • A comment can disclose who lives here

A relative replies under a photograph naming a resident and a diagnosis. You need a rule for hiding it and a private message ready to send.

  • Families look for last week, not last year

A page whose newest post is a Christmas photograph from two years ago tells a daughter the building is short-staffed, whether or not it is.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living and home care agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan built from what already happens

The birthday, the therapy dog visit, the new activities calendar and the aide who reached five years, photographed as they occur rather than staged.

Result: Posting stops needing a fresh idea every week.

  2. Written consent filed against each photograph

A release per resident and per use stored with the image, plus a standing list of who has said no so nobody is posted by mistake.

Result: A photograph can be defended or removed on the day.

  3. A rule for comments that name somebody

What gets hidden, what gets deleted, and the private message sent instead, so no public reply ever confirms that a person receives care from you.

Result: Nobody's privacy ends up in a comment thread.

  4. Recruitment posts carrying the detail aides ask for

Shift patterns, the towns covered, the pay range you are willing to publish, and how quickly an application gets a phone call back.

Result: Applicants arrive already knowing the job.

  5. Messages moved to a call the same day

Direct messages from families routed to whoever does intake, with the situation recorded exactly the way a phone enquiry is recorded.

Result: An enquiry in the inbox stops being lost on the page.

  6. Reporting on enquiries and applicants, not followers

Messages, calls and applications traced back from social, read against the audit baseline, with the follower count left out of it.

Result: The page is judged on who got in touch.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for senior living and home care agencies

  1. 1

    Follow last month's enquiries

The free audit call traces where each enquiry came from, how long it waited, whether a tour or an assessment happened, and what was said afterwards.

  2. 2

    Fix the first conversation

Agreed overlap hours, a routine for Friday afternoon calls, and a record of every family with the detail they gave so nobody has to ask twice.

  3. 3

    Write what families actually ask

Cost, staffing at night, caregiver consistency and what happens as needs change, written for the daughter reading it after her parents are asleep.

  4. 4

    Build the referral rhythm

Named contacts at hospitals, rehabilitation units, attorneys and hospices, visited on a schedule, with every referral recorded against the person who sent it.

  5. 5

    Report on move-ins and hours

A monthly report on enquiries, tours, assessments and starts of care against the baseline recorded before work began, with the directory spend set beside it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform is worth our time?
Facebook for families and local groups, plus whichever job-facing channel your aides actually use. Adult children making this decision are mostly in their fifties, and so are the church and senior centre groups that talk about you.
Can we post photographs of residents?
Only with a written release for each resident and each use, signed by a responsible party where one is required. Consent can be withdrawn later, so keep a record of what went where and be ready to take it down quickly.
Would your team be speaking to our families?
Only as far as you want. Many providers have us take the first call, record the situation and book the tour, then hand anything clinical or emotional to their own nurse or director. Others keep every family conversation in-house and use us for the follow-up schedule, the referral records and the reporting. The line is drawn in the audit and written down.
How do you handle health details?
Under the HIPAA policy you give us, with access limited to the people doing the work. What we are allowed to see is written into the engagement before anything starts. Where the safer answer is to keep a detail out of our systems altogether, we do that instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
