Senior living and home care agencies · Digital marketing

Decide each month whether the money goes to families or to hiring aides.

Digital marketing for senior living and home care is the plan that settles what goes to search, paid ads, email and the directories each month, across families and caregiver hiring. GullySales writes that plan, names who owns each piece, and reports it against move-ins and shifts filled.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For senior living and home care agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Two audiences, one budget, nobody refereeing

An agency turning away hours needs applicants more than enquiries this month. Somebody has to make that call in writing and look at it again in thirty days.

  • The person doing your marketing is on a tour

Community relations runs the newsletter, the events and the posts between showings. The work stops in exactly the weeks the showings go well.

  • Placement fees belong inside the budget

The fee on one directory move-in is often the largest marketing line of the month, and it usually sits in a different ledger entirely.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living and home care agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A month by month plan with the split written in

What goes to search, ads, email, events and directory placements, and how much of the total is pointed at hiring rather than at families.

Result: Every line has a decision behind it.

  2. One named owner and a weekly slot

The work given to a person rather than to a department, with a short list due each week and the drafting already done for them.

Result: Marketing survives the week three families arrive at once.

  3. Referral visits scheduled beside the advertising

Discharge planner rounds, hospice liaison calls and attorney lunches planned in the same calendar as the ad spend, since both want the same person's hours.

Result: Nobody chooses between visiting the hospital and posting online.

  4. The holiday season prepared in September

Adult children see a parent's decline over Thanksgiving and Christmas, so the pages, ads and emails for that fortnight are written and approved beforehand.

Result: You are ready for the weeks that make families act.

  5. Caregiver hiring run as its own campaign

Separate advertising, an application answered within hours, and its own report, kept out of the numbers you use to judge family marketing.

Result: Applicants stop being counted as enquiries.

  6. One monthly report covering both sides

Enquiries and move-ins on one page, applicants and hires on the next, each read against the baseline recorded at the audit.

Result: You can move money between them with evidence.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for senior living and home care agencies

  1. 1

    Follow last month's enquiries

The free audit call traces where each enquiry came from, how long it waited, whether a tour or an assessment happened, and what was said afterwards.

  2. 2

    Fix the first conversation

Agreed overlap hours, a routine for Friday afternoon calls, and a record of every family with the detail they gave so nobody has to ask twice.

  3. 3

    Write what families actually ask

Cost, staffing at night, caregiver consistency and what happens as needs change, written for the daughter reading it after her parents are asleep.

  4. 4

    Build the referral rhythm

Named contacts at hospitals, rehabilitation units, attorneys and hospices, visited on a schedule, with every referral recorded against the person who sent it.

  5. 5

    Report on move-ins and hours

A monthly report on enquiries, tours, assessments and starts of care against the baseline recorded before work began, with the directory spend set beside it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Who owns this if we have no marketing person?
One named person with a fixed slot each week, even if that is the administrator. Left to whoever is free, it stops the week a family crisis fills the diary. We do the drafting and the reporting around that person.
How soon do we see something change?
Every month you see the numbers move against the baseline: enquiries by source, time to first call, tours, move-ins and caregiver applicants. Senior living decisions run long, so enquiries and reply times shift well before occupancy does.
Would your team be speaking to our families?
Only as far as you want. Many providers have us take the first call, record the situation and book the tour, then hand anything clinical or emotional to their own nurse or director. Others keep every family conversation in-house and use us for the follow-up schedule, the referral records and the reporting. The line is drawn in the audit and written down.
How do you handle health details?
Under the HIPAA policy you give us, with access limited to the people doing the work. What we are allowed to see is written into the engagement before anything starts. Where the safer answer is to keep a detail out of our systems altogether, we do that instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
