Senior living and home care agencies · Local SEO

One community is a pin on the map, a home care office is a service area.

Local SEO for senior living and home care decides whether you appear on the map when a family searches a particular town. GullySales verifies a profile for each address, gets the levels of care right on it, and sets the service area you can actually staff.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For senior living and home care agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Families search a town, not an address

The search names the town where the parent lives, which may be forty minutes from the adult child doing the searching. Your listing has to claim that town.

  • A home care office has no front door for visitors

Google treats an agency whose work happens in clients' homes differently from a building people tour. Set it up wrongly and the listing gets suspended.

  • The wrong category costs you the map pack

A memory care community listed as a nursing home ends up beside skilled nursing facilities, in a set of results the family never meant to open.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living and home care agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified profile for every address

One listing per community, carrying the name on the building, the levels of care you are licensed for, and the hours somebody answers the phone.

Result: Each building is findable on its own.

  2. The home care office set up as a service area

Street address hidden, service area drawn from the shifts you staff, and a category chosen for an agency rather than for a facility.

Result: The listing stays up instead of being suspended.

  3. Photographs a family will recognise on arrival

The entrance as it looks from the car park, a resident room, the dining area, and an aide at a front door, each used with written consent.

Result: The pictures match what the family finds.

  4. Town pages for the places adult children search

A page for each town you cover, naming the hospitals, the rehab units and the roads your aides drive there.

Result: A search naming a town has something to open.

  5. One set of details across every directory

Name, address, phone and hours checked on Google, Caring.com, the state licence listing, and the old franchise pages nobody remembered to close.

Result: A family checking you up finds one organisation.

  6. Calls and direction requests counted monthly

Map views, calls from the listing and requests for directions per community, read against the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: The listing is judged on calls, not on stars.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for senior living and home care agencies

  1. 1

    Follow last month's enquiries

The free audit call traces where each enquiry came from, how long it waited, whether a tour or an assessment happened, and what was said afterwards.

  2. 2

    Fix the first conversation

Agreed overlap hours, a routine for Friday afternoon calls, and a record of every family with the detail they gave so nobody has to ask twice.

  3. 3

    Write what families actually ask

Cost, staffing at night, caregiver consistency and what happens as needs change, written for the daughter reading it after her parents are asleep.

  4. 4

    Build the referral rhythm

Named contacts at hospitals, rehabilitation units, attorneys and hospices, visited on a schedule, with every referral recorded against the person who sent it.

  5. 5

    Report on move-ins and hours

A monthly report on enquiries, tours, assessments and starts of care against the baseline recorded before work began, with the directory spend set beside it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We have four communities. One listing or four?
One for each address, each with its own photographs, hours and levels of care. A single corporate listing wins nothing locally. Use the name on the signage at the building rather than the legal entity on the licence.
How far should our home care service area reach?
As far as your aides actually drive, and no further. Claiming counties you cannot staff produces enquiries you will decline, which costs you a review and a referral source. We set it from your current shift map.
Would your team be speaking to our families?
Only as far as you want. Many providers have us take the first call, record the situation and book the tour, then hand anything clinical or emotional to their own nurse or director. Others keep every family conversation in-house and use us for the follow-up schedule, the referral records and the reporting. The line is drawn in the audit and written down.
How do you handle health details?
Under the HIPAA policy you give us, with access limited to the people doing the work. What we are allowed to see is written into the engagement before anything starts. Where the safer answer is to keep a detail out of our systems altogether, we do that instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
