Business automation and RPA companies · Content marketing

Show one process from start to finish, because buyers have seen enough robot pictures.

Content marketing for an automation firm is writing for the buyer who has not yet decided to automate: what the process looks like now, what a bot changes, what breaks and who fixes it. GullySales writes from your pilot notes and your developers' answers, and ties each piece to the enquiries it brings.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For business automation and RPA companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every post says automation saves time”

A buyer reads ten of them and learns nothing. A walk through one reconciliation, with its exceptions listed, is the post nobody else has published.

  • “Your developers know the answers and never write them”

The developer who mended a bot when a portal changed its login holds the best content you own. It sits in a ticket, not on your site.

  • “The piece for the CIO misses the person who feels the chore”

The accounts executive who keys invoices all morning is the one who raises it with the finance head. Nothing on your site is written to be forwarded by that person.

What we do

What we deliver for business automation and RPA companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A process walk-through for each pilot

The steps, the systems, the exceptions and the point where a person decides, with client details removed and consent checked where the client is named.

Result: A buyer sees a real process before the first call.

  2. A short interview with the developer who built it

A set of questions put to the bot developer after each go-live and each fix, turned into a page in your own words.

Result: What your engineers know reaches the site.

  3. A series on what breaks a bot

Screen changes, expired credentials, a vendor adding a field, a bank changing a statement layout. Each is a short page with the fix and the monitoring that catches it.

Result: The buyer who was burnt once sees a firm that expects failure.

  4. Pieces for each role in the decision

One page for the finance head about the business case, one for the IT head about access, one for the operations team about what happens to their tasks.

Result: Each person in the room finds something written for them.

  5. A readiness checklist for a process

A one-page sheet on whether a process is fit to automate: rules written down, input structured, exceptions listed. It is sent back filled in to anyone who asks.

Result: A reader becomes a named enquiry about a named process.

  6. Each piece tied to an enquiry

Every page tagged so that form fills, calls and messages are traced to the piece the buyer read first.

Result: You keep writing what produces discovery calls and stop writing the rest.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

The doubts an automation buyer carries into the first call, and the piece that answers each.

Will it break when the portal changes?
Publish a page on how a bot is monitored, what a support contract covers and who is called when a login screen changes. Show a real alert with the client details removed.
Is my process even fit for a bot?
A readiness checklist: rules written down, input structured, exceptions listed, one owner. Ask for the process owner's work email and send back the filled sheet.
Why not Power Automate or an Excel macro?
Write an honest page on when a flow or a macro is enough. A buyer told that you would not sell them a bot for a task a macro can do believes the rest of the site.
Where does our data go, and who sees the passwords?
A short security page: where credentials are stored, who holds access, what is logged. The IT head reads this before the finance head's second call.
What will our team do after the bot goes live?
A page for the operations staff on which tasks go, which stay and who handles exceptions. It answers the fear that arrives before the budget does.
Can you show it running?
A recorded screen of a real run with data masked, and a note on what was left to a person. Get the client's written consent before publishing.

  • Shared-service and BPO teams turning their own bots into a product
  • Freelancer-led teams becoming a registered company

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for business automation and RPA companies

  1. 1

    Trace the enquiry trail

In the free audit we follow your last pilots back to the first contact, whether platform vendor, ERP partner, search or an old client, and see where the calls went quiet.

  2. 2

    Fix the discovery call

The questions, the process walk and the record kept, so that no quote is built on a description.

  3. 3

    Publish the proof

A page per process, a support page and a security page, written from what your developers actually built and fixed.

  4. 4

    Open the routes in

Search, partner referrals, outreach to ERP partners and the replies to each, with every source recorded.

  5. 5

    Report from call to contract

Discovery calls held, proofs passed, pilots signed and support contracts attached, against the baseline.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our developers are busy and dislike writing. How does this get done?
Ask them questions instead of asking for articles. A short call after a go-live or a fix, with five questions, gives a writer the material. The developer then reads the page for accuracy, which is a shorter job than writing it.
Can we write about a pilot that is under NDA?
Describe the process without the client, the sector detail or any figure that would identify them, and check the agreement first. Many contracts also cover screenshots, so mask them. When in doubt, ask the client for a written yes.
Does a bot demo work better as video or text?
Both have a job. A recorded screen of a real run, with data masked, shows a bot working in a way a paragraph cannot. The text beside it carries the exceptions, the systems and the search terms.
Do we need Hindi or regional-language content?
Write in English for the finance and IT heads who decide. Add a regional-language page only where the people who will work alongside the bot read it, such as a one-page note for operators on what changes in their day.
Should we call it RPA or automation?
Use the buyer's word on each page. A finance head searches for the chore, such as invoice entry, so lead with that. RPA belongs where an IT head or a platform buyer is reading, and automation works for everyone else.
The platform vendor already lists us as a partner. Why more?
A directory entry is a name on a list of forty. The buyer who opens it then goes to your site, and what they find there decides whether a call happens. Your own pages have to carry the proof the listing cannot.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
