Business automation and RPA companies · Email marketing

Write to the finance head who said later, and leave the bought list of CFOs alone.

Email marketing for an automation firm is the follow-up to people who already asked: the discovery call that went quiet, the proof of concept that ended without an order and the client with a second process. GullySales sets up consent, sender identity and short sequences written around a named process, and keeps cold bulk sending out of it.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For business automation and RPA companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A bought list of CFOs burns the domain”

Addresses bought by job title include wrong ones and people who never asked. The damage lands on the domain your proposals and invoices are also sent from.

  • “The pilot client is never written to again”

After go-live there is silence. The same finance head has four other processes that people retype, and nobody has sent a note to ask.

  • “One newsletter goes to everyone”

A note on invoice automation sent to an operations head with a claims backlog is deleted. The message has to name the process the reader raised.

What we do

What we deliver for business automation and RPA companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A source and consent record for every address

Where each address came from, on what date and for what, kept beside the contact so that nobody has to guess whether a note is welcome.

Result: You can show how any address came to be on the list.

  2. Sender setup on your own domain

SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked with whoever runs your mail, and every message sent from a named person's address, not a no-reply.

Result: Proposals reach the inbox and not the spam folder.

  3. A sequence for the buyer who said later

Three short notes, each with one new example of the process they raised and one question, ending when the buyer replies or asks to stop.

Result: A not now stays a dated lead.

  4. A post go-live sequence for pilot clients

A note on what the bot has done, a question about the team's next chore and an offer of a process walk for the next department.

Result: A client with one bot is asked about the second.

  5. Segments by role and process

Finance heads with a reconciliation chore, operations heads with order entry and IT heads asking about access, each with their own message.

Result: A reader sees their own process in the first line.

  6. A reply path to a named person

Replies land with an owner who answers and logs them. A reply to a nurture note is a lead and is treated as one.

Result: Nothing sent from the system is answered by silence.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What must be in place first

What an automation firm should set up before sending any marketing email.

Where each address came from
Record whether it arrived from a form, a call, a business card or an event, with the date. An address with no source stays off the list.
Consent and the data protection law
India's law on personal data and its rules apply to how you collect and use names and addresses. Ask your lawyer what your forms must say and how long you may keep a contact.
A sender identity buyers recognise
Send from a named person on your own domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set by whoever runs your mail. A finance head replies to a person, not to a no-reply address.
Segments by role and process
Keep finance heads asking about invoices apart from IT heads asking about access. One message per segment, naming the process the reader raised.
An unsubscribe that works
Every marketing email carries a clear way to stop, honoured and noted in the CRM. Project and proposal mail is different, so ask your lawyer where the line falls.
A reply path with an owner
Replies go to a monitored inbox, logged against the contact. A reply to a nurture note is a lead and should be answered like one.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for business automation and RPA companies

  1. 1

    Trace the enquiry trail

In the free audit we follow your last pilots back to the first contact, whether platform vendor, ERP partner, search or an old client, and see where the calls went quiet.

  2. 2

    Fix the discovery call

The questions, the process walk and the record kept, so that no quote is built on a description.

  3. 3

    Publish the proof

A page per process, a support page and a security page, written from what your developers actually built and fixed.

  4. 4

    Open the routes in

Search, partner referrals, outreach to ERP partners and the replies to each, with every source recorded.

  5. 5

    Report from call to contract

Discovery calls held, proofs passed, pilots signed and support contracts attached, against the baseline.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we email people we met at a conference?
A badge scan is not always consent. Send a personal one-to-one note that refers to the conversation, and add the person to a list only when they agree. Check the event's own terms for how contact data from the scan may be used.
Is a newsletter worth running for an automation firm?
Only if you have something to say about processes. A newsletter that repeats your service list is deleted. A short note on one process a buyer might have, sent to people who asked, is read. Start with the follow-up sequences.
Our proposals land in spam. What is wrong?
Look first at the sender setup, and at whether the same domain also sends bulk mail. Ask whoever runs your mail to check SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and keep one-to-one proposals separate from any list mail. Ask a buyer to confirm receipt.
Can we buy a list of CFOs and finance heads?
Do not. Names from a bought list never asked to hear from you, and India's data protection law covers how personal data is collected and used. Build a list from people who enquired, from clients and from contacts you met in person.
Should we call it RPA or automation?
Use the buyer's word on each page. A finance head searches for the chore, such as invoice entry, so lead with that. RPA belongs where an IT head or a platform buyer is reading, and automation works for everyone else.
The platform vendor already lists us as a partner. Why more?
A directory entry is a name on a list of forty. The buyer who opens it then goes to your site, and what they find there decides whether a call happens. Your own pages have to carry the proof the listing cannot.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
