Business automation and RPA companies · Lead generation

Count a booked discovery call as a lead and a brochure download as a maybe.

Lead generation for an automation firm brings in finance, operations and IT heads who have a named process they want gone, and records where each one came from. GullySales sets up the routes in, the first reply and the qualifying questions, so that a discovery call is booked against a real process and not a vague interest.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For business automation and RPA companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A whitepaper download is not a buyer”

The form fills with students, job seekers and a competitor's engineers. A discovery call booked against a named process is the first lead worth counting.

  • “A vendor referral comes with strings”

The platform passes you a name and expects a reply, a status and sometimes a deal registration. A referral logged in the partner portal and nowhere else goes cold.

  • “The buyer's own IT head is asked before you are”

The finance head says the idea aloud and the IT head replies that the ERP has a module for it. If you have never put anything in front of that IT head, you lose before the call.

What we do

What we deliver for business automation and RPA companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One enquiry register for every route

Website form, call, WhatsApp, vendor referral, ERP partner introduction, tender and event, each recorded in the same sheet or CRM with the source named.

Result: You can see which route produces discovery calls.

  2. Qualifying questions for the first reply

Which process, which systems, who owns it, whether its rules are written down and what is prompting the enquiry now, asked in the first reply instead of a brochure.

Result: A call is prepared for before it is held.

  3. A partner lead routine

Who replies to a vendor referral, who updates the portal and how a deal registration is kept, so the vendor contact is told what happened.

Result: Referrals stop going cold in someone else's system.

  4. A discovery call booking page

A booking page that asks for the process, the software and the sender's role before a slot is offered.

Result: The calendar fills with calls that have a subject.

  5. A tender and registration tracker

Bid numbers, closing dates, documents asked and past-work certificates for bank, PSU and institutional vendor lists, kept in one place.

Result: A tender is not lost for a missing paper.

  6. A later list with a reason

Buyers who said not now, with the reason and the trigger that would reopen it, such as a licence renewal or a new finance head.

Result: A no is kept as a dated lead and not deleted.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where enquiries come from

An automation firm hears from buyers in six ways, and each needs a different line in the register.

Website form or discovery call booking
Record the process named, the systems and the sender's role. Reply with two questions about the process, not a brochure, and offer a slot for a screen share.
A call or WhatsApp from a finance head
Write down the department, the task and the software used. Ask to see the work done on a screen before any figure is mentioned.
Referral from a platform vendor
Log the vendor contact, the account and any deal registration. Reply to the buyer first, then update the vendor so nobody else claims the account.
Introduction from an ERP or Tally partner
Note the partner and the ERP, and ask what the partner has already told the buyer. Do not repeat a pitch the buyer has heard from someone they trust.
Bank, PSU or institution vendor registration
Log the bid number, the closing date, the documents asked and who holds your past-work certificates. Gather the papers before the closing date, not on it.
An existing client asking for a second process
Open it as a new enquiry on the same account, with the first project's go-live date. Ask the process owner who ran the pilot what went well and what annoyed the team.

  • Document processing and OCR specialists for invoices, KYC and claims

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for business automation and RPA companies

  1. 1

    Trace the enquiry trail

In the free audit we follow your last pilots back to the first contact, whether platform vendor, ERP partner, search or an old client, and see where the calls went quiet.

  2. 2

    Fix the discovery call

The questions, the process walk and the record kept, so that no quote is built on a description.

  3. 3

    Publish the proof

A page per process, a support page and a security page, written from what your developers actually built and fixed.

  4. 4

    Open the routes in

Search, partner referrals, outreach to ERP partners and the replies to each, with every source recorded.

  5. 5

    Report from call to contract

Discovery calls held, proofs passed, pilots signed and support contracts attached, against the baseline.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we buy a list of finance heads?
No. A list bought by job title reaches people who never asked, carries wrong addresses and raises a data-protection question about where the names came from. Research a named set of accounts that match your best pilots, and write to them one by one.
The same buyer came through the vendor and our form. Whose lead is it?
Keep one record with both sources written in it. Reply to the buyer first, then tell the vendor contact what happened. Agree with the vendor, in writing, how a referral is credited, before a deal depends on it.
What makes a lead qualified for an automation firm?
A named process, a person who owns it, systems you can work with and a reason to move now. Count it as qualified when a process walk is booked, since only then can anything be quoted.
What do we do with conference and event contacts?
Write down who they were, what process they mentioned and who spoke to them, and send a personal note about that process. A badge scan is a name, not a lead, until somebody has said what they want to stop doing.
Should we call it RPA or automation?
Use the buyer's word on each page. A finance head searches for the chore, such as invoice entry, so lead with that. RPA belongs where an IT head or a platform buyer is reading, and automation works for everyone else.
The platform vendor already lists us as a partner. Why more?
A directory entry is a name on a list of forty. The buyer who opens it then goes to your site, and what they find there decides whether a call happens. Your own pages have to carry the proof the listing cannot.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
