Business automation and RPA companies · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the chore the buyer is tired of doing, not for the word RPA.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for an automation firm means building the pages a finance or operations head finds when they type a task, such as invoice entry or bank reconciliation, rather than a platform name. GullySales writes one page per process you have automated and one per system you work on, then traces enquiries back to the page that produced them.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For business automation and RPA companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search the chore, not the category”

A finance manager types bank reconciliation automation in Tally, or how to stop keying invoices into SAP. A homepage about intelligent automation answers neither.

  • “A platform page fights the platform”

A page that only says UiPath partner in Bengaluru competes with UiPath itself. A page about what you built for a Tally user on that platform has the field to itself.

  • “The best case study is locked under an NDA”

Most pilots are under non-disclosure, so the page that would rank, a real process with real steps, never gets written. A described process with no client name still reads as proof.

What we do

What we deliver for business automation and RPA companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each automated process

Invoice entry, bank reconciliation, GST matching, onboarding forms, claims intake. Each page names the systems, shows what the bot does and marks where a person still decides.

Result: A buyer who searches the chore lands on a page about that chore.

  2. A page for each system you work on

One page for every pairing you have built, such as Tally with Power Automate, or SAP Business One with UiPath. It says what you built and what you decline.

Result: A search that names a tool finds a firm that has worked on it.

  3. Pages for each trade's paperwork

E-way bills for a logistics firm, claim forms for a hospital, KYC files for a lender. Each page is written in that trade's documents and rules.

Result: A hospital accounts head sees their own forms, not a generic diagram.

  4. The failed-bot question answered

A plain page on what breaks a bot, who watches it and what a support contract covers, written for a buyer who has been let down once.

Result: The doubt is answered before the first call.

  5. City pages only where you can meet the buyer

Pages for places where you visit the office or have run a pilot, saying plainly where the work is done on site and where it is done remotely.

Result: A local search finds an honest page, not a thin copy.

  6. Organic enquiries tied to the page

Form fills, calls and WhatsApp messages tagged to the landing page and entered in the CRM, set against the baseline taken in the free audit.

Result: You can say which page produced a discovery call.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The searches a buyer types about automation, and the page that should answer each.

Invoice processing automation for Tally
A page on the exact flow: mailbox or portal in, fields read, entry posted, exceptions to a person. Name the Tally version, and what the bot does when a vendor's GSTIN is wrong.
Bank reconciliation automation
A page on the statement formats of the banks your buyers use, how unmatched lines are listed and who clears them. Show the exception sheet, not a diagram of arrows.
RPA company in a named city
Write a city page only where you can meet the buyer. Say whether the work is on site or remote, which platforms you build on and one process you have kept running.
Power Automate versus UiPath
Write the comparison from what you have built on both. Say when a Microsoft 365 flow is enough, because a buyer told the truth comes back for the bigger job.
Why do RPA bots fail
A plain page on screen changes, expired passwords and bad input data, with what monitoring and a support contract cover. It reaches the buyer who was let down before.
What can be automated in accounts payable
List the steps from invoice receipt to payment run, and mark which a bot does and which a person must still approve. Link each step to its own process page.

This is written for these business automation and RPA companies.

  • Power Automate and Microsoft 365 consultancies
  • Workflow studios building on Zoho, n8n, Make and Zapier
  • Document processing and OCR specialists for invoices, KYC and claims

  • Shared-service and BPO teams turning their own bots into a product
  • Freelancer-led teams becoming a registered company

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for business automation and RPA companies

  1. 1

    Trace the enquiry trail

In the free audit we follow your last pilots back to the first contact, whether platform vendor, ERP partner, search or an old client, and see where the calls went quiet.

  2. 2

    Fix the discovery call

The questions, the process walk and the record kept, so that no quote is built on a description.

  3. 3

    Publish the proof

A page per process, a support page and a security page, written from what your developers actually built and fixed.

  4. 4

    Open the routes in

Search, partner referrals, outreach to ERP partners and the replies to each, with every source recorded.

  5. 5

    Report from call to contract

Discovery calls held, proofs passed, pilots signed and support contracts attached, against the baseline.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a blog, or only service pages?
Service pages first, one for each process you have automated. A blog post earns its place only where a buyer's question has no page yet, such as why bots break. Ten posts on what automation is will not bring a finance head to you.
Do we need a page for every platform we are a partner of?
Only for the ones you have built on. A page for a platform where you have delivered nothing invites the one question you cannot answer. Say plainly which platforms you build on and which you will not take on.
Will the platform vendor's own site outrank us?
For its own name, yes, and you should not fight that. Compete on the chore, the system pair and the city, where the vendor has nothing to say. A buyer who knows the platform and wants a firm to build on it finds you there.
Who should own the site and the search accounts?
You. The domain, the hosting login, Search Console and Analytics should sit in your company's name, with outside people added as users you can remove. Check that nobody's personal email is the owner.
Should we call it RPA or automation?
Use the buyer's word on each page. A finance head searches for the chore, such as invoice entry, so lead with that. RPA belongs where an IT head or a platform buyer is reading, and automation works for everyone else.
The platform vendor already lists us as a partner. Why more?
A directory entry is a name on a list of forty. The buyer who opens it then goes to your site, and what they find there decides whether a call happens. Your own pages have to carry the proof the listing cannot.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
