Business automation and RPA companies · Website

Put a running process on the homepage, not a picture of a robot.

A website for an automation firm shows a buyer, in one visit, which processes you have automated, on which systems, and who answers when a bot stops. GullySales builds that site: a page per process, a security page for the IT head, and forms that ask for the chore and the software, with enquiries tracked back to the page.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For business automation and RPA companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The homepage is a robot arm”

Stock pictures of metal arms and glowing lines are on every competitor's site. A finance head sees nothing about invoices, ledgers or the software they run.

  • “The IT head's questions have no page”

Where do credentials live, what is logged, who can see the data? The questions that decide a pilot are answered only on a call, so a buyer who reads before calling has no reason to call.

  • “The form asks for a name and a number”

A form that does not ask for the process or the software gives your team nothing to prepare, and the first call opens with questions the buyer could have answered in writing.

What we do

What we deliver for business automation and RPA companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A homepage that opens on a named process

A real chore, in the words a finance head uses, the systems it touches and a screen from a real run with data masked, above everything else.

Result: The buyer sees a firm that has done a thing, not a category.

  2. A page for each process

Steps shown, systems named, exceptions listed and the point where a person still decides, with the page arranged so one can be forwarded alone.

Result: A champion can send one link to the finance head.

  3. A security and support page

Where credentials are held, who has access, what is logged, how a failed bot is reported and who answers. Written plainly for an IT head and kept short.

Result: The review starts with answers on the table.

  4. A discovery call form with the right questions

Process, software, role and an optional volume as the sender counts it, followed by a booking slot and a confirmation that says what the call covers.

Result: Each call is prepared before it begins.

  5. Partner badges stated truthfully

The platforms you build on, the level you hold, checked against the vendor's current list, and with a line on what you do not build.

Result: A buyer who checks the claim finds it correct.

  6. Pages that open on an office connection

Light pages, readable on a phone and on a locked-down office laptop, with the video of a bot run loading only when played.

Result: A finance head on a phone sees the page and does not wait.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What an automation buyer looks for on a website before agreeing to a call.

A process named in the buyer's words
Not intelligent automation but invoice entry from email into Tally. Show the input, the steps, the exceptions and what the person who used to do it does now.
The systems you connect to
List the ERPs, accounting packages, bank portals and document types you have worked with, and say which you have not. A buyer scans for their own software first.
Who answers when a bot stops
A support page with how a failure is reported, who looks at it and what a support contract covers. Do not state response times unless you have written them into contracts.
How credentials and data are handled
Say where logins are stored, who can use them and what is logged. The IT head will read this page before the finance head's next call.
Partner status stated truthfully
Name the platforms you build on and the level you hold, as the vendor lists it today. Remove any badge you no longer hold, and note the platforms you do not build on.
A next step that asks the right things
A form asking which process, which software and the sender's role, then offering a screen share slot. Say what the first call covers and what it does not.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for business automation and RPA companies

  1. 1

    Trace the enquiry trail

In the free audit we follow your last pilots back to the first contact, whether platform vendor, ERP partner, search or an old client, and see where the calls went quiet.

  2. 2

    Fix the discovery call

The questions, the process walk and the record kept, so that no quote is built on a description.

  3. 3

    Publish the proof

A page per process, a support page and a security page, written from what your developers actually built and fixed.

  4. 4

    Open the routes in

Search, partner referrals, outreach to ERP partners and the replies to each, with every source recorded.

  5. 5

    Report from call to contract

Discovery calls held, proofs passed, pilots signed and support contracts attached, against the baseline.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a listing on a platform marketplace enough as our website?
No. A marketplace listing shows your name next to forty others, on a page the vendor controls. Use it as one more way to be found, and send those buyers to your own pages, which hold the proof and the contact form.
Do we need Hindi or regional-language pages?
For the buyers who decide, English is enough. A regional-language page earns its place where the people who work beside the bot read it, such as a one-page note to operators on what changes in their day.
Do buyers read the site on a phone?
Yes, a finance head often opens the first link between meetings. Check each page on a phone, keep the form short, and put the discovery call booking above the fold. Test on a slow connection as well.
Who should own the domain and the hosting?
Your company. The domain registration, hosting login and analytics should be in your company's name with a role-based email, and outside people added as users you can remove. Never let a vendor or an employee hold the only login.
Should we call it RPA or automation?
Use the buyer's word on each page. A finance head searches for the chore, such as invoice entry, so lead with that. RPA belongs where an IT head or a platform buyer is reading, and automation works for everyone else.
The platform vendor already lists us as a partner. Why more?
A directory entry is a name on a list of forty. The buyer who opens it then goes to your site, and what they find there decides whether a call happens. Your own pages have to carry the proof the listing cannot.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
