IVF and fertility clinics · Healthcare

Turn a couple's late-night search into a first consultation, with no false promise.

It is past eleven at night in Davangere and a woman is typing 'IVF cost Bengaluru' into her phone, the screen turned away from the room.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

In one paragraph

IVF and fertility clinic marketing gets a clinic found by couples who have been trying for a child and are now looking for a specialist, usually without telling anyone. Fertility sales turns that enquiry into a first consultation and a treatment decision the couple is comfortable with. GullySales writes a page for each treatment couples search, and gives your counsellors a follow-up routine that keeps their privacy.

She has had two rounds of IUI at the local gynaecologist's, her mother-in-law has started asking questions at family functions, and she does not want anyone to know she is looking. She reads three clinic pages, sends a WhatsApp message to the one that looks least like an advertisement, and waits.

What happens to that message decides more than any campaign. If the reply arrives the next afternoon as a forwarded price list, or a coordinator rings when her husband's family is in the room, the couple goes quiet and books somewhere else. The clinics that grow are the ones whose first answer is private, specific to her question and signed by a person she can name.

How buyers decide

How IVF and fertility clinics are chosen.

Most couples reach an IVF clinic through a gynaecologist. After months of ovulation tracking or an IUI that did not work, the local doctor names two or three centres, and the couple checks each one on Google, Maps and YouTube before anyone picks up a phone.

The comparison is slow and private. A couple reads the doctor's qualifications, watches the doctor explain a procedure on video, reads reviews that never quite say what happened, and asks a cousin who has been through it. Whether the estimate is clear matters as much to them as the clinic's name.

Couples who have had a failed cycle elsewhere choose differently. They want a doctor who will read the old reports and say plainly what would change, and they walk out of a consultation that feels like a sales pitch.

The problem

What usually goes wrong for IVF and fertility clinics.

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “Our enquiries land on the doctor's personal phone”

Reports and questions arrive on a private WhatsApp, nothing is recorded, and nobody can say which couples were ever answered.

  • “Couples consult once and never come back for the tests”

AMH, a semen analysis and a scan are advised at the first visit, the couple leaves with a printed list, and nobody checks whether they returned.

  • “Every caller asks for our success rate”

The front desk either quotes a figure it should not or says nothing useful, and the couple ends the call less sure than when it began.

  • “Our estimate confuses people”

A single package figure leaves out medicines, freezing or a further transfer, and a couple who feels misled tells friends before they tell you.

  • “We look like every other IVF centre online”

Stock photographs of babies and one page listing IVF, ICSI and IUI together give a couple no reason to choose you over the centre across the road.

  • “We do not know which gynaecologists send us couples”

Referred couples arrive, but nobody notes the doctor who sent them, so the relationships that matter most are never looked after.

What we do

What we do for IVF and fertility clinics.

Everything included for IVF and fertility clinics, and the result each part is there to produce.

  1. A page for each treatment and each diagnosis

Separate pages for IUI, IVF, ICSI, egg freezing, male infertility, low AMH and failed cycles, each read and signed off by your doctor before it goes live.

Result: A couple searching their own diagnosis finds a page that speaks to it.

  2. A private reply routine across phone and WhatsApp

One clinic number, saved replies the coordinator can send, and a rule on what never appears in a message preview.

Result: Couples get an answer without their family reading it over their shoulder.

  3. An estimate format couples can follow

A written layout, drafted with your billing team, that lists what a package covers and what it leaves out, such as medicines, freezing, storage and a further transfer.

Result: Fewer couples feel surprised at the billing counter.

  4. Google Business Profile and Maps for each centre

Categories, hours, doctors, consultation days and photographs of the real reception and rooms, checked against the website and Practo.

Result: A couple who looks you up on Maps sees the clinic they will walk into.

  5. A referral record for gynaecologists and labs

A note of which doctor, lab or past patient sent each couple, with no payment attached to any referral.

Result: You can see which relationships send couples, and thank them properly.

  6. An enquiry record from first message to treatment decision

Every enquiry, consultation, test, estimate and decision kept in one place, with access limited to the staff who need it.

Result: No couple is lost between the first visit and the start of a cycle because a register went missing.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries by source, including the referring doctor
  • Reply time on calls and WhatsApp
  • First consultations booked from enquiries
  • Couples who completed the advised tests
  • Estimates given against cycles started
  • Reviews received and replied to

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own

Priority campaigns

Campaigns for what IVF and fertility clinics most want to sell.

Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.

  • Second opinion after a failed cycle

A page and search campaign for couples whose treatment elsewhere did not work, inviting them to bring their old reports to a review with your doctor.

Result: Couples who have lost faith in their last clinic find one that reads their history first.

  • Male infertility campaign

Plain-language pages and short videos on semen analysis and male factor treatment, written for the husband who has put off the test.

Result: The husband finds a page that speaks to him, not past him.

  • Egg freezing for women planning ahead

Content and search for women in Bengaluru, Pune or Gurugram thinking about fertility preservation, explaining age, tests and storage without pressure.

Result: A woman researching early finds facts rather than fear.

  • District-town consultation days

Posts, local announcements and a WhatsApp booking line for the days your doctor sees patients in a nearby town.

Result: Couples from smaller towns start with you before they travel to the city.

  • PCOS and ovulation support

Pages and short videos on PCOS, irregular cycles and ovulation induction, aimed at women early in trying who are not yet thinking about IVF.

Result: Your clinic is familiar to a couple before they face a bigger decision.

Beyond search

Where we reach buyers of IVF and fertility clinics, beyond Google.

Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.

  • Gynaecologists and OBG clinics in the catchment

An introduction to your doctors and treatments, a referral slip, and a short update to the referring doctor with the couple's consent. No per-patient payment, ever.

  • Urologists and andrologists

A referral route for men whose semen analysis needs a specialist, and a way for those doctors to send couples back to you.

  • Diagnostic labs and scan centres

A leaflet the lab can hand over with an AMH or semen report, asking nothing of the lab beyond passing your details on.

  • Employers and women's networks in IT parks

Talks on fertility awareness and egg freezing, where HR invites a doctor to speak rather than a salesperson to pitch.

  • NRI couples and their families in India

A page and a video consultation route for couples abroad who plan treatment during a visit home, and for the parent who makes the first call on their behalf.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for IVF and fertility clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We read your enquiry channels, how long couples wait for a reply, how consultations turn into tests and tests into a cycle, and where referred couples come from.

  2. 2

    Settle privacy and the rules

We agree with you and your adviser what an ad, a post or a message may say, and who may hold patient numbers, before anything goes out.

  3. 3

Fix the reply and the record

One clinic number, a coordinator's routine, and an enquiry record that follows a couple from the first message to a treatment decision.

  4. 4

Build the pages and the profile

Treatment and diagnosis pages reviewed by your doctor, a complete Maps listing for each centre, and content in the languages your couples speak.

  5. 5

Bring couples in and stay in touch

Search, referral work with gynaecologists and careful advertising for the treatments with room, with follow-up that stops when a couple asks it to.

FAQ

Questions IVF and fertility clinics ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can an IVF clinic advertise its success rate?
Treat it as a no. Rules on medical advertising restrict outcome claims, and a published rate invites comparisons that rarely compare like with like. Let the doctor discuss results in the consultation, against the couple's own age and diagnosis, and check any wording with your own council or adviser.
Is there a law that applies to fertility clinics specifically?
Yes. Assisted reproduction clinics and banks in India are registered and regulated under their own law, separate from the general rules on medical advertising, and it is strict on donors, records and consent. We do not interpret it for you, so your registration, any donor programme and your advertising wording go past your legal adviser first.
Couples ask us never to call their home. How do we follow up?
Ask at the first contact how and when they want to be reached, and write it on the record. Use the clinic number, keep message previews free of treatment words, and never leave a voicemail that mentions IVF.
Should we put our package prices on the website?
Publish what the price depends on rather than one headline figure. Couples do search for IVF cost, so the page should exist, but a package that leaves out medicines or freezing causes trouble at billing. A plain list of inclusions, cleared with your adviser, serves the couple better.
Can we use photographs of babies born after treatment?
Only with written consent from both parents for that exact photograph and use, and even then think twice. A wall of babies reads as a promise of outcome and hurts couples whose cycle failed. Show the doctor, the counsellor and the clinic instead.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
