IVF and fertility clinics · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the couple ready to book a consultation, and block everyone else.

Paid search advertising for a fertility clinic means bidding on the searches couples make when they are ready to see a specialist, such as an IVF centre near them or IVF cost in their city, inside the platforms' strict rules on health ads. GullySales picks the searches, writes copy that makes no outcome claim, and counts booked consultations rather than clicks.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

Last updated 6 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For IVF and fertility clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Fertility ads sit under restricted health policies”

Google and Meta both limit what a fertility ad may say and whom it may target, and those limits change. Read the platform's current policy for the category before writing a line, and expect some ads to go to review.

  • “Success rates and free offers bring the wrong click”

An ad promising results or a free IVF consultation pulls in couples comparing claims, not choosing a doctor. It also puts the clinic on the wrong side of the rules on outcome claims.

  • “Some searches must never be bought”

Searches about choosing a baby's sex touch something that is illegal in India, and they have to be excluded, not merely ignored. Surrogacy searches belong only to clinics authorised for that work.

What we do

What we deliver for IVF and fertility clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search list by treatment

The searches worth bidding on for IVF, IUI, egg freezing and male infertility in your catchment, grouped so each has its own ad and page.

Result: Spend goes to couples who are ready to book.

  2. Negative keyword list built from day one

Sex selection, jobs, courses, home remedies and free treatment excluded at launch, and extended as real search terms come in.

Result: The budget stops paying for people who were never going to be patients.

  3. Ad copy without outcome claims

Wording that offers a consultation with a named specialist and the clinic's location, checked against the platform's health policy and by your adviser.

Result: Ads run without inviting a complaint or a disapproval.

  4. A landing page for each treatment

Pages that match the ad, show the doctor, explain the first visit and offer a call or WhatsApp button on the clinic number.

Result: A couple who clicks finds what the ad offered.

  5. Consultations counted, not clicks

Calls, WhatsApp messages and booked first consultations traced to the campaign and the search, against the baseline.

Result: You can see what a booked consultation from ads actually cost.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

These are the fertility searches worth paying for, and the ones an IVF clinic must keep out.

IVF centre near me, IVF clinic in your city
Bid. The couple is shortlisting. Land them on that centre's page with the doctor, the address, consultation timings and a call button.
IUI and IVF cost searches
Bid, with care. Land on the cost page that explains what an estimate includes, and invite a consultation. Keep package prices out of the ad itself.
Egg freezing and fertility preservation
Bid in the cities where you offer it. Land on a page about age, tests and storage, and keep the wording free of pressure and of promises.
Boy baby, gender selection, sex determination
Block, always. Add these as negatives in every language you advertise in, and check search terms for new spellings. No ad copy should come anywhere near them.
Embryologist jobs, IVF courses, free IVF, home remedies
Block. These come from job seekers, students and people wanting advice. Add them as negatives and read the search terms report to catch new ones.
What counts as a result
Count a call over a set length, a WhatsApp message to the clinic number or a booked consultation. Note the treatment asked about, so spend follows the treatments with room.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for IVF and fertility clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We read your enquiry channels, how long couples wait for a reply, how consultations turn into tests and tests into a cycle, and where referred couples come from.

  2. 2

    Settle privacy and the rules

We agree with you and your adviser what an ad, a post or a message may say, and who may hold patient numbers, before anything goes out.

  3. 3

Fix the reply and the record

One clinic number, a coordinator's routine, and an enquiry record that follows a couple from the first message to a treatment decision.

  4. 4

Build the pages and the profile

Treatment and diagnosis pages reviewed by your doctor, a complete Maps listing for each centre, and content in the languages your couples speak.

  5. 5

Bring couples in and stay in touch

Search, referral work with gynaecologists and careful advertising for the treatments with room, with follow-up that stops when a couple asks it to.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on our own clinic name?
Yes, in a small separate campaign. Couples referred by a gynaecologist search your name, and chains or aggregators can appear above you. Point it at your contact page with the clinic number and the doctor's consultation days.
Are call-only ads right for a fertility clinic?
Rarely on their own. Plenty of couples are not ready to speak, especially from home, and would rather read first or send a WhatsApp message. Run calls alongside a landing page with a WhatsApp button and see which one couples use.
Our ads bring calls from people asking about embryology jobs. Why?
Your ads are matching job and course searches. Add words such as job, vacancy, course, training and salary as negatives, and keep checking the search terms. Give the front desk a one-line answer that points those callers to your careers address.
How do we know which ad a phone call came from?
Put a tracked number on the ads and the landing page, through the ad platform's call tracking or a call tracking service. Ask the coordinator to note the treatment asked about, because the number shows the campaign but not the couple's need.
Can an IVF clinic advertise its success rate?
Treat it as a no. Rules on medical advertising restrict outcome claims, and a published rate invites comparisons that rarely compare like with like. Let the doctor discuss results in the consultation, against the couple's own age and diagnosis, and check any wording with your own council or adviser.
Is there a law that applies to fertility clinics specifically?
Yes. Assisted reproduction clinics and banks in India are registered and regulated under their own law, separate from the general rules on medical advertising, and it is strict on donors, records and consent. We do not interpret it for you, so your registration, any donor programme and your advertising wording go past your legal adviser first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
