IVF and fertility clinics · Social media

Post what a nervous couple needs to see, and nothing that reads like a promise.

Social media for a fertility clinic is where couples quietly check who your doctors are, what the clinic looks like and how you talk about fertility, long before they send a message. GullySales plans posts and reels around your doctors and counsellors, keeps outcome claims and baby photographs out, and handles comments so private details never stay in public.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

Last updated 6 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For IVF and fertility clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Couples watch quietly and rarely react”

Many will watch every reel and never like one, because a like on a fertility page shows up to relatives. Judge the work by private messages and bookings, not by public reactions.

  • “Baby photographs are the habit and the trap”

A feed of newborns tells a couple in the middle of treatment that you sell outcomes. Medical advertising rules restrict implied outcome claims, and a newborn on a clinic page is one.

  • “Comments are where people disclose too much”

Someone will post their age, their AMH value and their failed cycles under a reel. Move them to a private message and never answer a medical question in public.

What we do

What we deliver for IVF and fertility clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan built around your people

Posts and reels featuring your doctors, embryologist and counsellors explaining what they do, planned around the questions couples ask.

Result: Couples feel they know the team before they visit.

  2. Reels on the first visit and the clinic

Short videos of arriving, the counselling room and what the lab does, filmed with no patient in frame.

Result: A couple knows what the first visit looks like.

  3. Rules for comments and direct messages

Saved replies that move personal questions into private messages, and a standing rule that no medical advice goes in a comment.

Result: No couple's history is discussed in public.

  4. Live question sessions with the doctor

Instagram or Facebook sessions on topics such as PCOS or male infertility, with questions collected anonymously beforehand.

Result: Couples ask what they would never ask on a call.

  5. A check before anything is posted

Each post read against the clinic's rules on claims, consent and patient privacy before it goes up.

Result: Nothing goes live that you would later have to take down.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Couples researching fertility use each platform differently, so each needs its own kind of post.

Instagram reels
Short answers from the doctor and walk-throughs of the clinic, with no patients shown. The one action wanted is a private message to the clinic account.
YouTube
Longer explainers on cycle steps, reports and how estimates work, in English and the local language. Ask viewers to book a consultation from the description link.
Facebook
Reaches parents and relatives as well as couples. Post consultation days in district towns and live question sessions, and point to the clinic's WhatsApp number.
LinkedIn, for egg freezing
Women in corporate and IT jobs read about fertility preservation here. Post the doctor's explanation of age and egg freezing, and invite a consultation without fear-based wording.
What not to post
No baby photographs as proof, no success rates, no before and after, nothing hinting at a baby's sex, and no patient in frame without written consent for that use.

Who it is for

This is written for these IVF and fertility clinics.

  • Standalone IVF centres run by one fertility specialist
  • Multi-branch fertility chains
  • Fertility units inside a multi-speciality or maternity hospital
  • Gynaecology practices adding IUI and fertility work
  • Andrology and male infertility clinics
  • Egg freezing and fertility preservation practices in the metros
  • Centres running consultation days in district towns

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for IVF and fertility clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We read your enquiry channels, how long couples wait for a reply, how consultations turn into tests and tests into a cycle, and where referred couples come from.

  2. 2

    Settle privacy and the rules

We agree with you and your adviser what an ad, a post or a message may say, and who may hold patient numbers, before anything goes out.

  3. 3

Fix the reply and the record

One clinic number, a coordinator's routine, and an enquiry record that follows a couple from the first message to a treatment decision.

  4. 4

Build the pages and the profile

Treatment and diagnosis pages reviewed by your doctor, a complete Maps listing for each centre, and content in the languages your couples speak.

  5. 5

Bring couples in and stay in touch

Search, referral work with gynaecologists and careful advertising for the treatments with room, with follow-up that stops when a couple asks it to.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our doctor is camera-shy. Who should be on camera?
Start with the counsellor or the embryologist, who answer the practical questions couples ask. Record the doctor on a single topic in a quiet room, with someone asking the questions. A doctor answering a real question looks far less stiff than one reading a script.
Should we post for Mother's Day or Father's Day?
Think hard before you do. A Mother's Day post from a fertility clinic hurts the couples who follow you precisely because they are not yet parents. Festival greetings are fine; skip anything that presents parenthood as the reward for treatment.
Someone shares their whole medical history in a comment. What do we do?
Reply once, kindly, asking them to message the clinic privately, and hide the comment if they agree. Never answer the medical part in public, even briefly.
A couple has agreed to share their story. What permission do we need?
Written consent from both partners for the specific content, the platforms and the period. Leave out any treatment detail they have not chosen to share, and have your adviser read the wording before it is posted.
Can an IVF clinic advertise its success rate?
Treat it as a no. Rules on medical advertising restrict outcome claims, and a published rate invites comparisons that rarely compare like with like. Let the doctor discuss results in the consultation, against the couple's own age and diagnosis, and check any wording with your own council or adviser.
Is there a law that applies to fertility clinics specifically?
Yes. Assisted reproduction clinics and banks in India are registered and regulated under their own law, separate from the general rules on medical advertising, and it is strict on donors, records and consent. We do not interpret it for you, so your registration, any donor programme and your advertising wording go past your legal adviser first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
