IVF and fertility clinics · Local SEO

Be the fertility centre Maps shows a couple searching from the next town.

Local SEO for a fertility clinic decides whether your centre appears on Google Maps when a couple searches for an IVF centre near them. GullySales sets up each centre's Google Business Profile, keeps it consistent with Practo and JustDial, and records which calls came from which listing. For IVF Solutions, that meant a complete profile a nearby patient could find and contact.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 6 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For IVF and fertility clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Couples travel further than they would for a GP”

A couple will drive an hour for the right fertility doctor, so distance counts for less than it does for a pharmacy. The listing has to earn that trip with doctors, timings and real photographs.

  • “The photographs that matter are of your rooms”

Stock pictures of smiling babies say nothing. The entrance, the waiting area, the counselling room and the signage show a nervous couple exactly what they will walk into.

  • “Visiting days in other towns need care”

A doctor who sees patients in Tumakuru one day a week cannot list a permanent centre there. Announce visiting days through posts and the website, and keep listings to addresses that are staffed.

What we do

What we deliver for IVF and fertility clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Profile set up for each centre

Primary and secondary categories, hours by day, consultation and scan timings, doctors' names and the services couples search, checked branch by branch.

Result: Each centre's listing matches what happens at its door.

  2. Photographs of the real clinic

The entrance, reception, consultation rooms and the signage a first-time couple will look for in the building.

Result: A couple recognises the place the moment they arrive.

  3. Listings aligned on Practo and JustDial

Name, address, phone number and doctor details made identical across Google, Practo, JustDial and your website, with old duplicates closed.

Result: No couple rings a number that stopped working last year.

  4. Questions answered on the listing

The questions couples post on the profile answered by the clinic in plain words, with no claim about outcomes.

Result: The answer a couple reads comes from you, not from a stranger.

  5. Calls and direction requests traced by centre

Calls, website taps and direction requests from each listing recorded against the baseline, branch by branch.

Result: You know which centre Maps is actually feeding.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs for clinics

Maps picks the fertility centres a couple sees on relevance, distance and prominence, and each has something you can fix.

Relevance: categories and services
Choose fertility clinic as the main category and add the services you actually offer, such as IUI and egg freezing. Match each one to a treatment page on your site.
Distance: where the pin sits
Check the pin lands on your entrance, not the hospital's main gate or the road behind. A unit inside a hospital should name its own floor or wing in the address.
Prominence: reviews and mentions
Recent, genuine reviews and mentions by local doctors and health sites count here. Ask in a way that protects privacy, and never offer anything in return.
Practo, JustDial and Lybrate
Couples check these beside Maps. Keep the clinic name, number, address and doctors identical on each, and close the duplicate listings left by an old address.
Consultation timings and scan mornings
List the hours a couple can actually walk in, and say on the profile when the doctor consults. A couple who drives in on a scan-only morning does not come back.

Who it is for

This is written for these IVF and fertility clinics.

  • Standalone IVF centres run by one fertility specialist
  • Multi-branch fertility chains
  • Fertility units inside a multi-speciality or maternity hospital
  • Gynaecology practices adding IUI and fertility work
  • Andrology and male infertility clinics
  • Egg freezing and fertility preservation practices in the metros
  • Centres running consultation days in district towns

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for IVF and fertility clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We read your enquiry channels, how long couples wait for a reply, how consultations turn into tests and tests into a cycle, and where referred couples come from.

  2. 2

    Settle privacy and the rules

We agree with you and your adviser what an ad, a post or a message may say, and who may hold patient numbers, before anything goes out.

  3. 3

Fix the reply and the record

One clinic number, a coordinator's routine, and an enquiry record that follows a couple from the first message to a treatment decision.

  4. 4

Build the pages and the profile

Treatment and diagnosis pages reviewed by your doctor, a complete Maps listing for each centre, and content in the languages your couples speak.

  5. 5

Bring couples in and stay in touch

Search, referral work with gynaecologists and careful advertising for the treatments with room, with follow-up that stops when a couple asks it to.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our fertility unit is inside a hospital. Can it have its own listing?
Yes, if it has its own entrance or wing, its own phone line, its own staff and its own hours. Use the hospital address with your floor or wing named, and check the platform's current guidelines first, because a second listing at one address can be suspended.
Our doctor sees patients in another town on fixed days. Can we list that town?
A listing needs an address staffed during its stated hours, so a visiting day at someone else's clinic rarely qualifies. Announce the dates through Google posts, your website and the host clinic's own listing. A staffed satellite centre can have a profile of its own.
We have three centres. Should they share one phone number?
Give each centre its own local number on its listing, so you can see which centre a call came from and the couple reaches staff who know that branch. A central coordinator can still answer all three lines.
A rival's listing uses a name stuffed with keywords. What can we do?
Suggest an edit or report it through Google Maps with evidence, such as a photograph of the actual signboard. Do not answer by adding keywords to your own name, or your listing is at risk too.
Can an IVF clinic advertise its success rate?
Treat it as a no. Rules on medical advertising restrict outcome claims, and a published rate invites comparisons that rarely compare like with like. Let the doctor discuss results in the consultation, against the couple's own age and diagnosis, and check any wording with your own council or adviser.
Is there a law that applies to fertility clinics specifically?
Yes. Assisted reproduction clinics and banks in India are registered and regulated under their own law, separate from the general rules on medical advertising, and it is strict on donors, records and consent. We do not interpret it for you, so your registration, any donor programme and your advertising wording go past your legal adviser first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
