IVF and fertility clinics · Content marketing

Answer the questions couples are too embarrassed to ask out loud.

Content marketing for a fertility clinic means plain answers, written and filmed, to what couples ask before a first consultation, from what an AMH result means to what happens on retrieval day. GullySales plans the questions with your doctors and counsellors and produces the pieces in the languages your couples read. For IVF Solutions, that meant educational posts built on what patients were actually asking.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For IVF and fertility clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Couples arrive having read the wrong things”

Forums, relatives and old videos tell them IVF babies are weaker or that one cycle always works. Content that corrects this gently gives the doctor back time in the first consultation.

  • “The husband reads nothing written for him”

Most fertility content speaks to women. Pages and videos on semen analysis and male factor problems reach the partner who has been avoiding the test.

  • “Stories that promise do more harm than good”

A post that ends with a baby reads as a promise, and the couples whose cycle fails remember it. Explain the process and the choices, and leave outcomes to the consultation.

What we do

What we deliver for IVF and fertility clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Question bank from your counsellors

The questions couples ask on the phone and in the counselling room, collected from your staff and ordered from first worry to treatment decision.

Result: Content starts from real questions, not guesses.

  2. Explainers reviewed by the doctor

Pieces on AMH, semen analysis, IUI against IVF, the steps of a cycle and frozen embryo transfer, each with the reviewing doctor named.

Result: A couple understands their own reports before they walk in.

  3. Short videos with your doctor and embryologist

Answers of a minute or two recorded in the clinic, with subtitles in English and the local language.

Result: Couples know the doctor's face and voice before the first visit.

  4. Regional language versions

Key pieces in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu, depending on where your couples come from, checked by a fluent clinician.

Result: Couples from district towns read in the language they think in.

  5. Every piece linked to a next step

A consultation booking or a question on WhatsApp at the end of each piece, with the source recorded.

Result: You can see which pieces start conversations.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions couples ask first

Couples move from worry to a decision through a handful of questions, and each one deserves its own piece.

How long should we try before seeing a specialist?
A short article and video from the doctor on when to seek help, which depends on age and history. Link it to booking a first consultation.
Is it my fault?
A gentle piece on how fertility problems can sit with either partner or both. Point to the semen analysis page and the counsellor's WhatsApp for private questions.
What does my AMH or semen report mean?
An explainer for each report, reviewed by the doctor, telling the couple what to ask at the consultation rather than diagnosing them on the page.
IUI or IVF, which one do we need?
A plain comparison of when each is advised, for a couple who has heard of both and wants to understand the difference before the next visit.
What happens on egg retrieval day?
A walk-through of arrival, anaesthesia, recovery and going home, with photographs of the rooms. It takes the edge off the fear that stops couples starting.
What do we do after a failed cycle?
A careful page on the review consultation, what might change next time and how to decide. Never suggest that the next attempt will work.

Who it is for

This is written for these IVF and fertility clinics.

  • Standalone IVF centres run by one fertility specialist
  • Multi-branch fertility chains
  • Fertility units inside a multi-speciality or maternity hospital
  • Gynaecology practices adding IUI and fertility work
  • Andrology and male infertility clinics
  • Egg freezing and fertility preservation practices in the metros
  • Centres running consultation days in district towns

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for IVF and fertility clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We read your enquiry channels, how long couples wait for a reply, how consultations turn into tests and tests into a cycle, and where referred couples come from.

  2. 2

    Settle privacy and the rules

We agree with you and your adviser what an ad, a post or a message may say, and who may hold patient numbers, before anything goes out.

  3. 3

Fix the reply and the record

One clinic number, a coordinator's routine, and an enquiry record that follows a couple from the first message to a treatment decision.

  4. 4

Build the pages and the profile

Treatment and diagnosis pages reviewed by your doctor, a complete Maps listing for each centre, and content in the languages your couples speak.

  5. 5

Bring couples in and stay in touch

Search, referral work with gynaecologists and careful advertising for the treatments with room, with follow-up that stops when a couple asks it to.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our doctor has no time to write. Who writes the content?
A writer drafts from a short recorded interview with the doctor or counsellor, and the doctor checks the facts before anything is published. The doctor's time goes into accuracy rather than typing.
Can our embryologist or counsellor appear in the content?
Yes, and couples warm to them. The embryologist explaining the lab and the counsellor explaining the first visit answer questions the doctor has little time for. Get their agreement in writing and leave medical claims to the doctor.
Should our content be in English or the local language?
Both, for the pieces that matter most. City couples search in English, while parents and couples from smaller towns read in Kannada, Hindi or Tamil. Start with the first-consultation and cost pages in the local language.
Is video better than articles for IVF topics?
Use video for anything about a person or a place, such as meeting the doctor or retrieval day, and text for anything a couple will reread, such as what a report means. Put a transcript under each video so search engines can read it.
Can an IVF clinic advertise its success rate?
Treat it as a no. Rules on medical advertising restrict outcome claims, and a published rate invites comparisons that rarely compare like with like. Let the doctor discuss results in the consultation, against the couple's own age and diagnosis, and check any wording with your own council or adviser.
Is there a law that applies to fertility clinics specifically?
Yes. Assisted reproduction clinics and banks in India are registered and regulated under their own law, separate from the general rules on medical advertising, and it is strict on donors, records and consent. We do not interpret it for you, so your registration, any donor programme and your advertising wording go past your legal adviser first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
