IVF and fertility clinics · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the diagnosis a couple types, not only for the word IVF.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for an IVF clinic means couples find your pages when they search their own problem, such as low AMH, an IUI that failed or a poor semen report, as well as the treatment they think they need. GullySales builds a page for each of those searches, has your doctor review every one, and counts which pages lead to booked consultations.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For IVF and fertility clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Everyone is fighting over IVF near me”

The chains publish and bid for the same few phrases. A couple searching 'pregnancy after failed IUI' or 'low AMH treatment options' is easier to reach and further along in deciding.

  • “Health pages are judged on who wrote them”

Google looks hard at the author and the trustworthiness of a medical page. A page with no named doctor, no qualification and no review date competes against pages that show all three.

  • “One services page cannot rank for ten treatments”

A single page listing IUI, IVF, ICSI, hysteroscopy and egg freezing answers none of them well. Each needs its own page, its own questions and its own way to book.

What we do

What we deliver for IVF and fertility clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search map for your treatments and diagnoses

The searches couples make in your city and language, grouped by treatment and by problem, with the page each one should land on.

Result: You know which pages to write first, and why.

  2. Treatment and diagnosis pages

Pages for IVF, ICSI, IUI, egg freezing, male infertility, PCOS and low AMH, each answering what couples ask before a consultation.

Result: A couple reading about their own report finds your clinic.

  3. Doctor review shown on every medical page

The reviewing doctor's name, qualification and review date on each page, with your doctor signing off the wording.

Result: Couples and search engines both see who stands behind the page.

  4. Technical fixes for a clinic website

Speed on a mobile phone, a clear structure for treatment pages, and markup that identifies the doctors and the clinic to search engines.

Result: The site loads properly on the phone a couple searches from at night.

  5. Enquiries traced back to search

Calls, WhatsApp taps and form enquiries from organic search counted by page, against the baseline taken before work starts.

Result: You see which pages bring couples rather than visitors.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches couples type

These are the searches couples make before they call an IVF clinic, and the page each one needs.

IVF cost in your city
A cost page that explains what moves the figure: medicines, ICSI, freezing, a further transfer. Show inclusions plainly and invite the couple to a consultation for their own estimate.
IUI failed, what next
A page on moving from IUI to IVF, written for a couple who feels they have already failed once. Say in the doctor's words when IVF is advised and when another IUI is reasonable.
Low AMH or poor ovarian reserve
A page explaining the test result in plain words and the options that exist, without promising a pregnancy. Name the doctor who reviewed it and the date.
Low sperm count treatment
A page written for the husband on semen analysis, repeat testing and treatment. Men search this alone and late at night, so keep the tone matter-of-fact.
Egg freezing age and cost
A page for women planning ahead, covering age, tests, the procedure and storage. Link it to a consultation booking rather than to a package.
Searches in Kannada, Hindi or Tamil
Couples from district towns search in their own language. Write the cost and first-consultation pages in it, checked by a doctor who speaks it.

Who it is for

This is written for these IVF and fertility clinics.

  • Standalone IVF centres run by one fertility specialist
  • Multi-branch fertility chains
  • Fertility units inside a multi-speciality or maternity hospital
  • Gynaecology practices adding IUI and fertility work
  • Andrology and male infertility clinics
  • Egg freezing and fertility preservation practices in the metros
  • Centres running consultation days in district towns

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for IVF and fertility clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We read your enquiry channels, how long couples wait for a reply, how consultations turn into tests and tests into a cycle, and where referred couples come from.

  2. 2

    Settle privacy and the rules

We agree with you and your adviser what an ad, a post or a message may say, and who may hold patient numbers, before anything goes out.

  3. 3

Fix the reply and the record

One clinic number, a coordinator's routine, and an enquiry record that follows a couple from the first message to a treatment decision.

  4. 4

Build the pages and the profile

Treatment and diagnosis pages reviewed by your doctor, a complete Maps listing for each centre, and content in the languages your couples speak.

  5. 5

Bring couples in and stay in touch

Search, referral work with gynaecologists and careful advertising for the treatments with room, with follow-up that stops when a couple asks it to.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need separate pages for IUI and IVF?
Yes. A couple searching for IUI is at a different point from one searching for IVF, and one page cannot answer both well. Link the two, so a couple reading about IUI can see when IVF becomes the next step.
Should a fertility clinic run a blog at all?
Build the treatment and diagnosis pages first, because those are what couples search before booking. A blog earns its place afterwards, for questions such as what to eat during stimulation or how to take leave for retrieval day, which do not fit a treatment page.
Can we make pages for the nearby towns our couples come from?
Only where you have something real to say about that town, such as a consultation day there or a referring clinic. A page that swaps the town name into the same text will not rank and looks careless to the couple reading it.
A large chain ranks above us for everything. Can we copy their pages?
No. Copied medical text hurts your site and hides what makes your clinic different, such as a doctor who sees every couple personally. Note which questions their pages answer, then answer them better in your own doctor's words.
Can an IVF clinic advertise its success rate?
Treat it as a no. Rules on medical advertising restrict outcome claims, and a published rate invites comparisons that rarely compare like with like. Let the doctor discuss results in the consultation, against the couple's own age and diagnosis, and check any wording with your own council or adviser.
Is there a law that applies to fertility clinics specifically?
Yes. Assisted reproduction clinics and banks in India are registered and regulated under their own law, separate from the general rules on medical advertising, and it is strict on donors, records and consent. We do not interpret it for you, so your registration, any donor programme and your advertising wording go past your legal adviser first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
