GullySales

Jewellery retailers · CRM

The record that remembers her daughter's wedding is worth more than any offer.

A CRM for a jewellery retailer is the customer history a family jeweller used to keep in his head: the occasions, the designs shown, the old gold exchanged and what she paid last time. GullySales sets those fields, gets the counter filling them, and turns the file into the reason she comes back.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For jewellery retailers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The record is the family, not the buyer”

The mother buys for the daughter, the daughter returns for her own child's naming ceremony. Linking a household in one record is what lets a salesperson say he remembers the wedding set.

  • “Occasion dates are the most valuable field you hold”

A wedding anniversary, a birthday and a daughter's age tell you when to call. Nothing else in the record predicts a purchase as well, and almost no store captures it.

  • “Old gold exchanged is a purchase signal, not an accounting entry”

A customer who exchanged old jewellery is halfway to the next order. That transaction sits in the billing software, unread by anyone in sales, unless it is pulled into the customer record.

What we do

What we deliver for jewellery retailers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Customer records built around occasions

Wedding, anniversary and birthday dates recorded alongside the occasion each past purchase was for, so the calendar tells the store who to call.

Result: The reminder comes from the record, not from memory.

  2. Purchase and exchange history in one place

Pieces bought, weight band, making charged and old gold exchanged pulled together from the billing system into the customer's file.

Result: A salesperson opens the file and knows the customer.

  3. Designs shown and not bought, recorded

A note of the sets the customer looked at and rejected, and what she said about them, entered at the counter while it is fresh.

Result: The next call offers something she has not already turned down.

  4. Savings scheme instalments visible to the counter

Each scheme member's standing and remaining instalments shown in the same record the salesperson uses at the counter.

Result: A member walking in is recognised before she says so.

  5. Enquiry and sale linked across showrooms

An online or WhatsApp enquiry recorded against the branch it was answered from and the branch where the sale happened.

Result: You know which showroom is converting what.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these jewellery retailers.

  • Bridal and wedding jewellery showrooms
  • Gold and diamond jewellery retail chains
  • Silver and artificial jewellery stores
  • Certified diamond and solitaire retailers
  • Traditional and antique jewellery stores
  • Single-showroom family jewellers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for jewellery retailers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how your showroom is found for bridal and festive searches, how fast WhatsApp design enquiries are answered, and what last festival season's campaign actually produced.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile and Maps listing kept current for every showroom, and a WhatsApp routine for design and price enquiries.

  3. 3

Build the pages that get searched

Pages for bridal collections, diamond jewellery and gold rate transparency, written for the questions a buyer actually asks before a visit.

  4. 4

    Plan the festive calendar

Campaigns built ahead of Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras and the wedding season, with the enquiry desk staffed for the spike.

  5. 5

Bring buyers in and keep them

Local search, Google Ads timed to the season, and a referral and exchange-reminder routine for past bridal customers.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We already have billing software. Why do we need anything else?
Billing tells you what was sold, not who is likely to buy next. It holds no occasion date, no note of the designs she rejected and no record of the enquiry that never became a bill. Those three fields are what a follow-up call runs on.
Our staff will not fill forms during a rush. How do we handle festival days?
Cut the form to four fields for those days: name, number, occasion and what she was shown. Anything longer gets skipped, and a partly filled record still lets you call her in the week after Dhanteras.
How far ahead should we plan for a festival like Akshaya Tritiya?
At least six to eight weeks, so the pages, the ad budget and the enquiry desk are ready before the search volume rises. Planning the week before means missing most of the spike.
Do we need Google Ads or just SEO?
Ads for the festival and wedding-season spikes when you need showroom footfall in a fixed window; SEO for buyers researching months in advance. Most jewellers use both around the calendar.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
