GullySales

Jewellery retailers · Website

Give the bridal shopper the answers she wants before she ever calls the showroom.

A jewellery website's job is to answer the making-charge, hallmark and collection questions a buyer researches for weeks, and to make booking a showroom visit easy once she has decided. GullySales builds sites organised by collection and showroom, fast enough to hold a buyer comparing several stores in one sitting.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For jewellery retailers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Collection pages, not a single catalogue”

Bridal, diamond and daily-wear collections each need a page a buyer can find by searching, with pricing cues and certification stated plainly.

  • “A showroom locator for multi-branch jewellers”

A buyer needs to find her nearest showroom, its hours and its Maps link in one click, especially during festival footfall.

  • “Fast enough for a comparison shopper”

A buyer holding your site open next to two competitors' will close a slow one first, so load speed on a phone matters as much as the design.

What we do

What we deliver for jewellery retailers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each collection, not one catalogue

Separate pages for bridal, diamond and daily-wear collections, each stating pricing cues and certification plainly for a buyer researching for weeks.

Result: A buyer researching one collection is not made to search through all of them.

  2. A showroom locator with hours and Maps links

A page letting a buyer find her nearest showroom, its hours and its Maps link in one click, built for busy festival footfall.

Result: A buyer decides which showroom to visit without needing to call first.

  3. A fast-loading site for a comparison shopper

The site built and checked for speed on a phone, since a buyer often holds two or three showroom sites open side by side.

Result: The site is not the one closed first while a buyer is comparing.

  4. An enquiry path on every collection page

A WhatsApp or booking option placed directly on each collection page, instead of routing every visitor through one general contact page.

Result: A buyer who has decided can act immediately, without hunting for a way to.

  5. Showroom-visit report against the baseline

A report on enquiries and showroom visits traced from the website, compared with the baseline recorded before the new site went live.

Result: You know whether the new website is actually producing more visits.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these jewellery retailers.

  • Bridal and wedding jewellery showrooms
  • Gold and diamond jewellery retail chains
  • Silver and artificial jewellery stores
  • Certified diamond and solitaire retailers
  • Traditional and antique jewellery stores
  • Single-showroom family jewellers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for jewellery retailers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how your showroom is found for bridal and festive searches, how fast WhatsApp design enquiries are answered, and what last festival season's campaign actually produced.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile and Maps listing kept current for every showroom, and a WhatsApp routine for design and price enquiries.

  3. 3

Build the pages that get searched

Pages for bridal collections, diamond jewellery and gold rate transparency, written for the questions a buyer actually asks before a visit.

  4. 4

    Plan the festive calendar

Campaigns built ahead of Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras and the wedding season, with the enquiry desk staffed for the spike.

  5. 5

Bring buyers in and keep them

Local search, Google Ads timed to the season, and a referral and exchange-reminder routine for past bridal customers.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online store or just a website?
A website with clear collections and enquiry booking is enough for most jewellers, since high-value pieces are still bought in person. An online store suits lightweight and daily-wear ranges specifically.
How long does a rebuild take?
It depends on how many showrooms need collection pages and how much of your existing product photography is usable. We scope the timeline for your site in the audit.
How far ahead should we plan for a festival like Akshaya Tritiya?
At least six to eight weeks, so the pages, the ad budget and the enquiry desk are ready before the search volume rises. Planning the week before means missing most of the spike.
Do we need Google Ads or just SEO?
Ads for the festival and wedding-season spikes when you need showroom footfall in a fixed window; SEO for buyers researching months in advance. Most jewellers use both around the calendar.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
