GullySales

Jewellery retailers · WhatsApp marketing

She sends a screenshot and asks the price, and your answer decides the visit.

WhatsApp is where a jewellery buyer sends a saved design and asks what it would cost, and where families abroad see a set on video before it is booked. Handled badly it becomes a daily rate blast nobody reads. GullySales sets up the business catalogue, the reply routine and the consent behind every number.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily, which gets read faster than email or SMS. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For jewellery retailers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A screenshot with a price question is a hot enquiry”

She has already chosen the design and is checking whether your store is in her range. An answer that gives an approximate weight and price band brings her in. Asking her to visit to find out sends her to the next store.

  • “A video call sells to the family who cannot walk in”

An uncle in the Gulf or a daughter in another city is part of the decision. A live video showing the set under the counter light, with the hallmark visible, does what photographs cannot.

  • “The gold rate message is the one broadcast people welcome”

Customers who have told you they are waiting for a rate movement genuinely want it. The same list does not want a festive poster every morning, and will block the number.

What we do

What we deliver for jewellery retailers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business account with a catalogue by collection

Bridal, diamond, daily wear and coins loaded as catalogue items with weight bands, so a design can be sent as a product rather than a photo.

Result: A price question gets a complete answer in one reply.

  2. A reply standard for design and price enquiries

An agreed owner on the store number, with the information every reply must carry: approximate weight, price band and the making basis.

Result: Nobody is told to come to the showroom to find out.

  3. Consent recorded for every number on a list

A note of how each number was collected and what the customer agreed to receive, with a simple way to stop.

Result: You are not broadcasting to numbers copied off bills.

  4. Separate lists for rate watchers and collection news

Customers who asked to hear about the gold rate kept apart from those who wanted new collection updates or scheme reminders.

Result: Each message goes to people who asked for that message.

  5. Video call appointments offered on the chat

A booked video viewing for family members away from the city, with the pieces kept ready and the hallmark shown on camera.

Result: A distant decision-maker sees the set before the family commits.

  6. Chat enquiries logged to the customer record

Each WhatsApp enquiry entered against a customer with the occasion and the designs sent, rather than left in the phone.

Result: A message today is a follow-up call next week.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these jewellery retailers.

  • Bridal and wedding jewellery showrooms
  • Gold and diamond jewellery retail chains
  • Silver and artificial jewellery stores
  • Certified diamond and solitaire retailers
  • Traditional and antique jewellery stores
  • Single-showroom family jewellers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for jewellery retailers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how your showroom is found for bridal and festive searches, how fast WhatsApp design enquiries are answered, and what last festival season's campaign actually produced.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile and Maps listing kept current for every showroom, and a WhatsApp routine for design and price enquiries.

  3. 3

Build the pages that get searched

Pages for bridal collections, diamond jewellery and gold rate transparency, written for the questions a buyer actually asks before a visit.

  4. 4

    Plan the festive calendar

Campaigns built ahead of Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras and the wedding season, with the enquiry desk staffed for the spike.

  5. 5

Bring buyers in and keep them

Local search, Google Ads timed to the season, and a referral and exchange-reminder routine for past bridal customers.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we send the daily gold rate to all our customers?
Only to the ones who asked for it. Rate watchers want that message and will act on it. Everybody else reads it as spam, and once a customer mutes your number she does not see the wedding collection either.
Can we quote a price on WhatsApp when the rate changes daily?
Quote a band and say it moves with the day's rate, which is how buyers already think about it. Refusing to indicate anything until she visits loses the enquiry to a store that gave her a number.
How far ahead should we plan for a festival like Akshaya Tritiya?
At least six to eight weeks, so the pages, the ad budget and the enquiry desk are ready before the search volume rises. Planning the week before means missing most of the spike.
Do we need Google Ads or just SEO?
Ads for the festival and wedding-season spikes when you need showroom footfall in a fixed window; SEO for buyers researching months in advance. Most jewellers use both around the calendar.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
