A dairy or a food plant will not buy a table from us until they know how the weld is finished.

Stainless buyers are often in food, dairy, beverage, pharma or commercial kitchens, where the surface has to be cleaned and the weld has to be smooth. They judge the shop by the finish on the joint and the grade of steel more than the price. A shop that cannot talk about both seldom gets the order.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Fabricators inspect laser-cut panels and bent metal enclosures

In one paragraph

Stainless steel fabrication is the cutting, forming and welding of stainless sheet, tube and plate into tanks, tables, hoods, conveyors and process equipment, with a finish suited to hygienic use. GullySales helps stainless fabricators show their grades, weld finish and cleanability, and reach food, dairy, pharma and kitchen buyers.

Who it is for

This is written for you if stainless steel fabrication is what you make or sell.

  • Fabricators making tanks, tables, hoods and conveyors in stainless steel
  • Shops supplying dairy, food processing, bakery and beverage plants
  • Commercial kitchen equipment makers
  • Fabricators who handle 304 and 316 grades and want buyers who value the difference

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • A shop that cannot polish or pickle welds to a clean finish
  • A unit that would claim hygienic or pharma-grade work without the experience

How buyers choose

What decides the sale of stainless steel fabrication.

  1. Grade and certificate

The buyer asks whether the equipment is made from 304 or 316 and wants a mill certificate. Grade switching to save cost is a worry they carry.

  2. Weld finish and surface

Ground and polished welds, pickling and passivation, and surface roughness matter for cleaning. Photographs of a finished weld settle the question.

  3. Design for cleaning

Sloped surfaces, rounded corners and no crevices are asked about by food and dairy buyers. A fabricator who volunteers this is trusted.

  4. Plant visit and reference sites

Food plants send a quality person to see the workshop. They look at storage of stainless away from carbon steel, among other things.

Where orders are lost

What usually goes wrong when you sell stainless steel fabrication.

In the words owners use on the first call.

  • “A cheaper shop quotes with a lower grade”

A price comparison is made on the same drawing and the lower grade wins. The buyer discovers it only when the equipment rusts.

  • “Contamination from carbon steel in our shop”

Grinding dust or shared tools mark stainless. A visiting buyer notices and the order is lost.

  • “We cannot show equipment in use”

Plants will not allow photographs. Without references the shop depends on a visit.

What we do

What you get for stainless steel fabrication.

Each deliverable and what it is there to change.

  1. A grade and finish statement

Grades used, certificates supplied, weld finish and passivation. It answers the first question a food buyer asks.

  2. A stainless area photograph set

The separate bay, dedicated tools and storage. It lets a plant buyer see the shop before the visit.

  3. An equipment gallery with finish close-ups

Tables, tanks and hoods, with a close view of a ground weld. It is the evidence of quality.

  4. A quotation that names grade and finish

Grade, thickness, finish and certificate listed. It makes a price comparison fair.

  5. A dealer and consultant list

Kitchen consultants and equipment dealers who specify fabricators, with a reason to call each.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries by industry
  • Quotation requests with a drawing
  • Follow-up on each quotation
  • Plant visits arranged
  • Orders won
  • Repeat orders

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

What we need from you

What to have ready before we talk.

None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.

  • Stainless grades you use and the sources of material
  • Photographs of finished welds and equipment
  • A description of how stainless is separated from carbon steel
  • Equipment types you want to make more of
  • Recent quotations and what rivals quoted, if known
  • Customers by industry

Export and new regions

Selling stainless steel fabrication beyond your home market.

Where you sell decides standards, documents, payment terms and freight. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new region we start from your own enquiries, your existing buyers and the directories you already use.

  1. Stainless equipment for overseas buyers

Food and beverage equipment makers abroad source stainless fabrications from India. Existing export enquiries show the equipment types and countries.

  2. Documents expected

Material certificates, weld inspection records and cleaning or passivation notes may be asked for. Which apply is confirmed with the buyer.

  3. Sea freight and finish protection

Polished surfaces need protective film and packing. The quote says how it is packed.

FAQ

Questions about selling stainless steel fabrication.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do I prove I use 304 or 316?
With a mill certificate supplied with the order, and a statement of the grade in the quotation. Some buyers also test a sample. Say plainly which grade each item uses.
Is it worth separating stainless from carbon steel work?
Yes. Contamination causes rust spots and buyers notice. A separate bay with dedicated tools is a feature to show on the page and in photographs.
Can I claim food-grade or pharma-grade work?
Only describe what you do, such as the grade, the finish and the weld practice. Whether it meets a buyer's requirement is the buyer's call or their adviser's.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on what is being changed and how many of the people who matter see it. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever the work touches, such as your profiles, your website or your accounts, and time with the people who can answer our questions.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
