Personal care brands · Website

Build the page that answers whether it is safe for her skin.

A website for a personal care brand is where a shopper checks what is in a product, how to use it and whether the brand is genuine, before she buys from you or from a marketplace. GullySales builds product pages with full ingredient lists and use guidance, a separate route for trade enquiries, and the company details a retailer or a marketplace asks to see.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For personal care brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The page is a photograph and a buy button”

There is no ingredient list, no use guide and no batch or licence detail. The shopper who needs those goes to a marketplace that shows them, and buys there.

  • “One page tries to sell to shoppers and distributors”

A retailer looking for margin and open districts has to dig through skincare tips to find a form.

  • “The site is heavy on the phone she shops on”

Large images of every shade and pack load slowly on mobile data, and the buyer is gone before the product appears.

What we do

What we deliver for personal care brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Product pages built around the questions

Ingredients in full, who it suits, patch test advice, use and pack size, in the order a worried shopper reads them.

Result: She finds the answer on your page and not on a rival's.

  2. A page for trade buyers

Distributor, stockist, salon and private label enquiry forms, apart from the shopper path, each one landing with the right person.

Result: A retailer reaches a form in one click.

  3. A trust section

Company name and address, licence details where they apply, a return and complaint route and a guide to spotting the genuine pack.

Result: A first-time buyer can check you are real.

  4. A store locator

Shops and listings you have approved, with phone numbers, kept current by the person who owns stockists.

Result: Shoppers find the genuine product near them.

  5. Phone speed and picture work

Images sized for a phone, shade swatches that do not load every file at once and the buy button within reach of a thumb.

Result: The product appears before she loses patience.

  6. Order and enquiry tracking

Each order and form tagged with where it came from, so the site reports which page and which channel produced it.

Result: You see which pages sell.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a buyer looks for on a personal care product page, and how to show it.

The full ingredient list
Show every ingredient in the order printed on the pack, with a plain note on what the main ones are for. A shopper with sensitive skin reads this first.
Who it suits, and patch test advice
State the skin or hair type it is made for and who should patch test first. Add a line to stop use and see a doctor if a reaction starts.
How to use it
Give the quantity, how often, on wet or dry hair and what to apply first. A short video beside the text shows the texture better than a paragraph.
Batch, manufacturer and licence details
Show the manufacturer's name and address as the label does, and how to find the batch and expiry on the pack. Ask your adviser what must appear.
Where to buy the genuine product
List your own shop, the marketplace listings you run and the stockists you have approved. A shopper who meets a look-alike elsewhere needs to know which one is yours.
Returns and complaints
Say how to return an unused or damaged product and who to write to about a reaction. A shopper who cannot find the complaint route will write a review instead.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for personal care brands

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where the product sells, which outlets reorder, what the reviews say about skin and hair reactions, and how trade enquiries are answered.

  2. 2

    Check the claims

Every line on the pack, the listing and the ads is read against your licence and test reports, and doubtful words go to your adviser before anything is printed.

  3. 3

Build the shelf and the listing

Product pages, offer sheets and listings written from the label, so a shopper and a chemist both find what they came to check.

  4. 4

Open channels one at a time

Chemists, a new district, salons or a marketplace, added in the order your stock, cash and reorder records can carry.

  5. 5

    Track the second purchase

Reorder tracking, review replies and seasonal packs based on who bought again, not on who followed the page.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we sell on a marketplace or on our own site?
Both, doing different jobs. A marketplace brings shoppers who are already buying. Your own site holds the full story, the customer's details and your margin. Keep the product name, pack size and ingredients identical on both, since a mismatch costs trust.
Do we need the site in regional languages?
Only where your buyers read it. Start with English and the language of your biggest market, on the product and use pages. Have each translation checked by someone who knows the product, since a wrong ingredient or claim on a translated page is still your claim.
How should the site behave on a phone?
The product must appear before she loses patience. Test it on a mid-range phone on mobile data, not on office wifi. Resize images, drop what the page does not need and test again after each change.
Who should own the domain and the hosting account?
You, as the company. The domain, hosting, store platform and analytics belong in accounts under your email, with the agency or freelancer added as a user. Ask for the logins and the files at handover, in writing.
Do we need a licence before we market a soap or a cream?
Cosmetics and Ayurvedic products are both regulated, with rules on licences, labels and claims that differ by product and change over time. Check yours with a regulatory consultant or your contract manufacturer before you print a pack or write a listing. We ask for the licence and test reports at the start, so no copy goes out that the file cannot back.
Should we sell on Nykaa and Amazon before we go to chemists?
Start where your buyer already searches. A hair oil for older buyers moves through chemists and kirana shops, and a serum for younger buyers moves on marketplaces. Pick one channel, let reviews or reorders build, then add the next. Opening everywhere together splits your stock and your attention.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
