GullySales

Real estate developers and brokers · Branding

The builder's name is a promise about a date three years away.

Branding for a developer or broker is what makes a family trust you with an advance on a flat that does not exist yet. GullySales settles the company name against the project names, writes the delivery record into the material, and keeps every channel saying the same thing.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For real estate developers and brokers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Each project has a name and the company is forgotten

Buyers remember the tower, not the builder. The next launch starts from nothing unless the company name travels with every project.

  • Delivered buildings are the identity

A photograph of a tower you handed over four years ago, dated, does more than any logo. Most developers never photograph the old ones.

  • Channel partners make their own creatives

Brokers produce artwork with your project name and their own number on it. A ready kit keeps one version of the project in the market.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate developers and brokers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The company name settled against the project names

How the builder mark appears on every hoarding, brochure, listing and letterhead, so the next launch starts with some recognition behind it.

Result: Buyers remember who built the tower they liked.

  2. The delivery record written into the material

Projects handed over, the year, the number of homes, and photographs of them as they look today, placed where a cautious buyer looks first.

Result: Your track record answers the possession question.

  3. A ready kit for channel partners

Approved creatives, the registration wording your lawyer has cleared, photographs, and the copy a partner may publish under your project name.

Result: The market sees one version of your project.

  4. A sample flat and site office that match the brochure

Signage, the hoarding, the walk from the gate and the sample flat finishes checked against what the printed material and the website promise.

Result: Nothing on the visit contradicts what brought them.

  5. One price and possession message everywhere

The same configuration names, price bands and possession quarter on the website, the portals, the partner material and the site office.

Result: The answer does not change with the channel.

  6. Photography of what is actually built

Delivered towers, the podium garden as it stands now, the club house in use, photographed with residents' permission and dated.

Result: Your proof is a building, not a render.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for real estate developers and brokers

  1. 1

    Audit the enquiry funnel

We check how fast a portal or website enquiry gets a call back, how site visits are booked, and where leads from brokers and walk-ins are recorded today.

  2. 2

Build the locality and configuration pages

A page for each project by locality and configuration, with RERA details, real photographs and a clear price band, so the project appears for the exact search a buyer types.

  3. 3

    Fix the response time

A same-day callback routine and a WhatsApp reply script for the sales office, so an enquiry at any hour gets a human response before the buyer moves on.

  4. 4

    Bring in qualified visits

Portal listings, Google Ads for the locality and configuration, and a broker referral process, aimed at bookable site visits rather than form fills.

  5. 5

    Track every lead to registration

One CRM record for portal, broker and walk-in leads, so the sales head can see which channel is producing bookings, not just enquiries.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the project have a separate identity from the company?
Give the project a name and keep the company mark on everything it touches. Buyers shortlist by project and then check the builder. A project brand with no visible parent makes that second search harder than it needs to be.
What may a channel partner publish under our project name?
Only what you supply and approve, and property advertising carries registration obligations your legal adviser has to settle. Give partners a ready kit with the approved wording, and write the rule into the agreement they sign.
Do you work with individual brokers or only developers?
Both. A developer usually needs project pages and a sales CRM; an independent broker usually needs a stronger local search presence and a faster WhatsApp reply routine. The audit tells us which.
Can you help us track broker performance?
Yes. Every broker-sourced enquiry is logged against the booking it produces. You see which broker relationship is worth the commission, and which one only sends names.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
