Vocational training institutes · Website

Put the course, the certificate, the fee and the batch dates on one page a parent can read on a phone.

Website development for a vocational training institute is building a site where a student or parent can find a course, see the fee, the batch dates and the certificate, and book a visit without phoning. GullySales plans the site around courses, writes each page with your trainers and connects every form to the enquiry register.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For vocational training institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A slider of every course and no answer”

The homepage rotates through every course name and no page says who can join, what is taught or what the fee is.

  • “Certified, with no name beside it”

The site says certified and recognised, but not by whom. A parent who has been burned before closes the tab.

  • “The form goes to an inbox nobody opens”

The enquiry form emails a former counsellor's address. A student fills it in on a Sunday and hears nothing.

What we do

What we deliver for vocational training institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site organised by course

Courses, fees, batches, certificate and contact in the menu, with notices for current students kept on a page of their own.

Result: A student reaches the course in one tap.

  2. A page for every course, written with the trainer

Eligibility, the syllabus outline, tools and practical work, hours per week and the batch timing, checked by the trainer who teaches it.

Result: Each course has a page that can rank and persuade.

  3. A certificate and tie-up section

The issuing body, assessment and employers who have interviewed trainees, shown with their consent.

Result: A parent can judge the certificate before paying.

  4. A batch calendar

Start dates, seats open and demo class days, updated by the desk through a simple form.

Result: A family sees the next date without phoning.

  5. Enquiry and visit forms tied to the register

Every form writes to the enquiry register with course and source, and sends the student a confirmation.

Result: No form sits unread in an old inbox.

  6. Pages that load on a basic phone

Photographs compressed, galleries trimmed and PDF brochures turned into pages, then tested on an ordinary phone over mobile data.

Result: A student in a small town can open the fee page.

  7. Domain and hosting in the institute's name

Domain, hosting and logins registered to the institute with a handover note kept in the office.

Result: The site survives a change of vendor.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a course page must show before a student or parent picks up the phone.

The course name students use
Use the name on the certificate and the name people search, such as Tally with GST or Domestic Electrician. A branded batch code means nothing to a parent.
Who can join
State the qualification, age and any prior experience. A boy who failed Class 10 should be able to tell from the page whether he can enrol.
What is taught and practised
Name the tools, equipment and practical work, and the hours spent on practice. Add photographs of the real workshop, not stock images.
The certificate and who issues it
Show the issuing body, how assessment works and a sample of the document. If the certificate is the institute's own, say so.
Fee and instalments
List what the fee includes, what is extra, the instalment dates and the refund terms. Update it when it changes, so the page and the desk agree.
Batch timings, dates and the way in
Show morning, evening and weekend options, the next start date and the address with landmarks. Add a call button, WhatsApp button and a visit booking form.

Who it is for

This is written for these vocational training institutes.

  • Computer and IT skill institutes teaching DCA, hardware and networking, and Tally with GST
  • Electrician, plumbing, AC and refrigeration, and solar installer training centres
  • Mobile phone repair and CCTV installation institutes
  • Fashion designing, tailoring and beauty academies
  • Healthcare skill centres for nursing assistants and lab and X-ray technicians
  • Workshop trades such as welding, CNC and VMC operation and two-wheeler mechanics
  • Hospitality, retail and security-service training centres
  • Training partners running government-funded or CSR-funded batches

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for vocational training institutes

  1. 1

    Audit the last batch cycle

We trace where last cycle's students came from, how quickly the desk replied, how many visited and how many paid, using your admission register, call log and fee receipts.

  2. 2

Fix the register and the reply

One enquiry record for every source, a fee sheet every counsellor uses, and saved WhatsApp replies for batch dates, certificate and instalments.

  3. 3

Rebuild the course and certificate pages

A page per course with eligibility, tools, fee and the issuing body, and a page on tie-ups written from what employers have agreed.

  4. 4

Bring students in before the batch starts

Search, Business Profile, social and local outreach set up ahead of each course's season, with budget moved towards whatever produces workshop visits.

  5. 5

Follow through to the second instalment

Each enquiry followed to a paid seat or a clear no, and each new student followed through the first fortnight, measured against the baseline.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a profile on a course directory enough, or do we need our own site?
You need your own. A directory page carries rivals' adverts and its own lead forms, and you do not control what it says. Keep the directory profiles accurate and make your site the place with the full facts.
Should the site be in Kannada or Hindi too?
The pages parents read, yes: courses, fees, certificate and contact. Keep course names in English as they appear on the certificate. Have a trainer or counsellor check the translation instead of using an automatic widget.
Can we put student photographs and certificates on the site?
With written permission from the student, and a parent for a minor. Show finished work and the workshop where you can, and keep the signed forms filed with the date. Never show a certificate with an identity number visible.
Who should own the domain?
The institute or the company that runs it, in its own name, with logins held by a named person and copies in the office. A site can vanish when a vendor or a former employee holds the domain, so check the registrant before any rebuild.
Can we promise a job after the course?
No. Say what the centre does: interview preparation, employers who have visited and the trainees they took, each named only with their agreement. Rules on placement claims differ by regulator and state and change, so check with a legal adviser before printing a line about jobs.
Our certificate is our own, not a government one. Do we have to hide that?
Do not hide it. Say whose certificate it is, what was assessed and which employers have accepted it. Families trust a plain statement more than a vague word like certified, and a claim that the certificate carries more weight than it does costs you at the first employer interview.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
