Physiotherapy clinics · Email marketing

Send the exercise plan, and the note that brings a stalled patient back.

Email for a physio clinic is what goes out between sessions: the home exercise plan, the note to somebody whose course stopped when the pain eased, and the outcome update to the doctor who referred them. GullySales writes these and settles who sends which one.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For physiotherapy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home exercise plan is the one email a patient opens”

It carries the exercises for this week, the warning signs and the name of the therapist who set them. Between two visits, that email is the only presence your clinic has in the patient's day.

  • “A stalled course needs different words from a booking reminder”

Someone who stopped at session three is not waiting for a slot. They feel better. The note that works explains plainly what a half-treated rotator cuff does when they go back to lifting, and leaves the decision with them.

  • “The referring surgeon reads email, and nothing else you publish”

An orthopaedic surgeon will not watch your reel. A four-line note naming the procedure and how the patient is walking, sent with the patient's agreement, is what brings the next referral.

What we do

What we deliver for physiotherapy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home exercise email for each condition you treat

The exercises, the repetitions, the signs that mean stop, and the therapist's name, written once per condition so it goes out the same evening as the session.

Result: The plan sits on the patient's phone instead of a folded sheet in a bag.

  2. Recovery-stage emails after a named surgery

A short series matched to the rehab stages after a knee replacement or an ACL repair, so the patient knows which week they are in and what comes next.

Result: A post-surgical patient stops guessing whether their progress is normal.

  3. A note for the course that stopped

Written for the patient who went quiet once the pain eased, saying honestly what an unfinished course leaves behind, without a booking push.

Result: A stalled patient hears something other than book now.

  4. A discharge email with the maintenance plan

What to keep doing after the last session, what to watch for, and the point at which this particular patient should come back in.

Result: The final session stops being the final contact.

  5. A referrer list and the update that goes to it

Every surgeon, physician and gym trainer who sends you patients kept in one list, with a short progress note going back to whoever referred each patient.

Result: The doctor who sent you a patient hears what happened to them.

  6. Addresses collected with permission and kept clean

Email taken at registration with consent recorded, bounced addresses removed, and no diagnosis anywhere in a subject line.

Result: You write to people who agreed to hear from you.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for physiotherapy clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your referral relationships, reply time, course completion rate, and whether your website has a page for each priority condition.

  2. 2

    Fix the response

A fast reply routine on phone and WhatsApp, with session reminders that reduce missed appointments.

  3. 3

    Build condition pages

A page per priority condition, naming therapist specialisation and what a typical course involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, a referral programme with surgeons and doctors, and outreach to companies for workplace ergonomics.

  5. 5

    Retain and complete the course

Course completion tracking, a rebooking call for any missed session, and a review ask once the course is finished.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our patients are elderly and never open email. Is this worth doing?
For home-visit and geriatric care, no. The adult child arranging that care wants WhatsApp and a phone call. Email earns its place with post-surgical, sports and corporate patients, who keep the exercise plan and refer back to it. We would say so in the audit rather than sell you a channel your patients ignore.
What do we send a patient who has already finished their course?
A check-in at the point their condition tends to return, written around what they had. A desk worker treated for neck pain gets a note about their chair and screen height. Someone rehabilitated after an ankle sprain hears from you before the next running season.
Home-visit apps promise a physiotherapist within the hour. How do we compete?
Not on speed. An app wins the one-off visit. You win the full course, so the page and the call have to name the therapist, the condition and what a course involves. The app cannot send the same physiotherapist back on Thursday, and your clinic can say who is coming.
Should our pages say how many sessions a condition takes?
Give a typical range written by your own physiotherapists, and say the assessment decides it. A patient who expects eight sessions is less likely to stop at three. It also answers the question most callers ask first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
