Hospitals · Video marketing

Let a patient see the ward and hear the doctor before they ever visit.

Video marketing for a hospital means short videos of the facility, a doctor explaining a procedure, and a patient's recovery story. These answer the worry a family carries before a first visit. GullySales scripts and shoots these around the priority departments, with consent handled properly.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What video marketing means

Video marketing is using short videos, such as a product demonstration or a customer walkthrough, to explain your business on social media, your website and Google listings. GullySales scripts, shoots and edits these videos around the questions buyers ask before they visit or call.

For hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A ward and ICU walkthrough calms first-visit anxiety”

Seeing the actual room and equipment before admission reduces the fear a family carries into a first consultation.

  • “A two-minute doctor explainer beats a long brochure”

A surgeon explaining a bypass procedure in plain language is watched fully where a text page is skimmed.

  • “Recovery stories need explicit, recorded consent”

A patient's story is powerful only when they have agreed clearly to be shown, with no medical detail shared without permission.

What we do

What we deliver for hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Ward and facility walkthrough videos

A short walkthrough of the ward or ICU, filmed to calm the fear a family carries into a first consultation.

Result: A family sees the actual room before they ever need to visit it.

  2. A doctor explainer video series

Short videos of a specialist explaining a procedure in plain language, scripted around the priority departments.

Result: A patient understands what to expect before the first appointment.

  3. A consent-documented recovery story

A patient's recovery story filmed only with explicit, recorded consent and no medical detail shared without permission.

Result: A powerful story is told without ever compromising a patient's privacy.

  4. A video production schedule

One or two new videos a month per priority department, keeping the library current without pulling doctors away from patients too often.

Result: New material keeps appearing without disrupting clinical work.

How the result is measured

  • Views
  • Watch time
  • Enquiries traced to video

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Videos worth making

Film the departments, desks and doctors a family wants to see before they arrive.

The admission and TPA desk
Show where a family goes for a cashless admission, the documents to bring and who sits at the TPA desk. Put it on the insurance page and send it on WhatsApp once an admission is confirmed.
The emergency entrance at night
Film the route from the gate to casualty, the ambulance bay and the triage desk, lit as they are at night. Pin it on the Google profile so a family knows where to drive.
Consultant introductions by department
Each consultant gives their name, department and the conditions they see, with no claim about outcomes. Place it on the department page beside the OPD timings.
Before a planned surgery
A nurse or surgeon explains fasting, what to bring and visiting rules. Send it when the OPD advises surgery, so the family is ready for admission day and the booking does not drift.
The maternity floor
Walk through the labour room, the NICU entrance and a private room with no patients in frame. Share it when an expectant family asks about delivering at the hospital.
Medical and legal review before release
Have the medical superintendent and whoever handles compliance check each script and cut. Rules on hospital and doctor advertising differ by state and body and change, so keep cure claims and outcomes out.

Who it is for

This is written for these hospitals.

  • Multi-speciality hospitals
  • Single-speciality hospitals, maternity, orthopaedic or eye
  • Nursing homes
  • Day-care surgery centres
  • Corporate hospital chains with several branches
  • Diagnostic-centre-led hospitals
  • Hospitals attached to medical colleges
  • Government-empanelled private hospitals

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the video marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Plan the distribution

We agree exactly where each video will live before booking a single shoot.

  2. 2

    Script and shot list

A short script or shot list is prepared so the day of filming has a clear purpose.

  3. 3

    Film on location

Filming happens at your premises, scheduled to minimise disruption to your working day.

  4. 4

    Edit for each platform

Footage is cut into the formats agreed at the planning stage, not a single version stretched to fit everywhere.

  5. 5

    Publish and track

Videos go live where planned, with views and enquiries tracked from that point.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need expensive equipment?
A steady phone camera and good light are enough for most doctor and ward videos, if the script is planned first.
How often should new videos be made?
One or two a month per priority department keeps the library current without pulling doctors away from patients too often.
Can our doctors appear in videos without breaking their council's rules?
Rules on doctors and publicity differ by body and state, and they change. Keep each doctor's video to explaining a condition or procedure in plain words, with no claim of success and no comparison with others. Ask the doctor to check with their own council, and record their sign-off on the script.
Should doctor explainers be in English or a regional language?
Record in the language families in your catchment use with the doctors, and add English subtitles. Keep the medical term, then explain it on screen in plain words. A relative reading at a bedside often watches with the sound off, so the subtitles do most of the work.
How soon would we see more admissions?
Fixing reply time and the referral record shows within weeks. Ranking a page for a search such as knee replacement surgeon in your town takes months.
Do we need to advertise?
Only for a department with spare capacity that needs enquiries this month. Most hospitals gain first from the reply routine and the profile, which cost nothing extra.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
