Hospitals · Apartment advertising

The association says yes to a health camp before it says yes to a poster.

Apartment advertising for a hospital is the notice board, the lift panel and the Sunday camp in the clubhouse of societies near your gate. GullySales takes the association's written permission first, builds the list on how fast a family can reach you at night, and hands every camp sheet to your appointment desk with a named person to call each family.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of hospitals at work in India

What apartment advertising means

Apartment advertising is media and activity inside residential communities: the notice board, the lift panel, a Sunday stall. GullySales gets the association's written permission first, because anything put up without it comes down.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A camp gets permission where a poster does not”

A committee answers to its residents, so it agrees to what residents get something from. A Sunday blood pressure and sugar check in the clubhouse is settled in one conversation, while a lift panel selling your cardiology unit goes to three.

  • “Night drive time draws the list”

Families pick the hospital they can reach when a parent collapses at two in the morning. Towers within fifteen minutes of your gate are worth the effort, and one across the city is a poster nobody will ever act on.

  • “The residents who arrange health talks are your way in”

Most large societies have a handful of members who organise talks and camps for elderly residents. They bring the committee with them, and they are the reason a second visit needs no fresh argument.

  • “A camp sheet is patient information, not a lead list”

Names against blood pressure readings are health records the moment they are written down. Settle with your own compliance adviser what is recorded, what the resident is told, and how long it is kept, before the table is set up.

What we do

What we deliver for hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Society list built on night drive time

Communities inside the distance an auto or a family car covers quickly at night, with the junctions and one-ways between each gate and your casualty entrance noted.

Result: You spend on blocks that would genuinely call you first.

  2. Written permission before anything is produced

The secretary or facility manager confirming on paper what may go up, on which boards, for how long, and whether the clubhouse is available for a camp morning.

Result: Nothing is printed for a society that was never going to allow it.

  3. A camp format the committee can approve

What gets checked, who staffs the table, which doctor attends and what the resident is handed afterwards, written as a one page note the secretary can put in front of the committee.

Result: The secretary has something to table instead of a call to return.

  4. Board and lift panel artwork for one department

Maternity, orthopaedics or the health check package on its own panel, with the appointment line and the block address, rather than a list of every speciality you run.

Result: A resident reads one thing and knows which desk to ring.

  5. Camp sheets with the appointment desk the same evening

Names, readings and consent on one sheet, handed over that day, with the follow-up call made while the resident still remembers the morning.

Result: Nobody who walked up to the table is rung a fortnight later.

  6. Reporting society by society

Calls on the campaign line, camp attendance and appointments booked, read block by block against the baseline taken before the work began, alongside dated photographs from every board.

Result: You can see which societies to return to and which to drop.

How the result is measured

  • Communities covered
  • Permissions in writing
  • Enquiries quoting the community code

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it is bought, and approved

A hospital should know who approves a camp, what the camp may and may not do, and where each camp sheet goes.

Who inside the committee takes it up
Many societies route a health camp through the member who looks after residents' welfare. Ask who that is and send the request, in writing, to that member and to the secretary.
Rules for hospitals and camps
Advertising and camp rules for hospitals differ by state and body and change. Check with your medical council and your own hospital registration before you write a board or a camp notice.
A camp format the committee can approve
State what is done, for example readings and a talk, and what is not. No diagnosis, no treatment advice and no package sales at the table, so the committee can say yes.
Consent on the camp sheet
A resident should agree in writing to how their details are kept. Have your records team check the sheet before the first camp, and say plainly who will see it.
Proof for the committee and for you
Keep the committee's countersigned permission, dated photographs and the society's name on every camp sheet that reaches the appointment desk, so each camp is traceable to one building.

Who it is for

This is written for these hospitals.

  • Multi-speciality hospitals
  • Single-speciality hospitals, maternity, orthopaedic or eye
  • Nursing homes
  • Day-care surgery centres
  • Corporate hospital chains with several branches
  • Diagnostic-centre-led hospitals
  • Hospitals attached to medical colleges
  • Government-empanelled private hospitals

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the apartment advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Draw the ring

We agree how far a resident will realistically come to you. For a salon that is two or three societies. For a diagnostic centre it is the whole main road.

  2. 2

    Shortlist and verify the societies

Which are self-managed and which are under a facility company, who the gatekeeper is, what categories they allow, and what they charge on their own account.

  3. 3

    Get permission and quote properly

Permission letters are collected first. Only then do you see a rate, and it includes the society fee rather than surprising you with it later.

  4. 4

    Print, install and audit

Artwork goes to each format's exact size, installation is scheduled with the facility manager, and every lobby is photographed with a date.

  5. 5

    Run the activity

The clubhouse weekend is booked inside the display month, when your name is already on the wall of the lift they came down in.

  6. 6

    Read it society by society

Calls and walk-ins are counted per code and the list is cut. Two societies usually carry a campaign and four carry nothing.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

  • Nanda Arthritis and Rheumatology Center

    Situation
There was no website, so a patient looking for a rheumatologist had no way to learn about the centre. Enquiries were few, and the ones that arrived came by word of mouth.
    What we did
    • A website for patients
    • Search work
    • Google Business and reviews

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will an association really let a hospital inside?
For a camp, many will. A commercial poster is a request some societies refuse and others charge for, while a health check the residents benefit from is a different conversation with the same committee. We approach the ones inside your catchment and tell you who agreed and on what terms.
What do we do with the readings taken at a camp?
Record only what you need, tell the resident what it is for, and keep it where your patient records are kept rather than in a marketing folder. That is a decision for your compliance adviser. The follow-up call should mention the camp, not read the reading back to them.
Can the camp offer a discount on a health package?
Rules on offers and inducements differ by body and state, so check with your medical council and your hospital's compliance team. Many committees also dislike selling at a camp. Keep the table for readings and a talk, and hand out a card with the appointment desk number.
Who should speak at a society camp?
A registered doctor from the department, introduced under their own registration, speaking on general topics in plain words. Ask the committee which topics residents want. Individual advice belongs in the consulting room, with a record, not at a clubhouse table.
How soon would we see more admissions?
Fixing reply time and the referral record shows within weeks. Ranking a page for a search such as knee replacement surgeon in your town takes months.
Do we need to advertise?
Only for a department with spare capacity that needs enquiries this month. Most hospitals gain first from the reply routine and the profile, which cost nothing extra.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
