Hospitals · Events and exhibitions
Turn a health camp into a recorded list of enquiries.
Event marketing for a hospital covers health camps, screening drives and doctor talks at colleges or residential communities, which build trust before an admission is ever needed. GullySales plans the event around a priority department and builds the follow-up so attendees become tracked enquiries.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What events and exhibitions means
Events and exhibitions are trade shows, stalls or hosted gatherings where you meet many prospects in one place at one time. They suit industries where buyers still expect a face to face introduction. GullySales plans the stall, the material and the follow-up so contacts made there are not lost afterward.

For hospitals
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“The camp topic should match a department you want to grow”
A free thyroid or diabetes screening camp feeds enquiries into endocrinology, not the hospital in general.
“The sign-in sheet is the campaign's real output”
Names and numbers collected at a camp are worth nothing unless someone calls each of them back within the week.
“A resident welfare association is a repeatable venue”
A layout that hosts a camp well often invites the hospital back every year if the first visit is handled properly.
What we do
What we deliver for hospitals.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
A camp topic matched to growth
A health camp planned around a condition, such as thyroid or diabetes, that feeds enquiries into the specific department you want to grow.
Result: The camp brings enquiries to the department that needs them.
A sign-in and follow-up system
A proper way to collect names and numbers at a camp, and a named person who calls each one back promptly afterwards.
Result: A camp attendee gets a call before the visit is forgotten.
Resident welfare association outreach
Direct approaches to layouts and RWAs that could host a camp well and invite the hospital back each year.
Result: One well-run camp turns into a repeatable yearly venue.
A doctor talk and screening calendar
A planned schedule of talks and screening drives at colleges and communities, tied to seasonal health topics.
Result: The hospital builds trust with a community before anyone in it needs admission.
How the result is measured
- Leads captured
- Follow-up completion rate
- Enquiries converted after the event
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What the camp sign-in sheet records
Design the sign-in sheet so every camp visitor can be followed up properly.
The sheet is the real output of a camp. Print it with these columns, and keep medical detail with the clinician, not on the marketing sheet.
- Name and mobile number
- Write the number clearly and have the desk read it back to the visitor. A wrong digit means a lost enquiry, and a blurred number cannot be corrected later.
- Locality or society
- Record the pin code or the housing society name. Over several camps this shows which communities respond, and which ones are worth a second visit.
- Screening taken
- Tick which checks the visitor took, so the follow-up call refers to what they actually had. Do not write result values on this sheet.
- Doctor's advice flag
- Have the clinician tick advised to consult, as a clinical decision. Detailed results stay in the clinical record and out of any marketing list.
- Department of interest and call time
- Ask which department they might need, such as cardiology or orthopaedics, and the time of day they prefer a call. A call at the wrong hour is a wasted attempt.
- Consent line and follow-up owner
- Add a line where the visitor agrees to be called, and a column with the name of the staff member who follows up and the outcome. The outcome column is how you measure the camp.
Who it is for
This is written for these hospitals.
- Multi-speciality hospitals
- Single-speciality hospitals, maternity, orthopaedic or eye
- Nursing homes
- Day-care surgery centres
- Corporate hospital chains with several branches
- Diagnostic-centre-led hospitals
- Hospitals attached to medical colleges
- Government-empanelled private hospitals
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the events and exhibitions work runs
- 1
Understand the event
We confirm who typically attends this specific show, and whether it matches your actual target buyer.
- 2
Audit past attendance
If you have exhibited before, we review what was captured last time and what happened to it.
- 3
Plan promotion and materials
Pre-event outreach and stall materials are prepared with enough lead time before the show.
- 4
Run the event
Lead capture happens consistently throughout the event, not only when someone remembers.
- 5
Follow up and measure
Every captured lead is contacted within days, and the event's return is calculated against its cost.
Proof
What happened when owners fixed this.
Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

- What we did
- A website for patients
- Search work
- Google Business and reviews
- Lead capture and advertising
- Result
- No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
