Hospitals · Website

Build a site organised by department, not by hospital brochure sections.

Website development for a hospital means a site structured around departments and doctors, each with its own page, rather than a single brochure-style site listing every service on one page. GullySales builds the site so each department can be found, trusted and contacted on its own.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Department pages need their own contact path”

A page for maternity should let a visitor call or message on WhatsApp without hunting through a general contact page.

  • “Doctor profiles need qualification, not just a name”

A page with a doctor's qualification, experience and a clear photograph builds trust a one-line listing cannot.

  • “The site needs to load fast on a basic connection”

Many enquiries come from a worried family on a slow connection, so speed matters more than animation.

What we do

What we deliver for hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A department-led site structure

A site rebuilt around departments and doctors, each with its own page, replacing a single brochure-style page listing every service.

Result: Each department can be found and trusted on its own page.

  2. A contact path on every page

A call or WhatsApp option added directly to each department page, so a visitor does not hunt through a general contact page.

Result: A visitor can reach the right department without extra steps.

  3. Doctor pages with real qualification detail

A page per doctor showing qualification, experience and a clear photograph, replacing a one-line listing.

Result: A patient trusts the doctor before the first call.

  4. A fast-loading build for slow connections

A build checked for speed on a basic mobile connection, since many enquiries come from a worried family without fast internet.

Result: The site still works for the family who needs it most urgently.

  5. Reused content from the old site

A review of the existing site to keep genuinely good material, such as doctor bios, while rebuilding the structure around it.

Result: Good existing content is not thrown away just because the structure changes.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a hospital's website must show before a family decides where to go.

Department pages with the services actually offered
List the procedures and facilities each department really has, such as a cath lab or a NICU, and leave out those you only refer. Families compare hospitals on what is available in-house.
Doctor timings and OPD days
Show consultation days and hours for each doctor with the date the list was last updated. A wrong timing means a wasted journey for a sick patient.
Emergency and ambulance details
Put the emergency number and the ambulance number at the top of every page, say whether casualty is open round the clock and give the route to the entrance.
Insurance, TPAs and government schemes
List the insurers and third-party administrators you accept for cashless treatment and the government schemes you are empanelled under. Explain what the family should bring.
Admission, deposit and discharge steps
Explain the papers needed at admission, how the deposit and the estimate work and how discharge is handled. Families fear surprises most at this stage.
Registration and accreditation you hold
Show your clinical establishment registration and any accreditation, such as NABH, with its validity. Display only what you hold and what is current.

Who it is for

This is written for these hospitals.

  • Multi-speciality hospitals
  • Single-speciality hospitals, maternity, orthopaedic or eye
  • Nursing homes
  • Day-care surgery centres
  • Corporate hospital chains with several branches
  • Diagnostic-centre-led hospitals
  • Hospitals attached to medical colleges
  • Government-empanelled private hospitals

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long does a hospital website take to build?
Eight to twelve weeks for a proper department-led site, depending on how many specialities need pages.
Can we keep the doctor bios and photographs from our current site?
Yes, and we carry them across. What usually has to change is the structure, since one page listing every speciality cannot be found by a family searching for cardiology.
Should the website publish treatment cost estimates?
Give general guidance, such as what a package includes and what is charged extra, and say that the estimate follows assessment. Do not post fixed prices for treatment that varies by patient. Check your regulator's rules and your own admission policy for what may be displayed.
Can the site take appointments for every doctor?
Only for those whose schedules the front desk can honour. Mark the others as call to book, and keep the OPD diary as the single source. An appointment that the doctor did not see is worse than none. Add a tested number for urgent cases.
How soon would we see more admissions?
Fixing reply time and the referral record shows within weeks. Ranking a page for a search such as knee replacement surgeon in your town takes months.
Do we need to advertise?
Only for a department with spare capacity that needs enquiries this month. Most hospitals gain first from the reply routine and the profile, which cost nothing extra.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
